Why wasn’t he deported in 2015? Would doing so have been “Islamophobic”? Even worse, the official or officials responsible for not executing the 2015 order will face no consequences.
“France: Moroccan knifeman, already subject to deportation order since 2015, sentenced to two years in prison and another deportation order,” by John Cody, Remix News, February 9, 2022:
…A Moroccan national has been sentenced to two years in prison and received an obligation to leave French territory for ten years after being found guilty of a violent stabbing attack on a man and his brother, despite already being ordered to leave France back in 2015.
Yahya Glaa, a Moroccan immigrant in his twenties was sentenced on Monday, along with two accomplices, for the attack in March 2021 during which one victim was heavily beaten and left with several stab wounds. The incident occurred at the foot of an affordable housing block in Castelsarrasin, Tarn-et-Garonne, in southwestern France.
The victim fortunately received swift first aid from two nurses helping to save his life.
Following his arrest, it transpired that Glaa had been subject to an OQTF, an obligation to leave French territory imposed on him in 2015 for acts of violence with a weapon. It is unclear why authorities did not ensure this order had been complied with, nor does it suggest with any certainty that the new OQTF imposed on the assailant for the attack last year will be adhered to after completion of his prison sentence….

Same old song. Verse is not new; just repeat until the cows come home.
Murder, rape, arrest, call it mental, put in prison, allow them out and order deportation, but don’t deport.
The perps’ names change…but not much.
This is so very tiring. Just as the Bible says, (New Living Translation)
“When a crime is not punished quickly, people feel it is safe to do wrong.”

It must be just a slackness or softness among the authorities who appear not to have bothered to deport this scumbag back in 2015 or the succeeding years. It is not the way to deal with violent, barbaric scum like this man who has nothing positive to offer any civilised society. Here in Australia, people who are facing deportation often seem to go through legal appeal after legal appeal to prevent or delay their deportation. It is pathetic and it just seems as though western countries are always trying to show how wonderfully nice they are to evil, violent scum who don’t deserve to be treated well.

This is one of the tragic and horrible criminal results of so much Muslim unvetted immigration into France.

Don’t worry, he won’t get deported because it is unsafe for him to send him to his native country. Even if he is deported, he can come back any time, the French authority will welcome him with open heart. (sarc)

It seems like our political and agency leaders can’t get the job done of deporting these criminals. WHY? Same dam problem here in America, we arrest illegal migrants for violent crimes and turn them right back out to the streets. Then we arrest our own citizens for protesting or not wearing a mask. In America it seems like if you are a citizen you are required to follow the law, but if you are here illegally you get a free pass. I think you will get a longer sentence for cheating on your income tax than stealing or murdering someone.
