If one Muslim is even perceived as being victimized in the West, the bellowing about “Islamophobia” is deafening. Yet despite the pressure exerted upon the West by the “Islamophobia” battering ram, the mass murder of Muslims don’t appear to matter to Turkey (or to blasphemy central Pakistan).
Turkey and Pakistan are both infamous for pushing the “Islamophobia” canard globally and accusing Western countries of being “Islamophobic” everywhere. Western appeasers fall for it, despite the fact that the “Islamophobia” subterfuge is intended to silence criticism of Islam and intimidate the critics.
“Ankara, which is increasingly dependent on China economically, is silent about the human rights violations of Uyghur Muslims in Xinjiang,” so rather than criticize China’s excessive human rights abuses in its approach to the Eastern Turkestan Islamic Movement, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan justifies China’s behavior for reasons of expediency. Erdogan once “stated that he had long considered the East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM) a terrorist organization. Apart from that, Turkey has not made any official statement about whether it considers ETIM a terrorist organization or not.”
“Turkey promises not to allow any anti-China activities on Turkish soil, criticizes allies over Olympics boycott,” by Levent Kenez, Nordic Monitor, January 19, 2022:
The Turkish government has not been giving detailed or satisfying information to the public about its relations with China for a while now. Ankara, which is increasingly dependent on China economically, is silent about the human rights violations of Uyghur Muslims in Xinjiang. Nordic Monitor research has found details Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu has neglected to mention about his trip to Beijing last week, when Turkey reassured China that Xinjiang-related issues will not pose a threat to bilateral relations.
Çavuşoğlu paid a visit to China on January 12. The entire official statement made by the Turkish side regarding the visit consists of two sentences.
“At the meeting, bilateral relations and regional issues were discussed, and economic cooperation opportunities were evaluated. On the other hand, our views, expectations and sensitivities regarding the issues on our agenda, especially the Uyghur Turks were also conveyed,” a statement from the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs reads. Çavuşoğlu also shared the same passage on Twitter.
The full statement on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website regarding Çavuşoğlu’s trip to China.
However, unlike the Turkish side, the Chinese issued a broad official statement about what was discussed during the visit. In a statement on the Chinese Foreign Ministry website on January 12, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi confirmed that he had diplomatically given Çavuşoğlu a message not to interfere in China’s internal affairs.
“I have the following hopes for both sides. First, support each other in safeguarding respective sovereignty, security and development interests. Second, abide by non-interference in each other’s internal affairs, a basic norm of international relations. Third, not participate in activities against each other on international occasions. Fourth, strengthen communication and enhance mutual understanding on cognitive differences in issues such as history and ethnic groups through bilateral channels,” Wang told Çavuşoğlu, according to the ministry statement.
The following day, answering a question about Çavuşoğlu’s visit from Shenzhen TV at a regular press conference, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin again conveyed the details of the meeting with Çavuşoğlu.
“Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu said that the Turkish side is committed to the one-China principle and will not allow violent terrorist acts targeting China or anti-China activities that harm China’s territorial integrity on Turkish soil. The Turkish side never uses Xinjiang-related issues as a tool against China and has long designated the ETIM (East Turkistan Islamic Movement) as a terrorist organization and banned its activities in Turkey,” spokesperson Wang told reporters.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan during his two-day official visit to China in 2015 stated that he had long considered the East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM) a terrorist organization. Apart from that, Turkey has not made any official statement about whether it considers ETIM a terrorist organization or not.
In 2020 the US removed ETIM from its terrorist list on the basis that “there has been no credible evidence that ETIM continues to exist.” China accused the US of double standards, while Washington contends that the label has been broadly misused to oppress Muslims, including ethnic Uyghurs in Xinjiang….

the turkic people of china the uyghours are disposable just like even the turkish people within turkey are, who are starving and have no way to afford even electric… 300 000 people in turkey live in the dark ages without electric… the turks within turkey are sinking in poverty at a massive scale as the sultan rests in his billions dollars palace and spends astronomical sums to manufacture missiles, drones and other weapons at its lively weapons industry… so not just the uyghurs are disposable, but everyone of its people is disposable and slave for the sultan and for every other sultan that will come or has been in the past….
matters most the tens of billions of investments from china to support the weapons manufacture and to build nuclear weapons and a national fighter jet, and ofcourse the well being of the sultanate of the sultan who has become richer than trump in an impoverished and starving country….
matters the jihad that is led and funded worldwide that includes endless wars and occupations of foreign territory….

