A matter of even greater concern is the fact that two-thirds of the French government, if not the people, likely believe that it is important to change French mores and the French way of life to accommodate Islam.
“Two-thirds of Muslim students believe their religion is above the laws of the Republic,” translated from “Deux tiers des élèves musulmans pensent que leur religion est au-dessus des lois de la République,” Valeurs Actuelles, December 9, 2021:
This is a study that says a lot about the perception and the right to criticize religions in school. It was carried out by Ifop for Licra and the Right to Live, using a self-administered online questionnaire from January 15 to 20, 2021 with a sample of 10,006 people, representative of the high school population aged 15 and over. It was concerned with several themes, including religiosity and the right to criticize religions in schools.
When asked about the norms and rules set by the respondents’ religion, 40% of high school students think they are more important than the laws of the republic. This is almost twice as many as in the French population as a whole. By religious affiliation, 65% of Muslims hold this opinion, while 30% of Catholics do. It should be noted that agreement is higher among high school students in suburbs (55%) than in cities or “affluent” suburbs (43%) or in the countryside (31%). An identical finding applies to the statement “Your religion is the only true religion.” Again, 39% of high school students agree, compared to two-thirds of Muslims. From a sociological point of view, 76% of pupils in specialized schools believe that their religion is above the laws of the Republic, most of them being female and most of them coming from the Île-de-France region (52%).
The study, conducted by Ifop for Licra and Droit de Vivre, also shows that 71% of the high school students surveyed believe that “teachers must respect religions so as not to offend believers” – this is more than the national average, and Muslims seem to believe this more strongly (82%) than Catholics or atheists (69%). In contrast, less than two-thirds of respondents think it is “justified that teachers can show their pupils drawings that caricature or make fun of religions to illustrate the forms of freedom of expression.” This is less than the totality of French people. On this point, 71% of high school students with no religious affiliation agreed, while less than 20% of Muslims agreed.
Another issue addressed in the study is the murder of Samuel Paty in October 2020. While 87% of high school students condemn it “completely,” 2 % – after all – do not condemn it and 6 % are indifferent. Focusing on Muslim students, a total of 13% definitely do not condemn the killing of Samuel Paty. Of all these pupils, 21% are in a special education zone (zone d’éducation prioritaire).
The students and teachers were also asked about religious education at school. Has it ever happened that students have questioned content taught during their school years in the name of religion? Yes, in more than half of these grammar schools taught in focus areas, and in all areas. That is practically more than twice as many as in the other grammar schools. Almost three quarters of the grammar school pupils in priority areas have observed this at least once, and the overall average is 48%. On this point, Ifop notes that 70% of Muslim pupils are affected by this.
Other noticeable elements: 47% of high school students have noticed that “menus corresponding to denominational practices” have been requested (more than half in priority areas); a quarter that girls did not participate in physical education “in the name of religious beliefs” (almost half in priority areas); while 24% have refused to enter religious sites during school trips (46% in priority areas). Overall, almost two-thirds of high school students observed certain expressions of “religious” views by other students, according to Ifop.
Finally, do high school students share the viewpoint of students who dispute teaching in the name of their religion? More than half (53%) answer in the affirmative, especially with regard to moral and civic education, sex education, girls’ and boys’ equality, natural and earth sciences, and history and geography. 40% of Muslim pupils have already endorsed such expressions of faith at least once, according to the study.

France really needs to put a stop to Muslim immigration and to the spread of Islamic culture in schools and universities. If it wants to remain France and not Francostan.

The truly amazing part of this story is that one-third claim to acknowledge human, French, law to be supreme. That reflects a total disregard for the teachings and practice of islam, or deliberate deception strictly according to muslim teachings. NO observant muslim would ever commit blasphemy by submitting to human law over sharia.

Maybe not, Frank. We don’t know how large the “Don’t know” and “I’ve never thought about it” and “Infidel, what gives you the right to ask me questions?” segments are.
Then there is Taqiyya–some of these Muslim students have probably been told to give lip service to French law–*for now*.
So how many Muslim students actually support the civilized laws of France? My guess is that it is considereably *under* one-third.
For me one of the scariest results of this poll is that 82% of Muslim students said that “teachers must respect religions so as not to offend believers”. I wonder what they think should happen if they do not show such cringing “respect”–we have the model of poor beheaded teacher Samuel Paty to answer that question…

Everyone of the Presidential contenders in France’s up-coming election should be queried about this study. And whomever offers platitudes about how Muslim immigrants must be compelled to assimilate, he/she ought to be rejected outright. NOTHING can compel people to abandon their beliefs unless and until they are good and ready. It is the height of cultural arrogance for the French to assume that Muslims share their own secular values.
The only valid answer from these Presidential contenders would be to advocate a complete and total moratorium on further immigration from the Islamic world.

We have reached the time where lying is to be expected and taken as normal. With the number of muslims and collaborators already present, it is too late to just stop the invasion. There are plenty already present to take over the countries, France, Germany, UK, Sweden, Belgium, Norway, Holland, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Austria. . .UNLESS the acceptance of lies and false promises no longer is allowed. The lessons of the 1920’s and 30’s are clearly lost; and must be re-learned at monstrous expense.

France: Two-thirds of Muslim students believe Islam is above the laws of the Republic
…………
And where did they get that idea? Why, from Islam itself, likely via their parents, Mosques, and associates.
We have already seen that this is not turning out well for France–and it will only get worse.

Le Pen needs to back Zemmor now. If Presidential Candidate Zemmor doesn’t get elected President, France will have two options: a civil war or a “Byzantine” experience.

I think the problem was allowed to get out of hand from the beginning in order to demonstrate tolerance.
Muslim enclaves where French laws were routinely flouted with the knowledge of the law makers and the law enforcers was something that should never have been allowed whatsoever and if the Muslims rioted the riot should have been squashed with whatever force was required to do the job.
The Muslims should have been left in no doubt as to whose law reigned over the land and it wasn’t ever going to be barbaric Islamic law, like it or lump it, and if you don’t like it there’s the door, go to a nice Islamic backward country and practice your medieval rituals there.

That is certainly part of it, Greg.

GI, I hope you understand that when I resisted the offer of anything I wanted to help steal 200 million dollars of 1982 present value, I AND MY WIFE (now ex) were threatened with murder. Believing in total delusion that I would be protected by “friends” who asked me to take that job and supported by a bar which turned out to be totally corrupt, I paid with everything I had except my licenses (2 states) an old car, and the clothes on my back.
If I were a teacher in France, I would not repeat my “Custer’s Last Stand”. My submission, a word which I despise in relation to anything involving me, would be limited to the time and nature necessary to do in the tyrants without destroying myself in the process. Suicide in any form is not an available option.

If two thirds of the 80,000. muslims refugees that Biden just delivered to America from Afghanistan that would mean that about 53,000 would believe islam is above the laws of America. Thats just a little scary.

The ones who say that Sharia law is beneath the laws of the Kaffir are lying, if they believe that then they aren’t following Islam and they are apostate. Maybe there are some token Muslims but they or their offspring could be dangerous if they decide they need to redeem themselves, they represent an unknown quantity. Western governments are playing Russian Roulette with the lives of their own citizens by accepting Muslim migrants.
The placating of Muslims is probably because our governments are mindful of the economic clout of the Arab states which is something our stupid governments erected in the first place, we built the rod for our own backs.
