4 days ago, a minor Madrasa student Shayan claimed that he was attacked by unidentified men wearing saffron threads & tilak. They also tore his clothes in Mangalore.

Apparently genuine hate crimes are so thin on the ground that in order to shore up their victimhood narrative, opportunistic Islamic supremacists often fake hate crimes.

Note the goal of this fake crime, to play victim and to demonize innocent non-Muslims and justify violence and warfare against them. This is as much a part of Jihad as is actual direct violence.