Those muslims in China are the wrong kind of muslims. The wrong brand. More like infidels than muslims. That matters somewhat.
Then there’s the matter of what there might be gained if they did protest China’s genocide. Could they get jizyah payments? Could they get blood money payments? No on both counts.\
Third, China is a strong man. Muslims respect and fear the strong man, and what the strong man does is overlooked to make sure there’s no reprisal.
And finally, Xi and China are not insulting the Islamic prophet Muhammad, are they? If there were images of Chinese authorities burning Korans or Xi pronouncing Muhammad a scumbag fake, these muslims would be bouncing off the walls.
That’s muslim logic on this matter. This is how they think.

The economies of both Pakistan and Turkey are cratering. No point in opposing China at all.

Money and power and sex and power. Those things are driving the world and people like er snake a wan is at the center of it all….he’s all for mozlums having things if it enables him to show his power….like when he destroys churches or turns them into barracks, and when he sends hordes of mozlums on invading marches into other countries for a takeover. But when it comes to *fellow feeling*….there is no place in his evil heart for that. No-siree. He’s an evil snake. Power, control, money….he knows china has a lot of power, control, things that bring money, such as natural resources….

Hello, Some History. I am puzzled by two things about what you write.
[1] Who is the “he” you are referring to? Is it the same as “er snake a wan”? I thought, but was unable to verify, that “Çavuşoğlu” might be based on the Turkish word for “snake”.
[2] You regularly use the spelling “mozlums” for “Muslims”. Why is that?
somehistory says
Hello, Mark,
The “he” is the dictator of Turkey. Once when writing something about him (because they hate dogs), another poster was offended by the separation I did with the name…it has the word for man’s best friend…and since I believe that the dictating mozlum is a snake, I write his name that way.
Second: I have absolutely no respect for those who willingly follow islam…as the “snake” does, and that is why I don’t spell the word as they do. I don’t use their words for anything as they do when I can refrain from doing so.
I do not use foul language or any kind of profanity, which many who hate Christians regularly will do because that is the way they show their disrespect. I show my disrespect for those who wish to force me to be as they are, force me to pay them money not to be as they are, or die for not being willing to be as they are. And because I am not willing, they would say about me, if they knew me, that I am “phobic” in order to shame me into doing as they demand.
They must earn my respect and they never will as long as they adhere to islam.
I hope I have answered satisfactorily.

In fact, the next time either Turkey or Pakistan or indeed any other muslim country – since every one of them is a part of China’s belt/road initiative – complain about anybody’s islamophobia – be it France, UK, Greece, Israel, India or anybody else, just remind them of their silence about the Uyghurs and then flip them the ?

Cynical politics by the scumbag piece of crap that rules Turkey. Sucking up to the powerful scum who rule China because they can help Turkey build up its power. Zero integrity and decency can be found among such scum of the earth tyrants. Morality and any kind of humanity don’t exist for these creatures, only power and whatever tactics can help them increase their power. It is bad news for the more decent people who will be kicked around by these bullying tyrants. At least we, who live in reasonably pleasant western countries, don’t have to endure life in either China or Turkey, being treated like crap by these tyrants..

Turkey strongly defends China over Olympic boycott, ignores China’s persecution of Muslims
……………….
This does not surprise. Muslims tend to respect brutality, and know they won’t get far protesting human rights violations in China. Then, they want some of the money floating around China–unlike the West, you can’t criticize them and expect to get any of it. Lastly, few Muslims actually much care about their fellow Muslims, either.
