Which side are Biden’s handlers on? Oh, that’s quite clear.
“Israeli request for speed up delivery of refueling jets rejected by U.S.,” by Yossi Yehushua, Ynet News, December 13, 2021 (thanks to Henry):
The Biden administration has rejected Israel’s request to expedite delivery of two KC-46 refueling jets out of four purchased, which would facilitate IAF flight to attack Iran, Ynet has learned.
Defense Minister Benny Gantz met with U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Secretary of State Antony Blinken late last week for talks on the Iranian nuclear threat.
Gantz reportedly told his hosts that Israel was preparing for a military response….
The Boeing jets would allow dozens of Israeli bombers to remain airborne for up to 12 hours at a range of over 11,000 kilometers (6835 miles). They are critical to any operation against Iran – which is more than 1,000 kilometers (621 miles) away from Israel’s borders.
They are due to be delivered in four years and replace the IAF’s 50-year old planes….

Who remembers when France refused to deliver Mirage jets and patrol boats that Israel paid in advance to purchase before the 1967 war? Israel used the plans and made its own version, using the US jet engine and making a better plane, which it then sold for export and profit; and “recovered” the boats by “self-help”. So much for the US imitating France. How many comparable planes are owned by El Al?

Really precious fact from recent history: the US decision to purchase the Boeing KC-46 because of political influence and the desire of many to “move across the aisle” from government to industry ignored the fact that the Airbus proposal based on the A320 was shown superior in a 27 item “spider graph”, the first I ever saw in all my years of education and work. Whatever the Boeing design did, Airbus did better. Airbus proposed to build its tanker in Mobile, Alabama, and has a plant in Mobile NOW building A320’s today.
There are many ways to solve problems. Doing some research on the decision should be interesting. KC=46’s are okay, but there are other options for Israel available.

The only countries Biden respects are those prepared to show us the ?. So Bennett should sign a deal w/ Putin buying the S400s and other military hardware he needs, and go ahead w/ it. In fact, if he can flip Russia over to his side – something they’d be open to if they got a customer for their military hardware like they had w/ the likes of Saddam, Assad and Gadaffi, then they’ll be happy to even politically support Israel against Iran, the Palis and so on
Once Israel gets Russian support, it’ll be moot who we support: we could support Hamas, and it wouldn’t mean a thing

The Dems chose to take the side of evil every time, the Clinton administration did, the Obama administration did, and now the Biden administration is. They just haven’t got it into their leftarded brains that Israel isn’t the enemy, it’s islam that’s the real enemy. They should be bending over backwards to help them out.

Israel should start procuring defense related items from countries other than the United States.
Frank Anderson says
James, Israel is quite capable of making its own.
Do you remember when after WWII Norway wanted to buy US “variable time” proximity fuses. The US refused, Norway made its own, which were better than the US design. The US bought fuses from Norway.
Looking at the fantastic talent in Israel, they can do what is needed to stay alive, whether anyone else likes it or not. Ask your local Jewish community about attending any presentation by the visiting Israeli who generally comes for a year after completing military service. What they tell about Israel will give you great inspiration. I have heard well over a dozen speak locally. Frank
James Lincoln says
Frank Anderson,
You are quite correct, the defense industry of Israel is quite robust and is one of the world’s major exporters of military equipment.
That being said, Israel’s Ram (Boeing 707) tanker aircraft are nearing the age of 60 and are in badly need of replacement. And Israel, to my knowledge, has no homegrown tanker in its pipeline.
The KC-46 refueling jet (or something similar like the A330 MRTT) would be critical for successful strike against Iran, as stated in the feature article.

………….
Sadly, who can be surprised by this? Just despicable.
