He cites this verse as evidence: “A book that we have revealed to you, full of blessing, so that they may ponder its signs, and that men of understanding may reflect.” (Qur’an 38:29)

“Grand Ayatollah Alavi-Gorgani stresses reflecting on Quran verses,” Ahlul Bayt News Agency, December 29, 2021:
AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A Shia source of emulation in the holy city of Qom says recitation of the Quran is not enough and there is a need for thinking deeper about the blessed verses.
Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Ali Alavi-Gorgani made the remarks in a meeting with a number of officials from Awqaf organization.
He referred to verse 29 of Surah Sad which reads “It is a blessed Book which We have revealed for you so that you will reflect upon its verses and so the people of understanding will take heed.”
The “blessed” book means that the Quran is a healing for all pains of humans and can solve all problems if we carry out its instructions, said Alavi-Gorgani.
The Quran should be the main criterion and standard for spreading Islam, he added.
The verse also points to the issue of reflecting upon the Quran’s content because recitation alone cannot bring full advantages, the marja said, adding, if we strive for understanding the Quran and the true meaning of life, we can achieve felicity.
Reference to the “people of understanding” in the verse means that not all people accept prophets’ and preachers’ calls while the latter may also be targeted with insults or even killed, he noted….

Quote: “the Quran is a healing for all pains of humans”.
There is nothing in the Koran about healing the sick. The Koran calls on Muslims to assassinate those ‘in whose heart is a disease’, namely, Muslims who believe outwardly but inwardly are disbelievers.
There is no healing in the Koran … only commands to maim, mutilate, enslave and subjugate.
The Koran is a recipe to create a dysfunctional society based on supremacism, force, fear, slavery, repression and ignorance.

And we hear that Jihad terror against Infidels “heals the hearts” of the believers…

FROM EXPERIENCE: I knew it was possible that I would not wake up after my surgery. I accepted that prospect and did what was necessary to prepare. It was decided by a higher power that I should. The experience has been most enlightening in many applications. Life has both pleasures and pains. Death is freedom from all those pleasures and pains, and responsibilities for all decisions. Islam is a religion of death even while alive. It kills the spirit of seeking joy and doing good and seeks only misery, war, conquest, slavery and murder. The irony of proclaiming those goals openly is lost on those who surrender and collaborate. As long as we, those of us reading here, understand that goal we have a duty to help others, even one at a time, to understand the difference.

The book of filth is not one of “blessings.” And implementing it leads to hate, lies, theft, kidnapping, child abuse, rape and murders.
The only way one can have his problems eliminated, due to this filthy evil, is by being a murder victim…in which case, he has no more problems because in death, he knows nothing, feels nothing, does nothing and nothing more can be done to him by his murderer.
Deluded liars. If he has any idea that he is telling the truth, he is completely blinded by his fake ‘god,’ satan the devil. Otherwise, he knows he is lying. He has chosen to be a child of satan and fulfill his fathers’ desires. He can see for himself that what he is saying is untrue….in every country where islam rules the day, there is misery, suffering, absence of freedom of thought, actions, and leaves people to want to die to be relieved of their misery; many taking the lives of others along the way.
If islam could provide blessings, mozlums wouldn’t seek death and say they “love death” as other people “love life.” Wanting, and seeking death, means that the person is miserable in his living.

To somehistory- I know you are
a Christian spiritually, so I would like to tell you about a talk I had
with my Muslim neighbor, Rustam, who is originally from Uzbekistan. Rustam told me:
“God cannot make himself into
a human.” So I said “God is unlimited, infinite, all knowing
and all powerful so God can do whatever He wants. Humans
are limited and finite and we sometimes do not understand God’s ways or motivations. Furthermore, Christians worship
1 God with 3 manifestations or
roles: God the Father Creator, God the Son Redeemer of all mankind, and God the Holy Spirit Sanctifier. You were born a son, Rustam. When your parents had your sister you became a brother, and when you got married you became a husband. Are you 3 different people?” After those
words, he said nothing. ? And
my aim was not to shut him up, but to enlighten him with the truth.
Please pray for Muslims to know
the One True God. + Thank you.

Good for you, Linde. Stay safe, though–correcting Muslims can be hazardous, since many react with violence.

Yessirrie, the Quran can solve all problems – Not! Muhammad’s book has brought mayhem and violence since its conception and has solved NO technical problems.
So far, Iran has taken longer than any nuclear nation to create a nuclear device. Keep looking in the Quran the solutions must be there. Get those Mullahs, with their Qurans, working on the project and presto!
It seems more likely that a Quranic education is the major cause of secular incompetence. While the creative of the world are running on caffeine, 24/7, the Quran’s followers are washing and praying 5 times a day. No Islamic nation can lead the world’s progress – it’s already crippled by the Quran’s demands.

When that Ayatollah said was that statement it was nothing more than a claim. It doesn’t really matter if he believes his what he said or not.For is stated is true or in contrast a stated claim if false the sincerely of him of her doesn’t change the truth of falsehood of that that specific claim..
Anyone can attest a declaration that a religious belief is true . Many people of many different religions say that the their beliefs are true ,.yet give no valid proof to uphold what they say
.
Many times all those different beliefs are in vast contraction to each other , Therefore they can’t all be true.
That Ayatollah even called the Qu ‘ran a “Blessed Book” It’s very strange than that a “blessed” book is responsible for inspiring so much human misery , hate and violence mass murder ,warfare ,,slavery and brutal oppression.

The Quran “can solve ALL problems”, not just religious problems? Well, here’s a list of famous unsolved problems that are just waiting for their Quranic solution:

Right on, Mark.
The Quran cannot even solve human problems of the lagging societies that it created when retarding the believer’s drive toward curiosity and discovery. Arabs contributed greatly to Algebra until Islam closed minds to its use. It’s like building a car, leaving the driving to others, and then forgetting how to build a car.

