What could possibly go wrong? The Council for Foreigners’ Affairs is simply celebrating diversity. Why aren’t you?
“Belgian State Fails to Expel Abdallah Ouahbour, a Hate Preacher Presenting a High Level of Threat,” translated from “L’Etat belge ne parvient pas à faire expulser Abdallah Ouahbour, un prédicateur de haine présentant un haut degré de menace,” SudInfo, January 27, 2022 (thanks to Medforth):
The Belgian state wants to expel a radicalised hate preacher based in Maaseik (Limburg) because he poses a “threat to society.” However, the Council for Foreigners’ Affairs has opposed this, as reported by the Mediahuis Group newspapers on Thursday.
OCAM and State Security reports describe Abdallah Ouahbour as a hate preacher with a high threat level.
The person is said to be one of the main leaders of the “Masseik group,” which is linked to the Casablanca and Madrid attacks that killed 250 people in Spain in 2003 and 2004. A latest report by the State Security Service also refers to his ideological and financial support for the Islamic State terrorist group.
Last year, the Immigration Service initiated proceedings to deport Abdallah Ouahbour, who is married and has two children. In June, the State Secretary for Asylum and Migration, Sammy Mahdi (CD&V), decided that the 48-year-old man, who has Moroccan nationality but was born in Belgium and has lived there since 1990, had to leave the country.
Mr Ouahbour had opposed his deportation because, according to him, he suffers from post-traumatic stress syndrome and fears being arrested in Morocco.
The Council for Foreigners’ Affairs decided to reject the application for expulsion on the basis of other factors. According to this body, the OCAM and State Security reports do not provide a “solid basis” to expel anyone. The allegations are “too vague” and “too general.” The Council believes that the State Security Service should formulate more concrete statements. The Council also points out that the analyses were carried out in connection with a conviction for terrorism, although this should not play a role.
The Council for Foreigners is considering whether to appeal to the Constitutional Court.

How pathetic is the EU now, I find it hard to believe that there isn’t some way to arrange a nasty accident for this dude.

The Council for Foreigners’ Affairs should have more sympathy for Spain (a part of the EU) than for Morocco. They should ask how many Spaniards now suffer from post-traumatic stress syndrome because of jihadists like Mr Ouahbour.

That Muslim cleric who is so very vicious that he liked and maybe even supported that Madrid jihad massacre in this photo is holding right hand index finger straight up in the air which has the symbolic meaning that “Allah is one and only true God.” This gesture alone is very revealing.
Considering the callous character in that above picture should reveal something the malicious and deadly nature of this god of Islam, Allah.
The Qu ran does instructs in Surah 47:4 “Whenever you encounter disbelievers strike off their heads until you make a great slaughter among them…”
The terrible harsh reality is that firearms and bombs are a more effective way of creating a “great slaughter among them” [the disbelievers ] than a sword can.

Belgium can’t deport Muslim cleric linked to Madrid jihad massacre, Council for Foreigners’ Affairs refuses to do so
……………
This would be suicidally insane in any case, but especially here–he is Moroccan, and Morocco is not at war. And why would he suffer from post traumatic stress syndrome–that would be *his victims and their families*.

“The Council believes that the State Security Service should formulate more concrete statements.”
The State Security should then ask the Council straight: “Has Belgium become a den of robbers in your eyes?”

The Council of foreigners is waiting for Ouahbour to actually kill Belgium citizens before they can make a decision as too wether he is a threat to their country or just a lot of hot air. Not sure he is worth the risk to Belgiums citizens. If he is not a Belgium citizen then I would trust my State Security people to spot the danger and remove it from my country.
