Canada’s most wanted fugitive is 35-year-old Rabih Alkhalil. Toronto police has just announced a reward of $250,000 for information that will lead to his arrest. Alkhalil escaped from the North Fraser Pretrial Centre in July 2021.
These are the seven from the new top 25 on Canada’s Most Wanted list who are being sought specifically by the Toronto police: Jabreel Elmi, Kiarash Parzham, Abdelmuniem Abdalla, Harry Rajkumar, Usman Kassim, Darriel Thompson, Tommy Ngo. All are wanted for murder.
The most wanted, Rabih Alkhalil, is known as “Robby.” Wikipedia describes the Alkhalil family as “a Palestinian Canadian family of reputed gangsters” who fled Lebanon from a refugee camp and traveled to Saudi Arabia in 1948. There were five brothers in the family. The whole family immigrated to Canada in 1990. Two of the brothers died in a shootout. A National Post article entitled “Parents learn hard $170,000 lesson in breeding ‘family crime empire’” states that Rabih “Robby” was first charged with first-degree murder in 2013 as a “well-known gangster…for the high-profile execution of rival Sandip Duhre in downtown Vancouver in January 2012.”
“Robby” and the Alkhalil crime family are not jihadis. Still, “Robby”’s actions under surveillance were so horrific that a cop was “spooked” by what surveillance showed. The family has been connected to Montreal Mafia and Hell’s Angels in Quebec. The Alkhalil crime family highlights the need for due diligence in vetting who comes into a country. Of course, it is impossible to keep out all organized criminal elements. But as it stands under the Liberal government of Canada, there is not even any effort to do so; should you decide to break the law and illegally enter, then anyone is welcome, jihadists included. The same goes for the US under the Biden administration, which has left the Southern border wide open, providing a golden opportunity for the worst criminals, including human traffickers, jihadists, and members of drug cartels, to enter illegally.
Anyone who opposes this insane immigration policy in favor of a responsible one is called “anti-immigrant,” “racist,” “Islamophobic” and the like.
In the case of the top wanted fugitive Rabih Alkhalil, police are hopeful. Last year, Canada’s most wanted was 32-year-old Abilaziz Mohamed. Mere hours after the offer of a $250,000 reward, an anonymous tip came in and he was arrested.
“Toronto police offer $250K reward to locate convicted murderer, Rabih Alkhalil, Canada’s most wanted fugitive,” by Lucas Casaletto, City News, October 18, 2022:
A man convicted for a 2012 murder in Toronto’s Little Italy is regarded as Canada’s most wanted fugitive as investigators offer a substantial $250,000 reward to track him down.
Toronto police announced the hefty financial reward on Tuesday as investigators pursue new information they hope will lead to the arrest of Rabih Alkhalil — wanted for escaping from the North Fraser Pretrial Centre in July 2021.
At the time, Alkhalil was standing trial for a 2012 murder at a downtown Vancouver restaurant and was since convicted of first-degree murder.
Alkhalil was already serving sentences for directing the 2012 murder of Johnnie Raposo in a Little Italy café in Toronto.
“He’s a twice-convicted murderer. He has extensive ties to organized crime,” said RCMP’s Deputy Commissioner Dwayne McDonald.
“After orchestrating brazen murders in Vancouver and Toronto one decade ago, he fled to Greece where he was ultimately arrested and extradited to Canada.”
Alkhalil was also behind a major drug operation in Quebec, McDonald said.
Aside from the 35-year-old, seven of the new top 25 on Canada’s Most Wanted list are wanted by Toronto police. They include Jabreel Elmi (up to $50,000), Kiarash Parzham, Darriel Thompson, Abdelmuniem Abdalla and Tommy Ngo (up to $50,000) — all wanted for murder.
Two other Toronto men — Harry Rajkumar and Usman Kassim — make up the list and are wanted for attempted murder. Number two on the most wanted list is Calgary’s Kier Bryan Granado, who is also wanted for murder….
In April of this year, officials and Toronto police offered a similar reward of up to $250,000 for information that led to the arrest of 32-year-old Abilaziz Mohamed — who was listed as Canada’s top fugitive at the time……