If every last human being on Earth accepted the Koran as the perfect text Muslims maintain it is, it would ensure that mankind would descend into the darkest of dark ages ever. The Koran is anti-Enlightenment through and through. It is a hate manual which is highly repetitive, often times downright stupid or erroneous (e.g., the sun sets in a muddy pool and Mary is part of the Trinity) and the most boring major religious work ever written. It is a prescription for the perpetuation of the worst in the human condition, not for what is best in us.
There is far more wisdom (and art) to be found in Shakespeare than in the Koran. Easy call. No contest. I’ve read the Koran and it sickens me. Shakespeare never sickens me (not even Titus Andronicus).

Sadly true, Wellington. Even Muslims don’t want to emigrate to Muslim nations whose constitution involves Shariah law – law based on the Quran.
PRCS says
True. They’d much rather emigrate to nations governed by secular, man-made law, as life in sharia-compliant countries is just too damn burdensome.
Here’s the great problem the Muslim diaspora causes for we “filthy unbelievers”:
bringing the very same totalitarian theocracy they claim to be fleeing with them, adhering to and acting out even those of its commands and demands which they know violate our laws and, abetted by the usual suspects, are, with too much success, demanding that we accept and comply with their own man-made beliefs.

Grand Ayatollah says Qur’an is ‘healing for all pains of humans and can solve all problems’
Translation of Grand Ayatollah’s statement: “I am a brainwashed leader of a totalitarian cult that seeks to bring Islamic law to a neighborhood near you. We solve all problems by killing apostates, sacralizing wife-beating and marriage to prepubescent girls, periodic pogroms against non-Muslims and continual discrimination against them, and by killing democracy and freedom of speech. We are incredibly creative at finding ways to slaughter people by jihad.”
Many Muslims are ignorant of all this and know little about their own texts. When they find out — and they are increasingly finding out — they become apostates, often secretly. That is why we are hearing various imams describe a “tsunami” of apostasy underway. Really, this should not entirely surprise us, because the core texts of Islam, when those texts are examined with any thoroughness and objectivity, show that Muhammad was a perverse, sick, violent, deceptive human being. Muslims — many of them — have eyes in their heads, an internal moral compass, and an ability to think, but have never read the core texts in their own language and have furthermore been deceived by their self-deceived imams, who often hide Muhammad’s obvious moral turpitude and lies and the obviously self-serving nature of many of his actions and “revelations.”
eduardo odraude says
David Wood recently made an excellent video in which he discussed the tsunami of apostasy and noted the testimony of one imam who had learned personally from “hundreds” of Muslims that they are secretly apostates even though they continue to go to mosque, many have memorized the Qur’an, even lead prayer! Wood imagines a time perhaps not that far in the future when virtually everyone in a mosque will only be pretending to be Muslim, and as more and more apostates speak out, suddenly it will become apparent that almost no one in the mosque is actually still a Muslim!
As the Wizard of Oz’s Wicked Witch of the West dissolves into nothing under something as commonplace as water, so a tyrannical ideology, which at one point seems so powerful, can collapse into nothing relatively quickly under the pressure of something in a way as utterly ordinary as water: the truth. Provided free exposure to the truth continues to happen globally as it does now via the internet, Muhammad may prove as much of an impotent insubstantial nullity as the Wicked Witch of the West. Of course, there will unfortunately still be a lot of suffering to endure before that happens.

I actually read the Quran in Danish and it kind of gave me a headache. If you’re Christian it’s very odd to see some of the Bible stories in there because they’re always different for some reason in a strange way, and of course it keeps reminding you that Allah doesn’t have a son and a wife. “healing” is not exactly the word I would use for it as a Christian and I wouldn’t recommend it for Jews either..
Walter Sieruk says
A claim by many Muslims is that no one can produce something as beautiful as the Qur’an in the way the words are arranged and thus it can only be of God. This claim should be answered
.
First, all someone has to do is examine some of the great works of literature to fine much written beauty. Such as the Greek epic poet Homer with his Iliad and Odyssey and then Virgil who produced the Aeneid has beauty. Even one of the non-Bible books in the Apocrypha called The Song of Three Children is also very beautiful. Thus just because someone sees a work that is written in great beauty doesn’t mean it’s inspired by God.
Second, the scholar Edward Gibbon wrote after an examination of the Quran that it is an “incoherent jumble of fable and precept and declamation which seldom excites a sentiment or an idea, sometimes craws in the dust and is sometimes lost in the clouds…” The writer Thomas Carlyle wrote the Quran is “A wearisome jumble, crude, incondite [with] endless iterations [and] long-windedness…” Likewise, the philosopher David Hume was NOT favorably impressed after reading the Qur’an.
[Source of the three scholars mentioned – Secrets of The Koran: Revealing Insight Into Islam’s Holy Book .56,66, by Don Richardson]
Of course the Muslim who reads the Qur’an will see great beauty in the way the words are arranged. This is, in part, because of the power of suggestion after being told so many times that the Qur’an is so beautifully written. That’s an old brainwashing method, repeating and being told that same thing again and again. Since he or she is always being told the same lie will end up believing that lie.
In addition to that, the Imams try to discourage their people from reading other works, such as the Bible, so then they don’t have much or anything to compare or contrast the Qur’an with. Of course there are some Muslim’s that do read other works, but they are exceptions and they read oth
er things only after they were already brainwashed by the Imams.
In short, the Muslims can’t read the Qur’an objectively because their Imams have programmed them to have a strong bias towards it.
