“ISIS attacks in Salahaddin and Xaneqîn leave 10 dead and 4 injured,” ANF News, December 28, 2021 (thanks to Henry):
An Iraqi soldier was killed and many wounded in two separate explosions in the south of Qeretepe district of Xaneqîn. The attack took place at a point close to Hemrîn Lake.
In another explosion at the same spot on Monday, 6 more Iraqi soldiers lost their lives.
ISIS mercenaries attacked the Iraqi police checkpoint in the town of Becî in Salahaddin on Monday evening. Clashes broke out between the police who responded to the attack and the mercenaries. As a result of the clashes, 3 policemen lost their lives and 4 others were injured.
