Establishment media “journalists,” if they see this at all, will say, “What? Muslims aren’t victims? Christians aren’t white oppressors?” And then they’ll spike the story. Then they have the sinister audacity to come after sites including this one with “fact-checkers,” who are really enforcers of Leftist propaganda who operate by trying to impugn the accuracy of those who dare to report news that doesn’t fit their narrative.
“Militant Fulani Herdsmen Kill 10 Christians, Burn Over 100 Homes in Overnight Attack,” International Christian Concern, November 26, 2021:
International Christian Concern (ICC) — At one o’clock in the morning on Friday, Nov. 26, jihadist Fulani herdsmen killed ten Christians and set fire to 100 homes in an attack on Ta’agbe village, Plateau state, Nigeria.
According to witnesses, the attackers entered Ta’agbe dressed in black, holding sophisticated weapons, and shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ (Allah is the greatest).
The National President of the Irigwe Youth Movement confirmed the incident to an ICC correspondent in Plateau. He said that the attack was aimed to wipe Christians from the area.
“I lost my grandchildren for the sake of Christ,” survivor Sibi Gara told ICC with tears, laying in a hospital bed in Miango District. “I slept outside on the street,” said another survivor who narrowly escape the attack, but lost six family members. An additional 690 people were displaced from their homes.
Nuhu Ngah, the National Spokesman of the Miango Youth Development Association, said in a press statement that the attack lasted for over two hours. He identified the victims, six of whom are from the same family: Gara Ku (80), Wiye Gara (67), Tala Gara (68), Rikwe BalaYoh (65), Tabitha Danlami (8), Sibi Danlami (4), Friday Musa (35), Daniel Mandi (45), Mweri Chogo (86), Ayo Balai (6).
Ngah also identified three injured survivors as Musa Kwa (60), Sibi Gara (65), and Nma Weyi (40).
“This calculated attack was carried out by the Fulani militants who intruded from the boundaries of Kaduna-Plateau,” reported a reliable source located in Plateau. “Eyewitnesses have it that the attackers came en mass [sic] to carry out these devilish acts.”…

Rafael says
Many parts of the former Christentum are today under the Islamic rule. Egypt, Syria, Turkey, and now the Sub Saharan Africa is on the way. Some Christians who defends Islam are in denial. Islam’s main book Koran, attacks Christians and Jews as distorters of the truth.

All grimly true, Rafael.
Don McKellar says
Whenever I come back to checking this site after being away for awhile, I do a search to get to it and front and centre is the propaganda lie description of it on wikipedia:
“Jihad Watch is a far-right anti-Muslim conspiracy blog operated by Robert B. Spencer.”
And yet every time I check it out I never, ever see a single conspiracy theory being promoted, nor any story which isn’t facts first. I don’t even see a far-right bias to it in any significant way.
Remarkably you can turn on CNN or MSNBC and in no time at all there will be a conspiracy theory being promoted, facts will be omitted or distorted or invented to promote it, the bias is strongly far-left and even Marxist.
This story here is a typical Jihad Watch story. It reports correctly on the terrors of jihad that people all over the world experience and that mainstream media ignores or covers up or lies about because it doesn’t fit their agenda.

Agreed, Don. It’s always a bad sign when someone says you promote conspiracy theories, yet is unable to cite a single thing that is untrue. Yet this is quite common these days.
Wellington says
Seconded, gravenimage. Wikipedia can’t even be counted on for accuracy about 17th century colonial America (e.g., stating that the royal province of New Hampshire had a royal charter “enacted on May 14th, 1692…..”—no royal colony except Massachusetts Bay Province was created royal by charter, the one of May 14th, 1692) let alone about contemporary times.
One must use Wikipedia with great discretion and at least some former knowledge. Otherwise, a precipitous knowledge downhill may very well occur, certainly where Islam and criticism of Islam are concerned.
gravenimage says
Agreed, Wellington. But at least the error you cite is politically neutral–probably just a screw-up.
But citing a obvious Jihadist as a “Christian terrorist” is something else again–and it fosters the idea that terrorism is not specific to Islam, and that all faiths have acts of terror perpetrated in their name–a much uglier thing.
I only use Wikipedia to get a general overview of a subject–and then only if it is politically neutral, and event then I rarely quote them, unless they have a direct citation that I can check.
Wellington says
I’ve actually tried to correct the mistake on colonial New Hampshire on Wikipedia, gravenimage, but someone else keeps putting back the same mistake.
Not to kick a dead horse but the same article on colonial New Hampshire also states that King Charles II “issued a colonial charter” to New Hampshire in 1679. No such charter was EVER issued by the King. It was just that the Lord Justices of King’s Bench and Common Pleas denied the Massachusetts Bay Colony any right to New Hampshire (N.B., Massachusetts was a pain-in-the ass even back then and why Charles yanked its proprietary charter issued by his father in 1629 in 1684) and thereafter Charles made a man named Cutt the head of New Hampshire in 1679.
Yeah, I know this is very specific, but accurate history so very often lies in the details and counting on Wikipedia for accurate details is a hit and miss proposition.
OK, I won’t torture you any longer about late 17th century America. Good evening to you, my friend.

Well, that’s depressing, Wellington. Making an honest error is understandable; doubling down on it when the error is corrected is something else again. Can’t say I’m too surprised, sadly.

I have seen such videos, for years actually. Sometimes it’s hard to distinguish them from the beginning of 2001 A Space Odyssey. It’s perplexing to think about. How far have really leaped? Maybe we can’t find the missing link because we are the missing link. I believe in both Evolution and Creation. The spectrum between the vile beast and the spiritual being of mankind is so vast. We all have a level of fear because we, ourselves, are the most unpredictable lifeforce in nature, and that’s scary! I believe in the war between good and evil, and yet I still think mankind is somehow stuck on a rinse, then repeat cycle. But no matter where, or when you look at mankind, GOD is always there in full display. Every culture, every race, every creed, any time period. Man is inseparable to GOD, and GOD is inseparable to us. I know it looks like the apocalypse is about to drop, but when man first looked up, remember…he didn’t know if the sun would come back. Oh, what scared little children we still are! I think as the eons have passed us by, man has lost his FEAR in GOD. Vengeance belong to GOD. FEAR HIM, and only HIM. If you FEAR only GOD, the worst that will ever happen to you, is getting to meet HIM! Seperate SPIRIT from beast! You cannot go with a heavy heart, stones in your hand, or check a bag of dead weight hate.
Jesus said, “I have cast fire upon the world, and look, I’m guarding it until it blazes.”
Jesus said, “Perhaps people think that I have come to cast peace upon the world. They do not know that I have come to cast conflicts upon the earth: fire, sword, war.”
Jesus said, “This heaven will pass away, and the one above it will pass away.
The dead are not alive, and the living will not die. During the days when you ate what is dead, you made it come alive. When you are in the light, what will you do? On the day when you were one, you became two. But when you become two, what will you do?”
The disciples said to Jesus, “Tell us, how will our end come?”
Jesus said, “Have you found the beginning, then, that you are looking for the end? You see, the end will be where the beginning is.
Congratulations to the one who stands at the beginning: that one will know the end and will not taste death.”
Jesus said, “Congratulations to the one who came into being before coming into being.”
His disciples said, “Show us the place where you are, for we must seek it.”
He said to them, “Anyone here with two ears had better listen! There is light within a person of light, and it shines on the whole world. If it does not shine, it is dark.”
