New in PJ Media:
The Arizona State Senate was going about routine business on Friday evening, voting on a water bill and another bill to expand the state’s private school voucher system, when the pro-abortion zealots arrived. “While working inside,” Arizona state representative Sarah Liguori recounted, “we were interrupted by the sound of bangs and smell of tear gas. Protestors cleared from the Capitol.” Ironically, Liguori herself is pro-abortion; earlier Friday she tweeted, “I’ve been talking to confused and scared physicians, nurses, and women this morning. Our Supreme Court has failed us all by dismantling a human healthcare right in favor of religious extremism.” But when her more violent compatriots attacked, Liguori was trapped inside with everyone else targeted in this — what’s the word for it again? Ah, yes — insurrection.
The scene was harrowing. At 11:56 p.m. Friday night, Arizona state senator Kelly Townsend tweeted, “We are currently there being held hostage inside the Senate building due to members of the public trying to breach our security. We smell tear gas and the children of one of the members are in the office sobbing with fear.” A half-hour later, she added that some of her Democrat colleagues were pleased as punch that it was all happening: “Appalling to hear some Democrats defending those outside trying to break the glass and breach security. ‘This is a public building, and they wouldn’t let them in.’” At least the rejoicing in chaos and violence wasn’t unanimous: “However another Democrat mad as heck for them scaring the children in the building.”
Three minutes after midnight on Saturday, another Arizona state senator, Wendy Rogers, tweeted, “Education protesters threatened to break the AZ Senate entryway glass. We assembled to take tunnel to the House. Crowd was dispersed w/ tear gas. Went back up into the Senate.” At 12:41 a.m., she clarified, “Protesters are a mix of anti-life protesters, anti-education choice protestors and Antifa. MANY DPS officers on the scene taking care of business.” She also noted, “DPS [Department of Public Safety] is working to get the situation under control outside. Sergeant at Arms says the mob is spray painting monuments and lighting fires. We are headed to a secure room to go vote. Very dangerous outside.”
Townsend also tweeted, no doubt with tongue firmly in cheek, “I expect a J24 committee to be created immediately.” In a truly just and equitable society, there would be such a committee, but in America today, there is one set of rules for Leftists and another one for those who dissent from the Left’s agenda, and nothing is more certain than that these violent thugs will face no consequences whatsoever for their actions.

These are people who have little to no respect for human life except for their own. For these people life is worthless without constant pleasure and fulfilment of their needs. They may have heard there is no greater act of love than to lay down one’s life for another but for them love requires too much sacrifice. They prefer hate and there is no greater act of hate than to take the life of another out of pure selfishness. These pro-abortion people are selfish to the extreme and filled with hate. It will be no surprise when they start killing people to get what they want. What will be surprising to me is if they do not start killing. Yet Old Joe, Nancy and Maxine and other of our “fine” leaders just add to the hatred with their belligerent words designed to do exactly what they accuse President Trump of having done – inciting insurrection. My God, they are despicable.

It’s really too bad that Liguori and her fellow baby-killers were not afraid of the “anti-life” mob. After all, if a person puts absolutely no value on the life of an unborn baby, they can’t have much in the way of respect for the lives of those who might infringe on their personal ideas about what is legal or not.
polis like warren, cortez, pelosi, waters, etc. blame Mr. Trump. I hereby thank Mr. Trump, the six guys (including the brave lady) including the wimpy roberts because at least he didn’t vote against with the three despicables, and the attorney from MS who argued the case, the lawmakers in that state, all those in other states who fight on behalf of the children, but mostly, I thank God that He cares about the babies, even more than people who love and appreciate life do.
the news of this happening in AZ yesterday were all about the “tear gas” used by the cops. Not much was written about the thugs who got tear-gassed beyond that they were.
and warren saying the Court has “torched” itself, as long as she is in the U.S., she still must abide by the Laws that the Court upholds and can’t enforce those that the Court rules unconstitutional…no matter how much she disagrees. If she and cortez are so angry, they should be told there are planes leaving the country quite often and they can afford tickets to elsewhere…like afghanistan. and that goes for pelosi and the mobs that are working for these slimy pols.

usa today has a *report* on this attack, but only the part about “protesters marching and being teargassed.” Nothing on what the “protesters” did to deserve being teargassed, or how afraid they made little kids. inside the building.
Guess there will be many more of those “mostly peaceful” protests like were carried out for poor old thug and drug abuser…I refuse to write the creep’s name…in the name of baby-killing this time.
Why not protest the murder of a five-month baby in chicago over the weekend? She was in her father’s car, being driven home and some criminal low-life shot her in the head.

The sounds they heard which terrified the so much was the karma train heading their way at full speed.

Here is video of the protesters trying to break the doors down at the Arizona state capitol building. It’s obvious that the protest was turning into a riot so the police used tear gas. It disgusts me that at the end of the video the reporter shows a woman a portion of the video and then the woman says it looks like police used tear gas on peaceful protestors who were not doing anything crazy. The woman was obviously not near the tear gas or she would have known for sure if tear gas was used. I can’t stand the bias of the news media. I’m surprised they showed the part about the door being battered. It looked like things were getting more than a little out of hand to me and people actually were getting crazy and about to get even more crazy. Those protesters were wanting somebody to get hurt even if it was one of them so they could scream and cry about being victims. Watch:

If they didn’t want the “tears” that made them cry, they should not have been breaking the law.
And yes, very few are willing to acknowledge these “protesters” are breaking the law and attempting to do harm to their fellow citizens.
I didn’t see anyone in the mob who looked like an upstanding citizen. More like a mob of low-life scum.

Will there be a June 24 committee? Don’t count on it…

It has been a nice quiet peaceful Sunday in my city. No mobs, no blocked roads, no burning buildings, no broken windows, no guards at packed churches. Of course around here you can never be sure who is carrying.

From the coverage of these protests that i have seen here in Australia, and I have tended to ignore them because I am not all that interested in the carry on of these people, there does seem to be an out of control sort of rage at work. I guess many of these people might have warmed up with those Antifa and BLM violent riots a while ago and here they go again with huge levels of rage and, probably, violence. By the way, I have heard a commentator out here on Sky News say that, since all that de-fund the police, etc, people are deserting California for states like Texas and Florida to find better law and order and peace. Is that true?
somehistory says
Yes. it’s true.
tim gallagher says
Thanks for the information, somehistory. I am not surprised because I thought that that idea of getting rid of the police force was insane and you would end up with the law of the jungle and a terrible life for the average citizens in many areas.
somehistory says
You are welcome, tim.
rental property prices have increased a lot in TX and FL due to the big influx and the management companies and owners are taking full advantage. so too, the price of moving vans and boxes…the storage kind one loads with stuff and the mover carries it to the new location.
with the increase in gasoline prices, it’s getting really expensive.
tim gallagher says
Yeah, somehistory, I wan’t sure if what the commentator out here said was true, but there you go. Surely, in the states where they are de-funding the police, they will wake up and reverse the process. Living in lawless areas is a terrible life for everybody but the criminals who rule the jungle. It always sounded like a crazy idea to me.
Keith O says
Yeah Tim, my contacts over there have been telling me the same thing about the exodus.
And your right, the ratbag element from antifa and blm seem to be at the forefront of this new round of peaceful protests.
tim gallagher says
Thanks for the information, Keith O. As I said just up above, this idea of de-funding the police seems like a terrible idea to me because you could end up with such anarchy and the criminals having a field day and doing pretty much whatever they want to do. As you mention, the rat bag element will be having a great time with these protests I’m sure. I guess that there will be a lot of passion and protest over this issue in the USA for quite a long time.
