“When you meet the unbelievers, strike necks” (Qur’an 47:4).
The details here are murky. Apparently the victim was in an arranged marriage with the perpetrator’s nephew. But as her name was Diana, not an Islamic name, apparently it was arranged not in the sense of being the result of a deal between the male guardians, but arranged in order to enable the nephew to obtain Portuguese citizenship. The nature of grievance the uncle had with the victim is not disclosed. What makes this striking, and worthy of inclusion here at Jihad Watch, is the manner of the killing, which is, of course, sanctioned in the Qur’an.
“Murder of Diana: the track of the arranged marriage becomes clearer,” translated from “Meurtre de Diana: la piste du mariage arrangé se précise,” by Nicholas Martin, L’Essentiel, October 10, 2022 (thanks to Medforth):
DIEKIRCH – A 48-year-old man, arrested on Thursday, is accused of murdering Diana, whose body was found dismembered in Mont-Saint-Martin.
For those close to Diana, in Athus, where she lived for three years, the news was welcomed “with a certain relief,” even if it did not make it possible to appease the sorrows.
Luxembourg justice announced on Friday the arrest Thursday of a 48-year-old man as part of the investigation linked to the discovery of the dismembered body of a 40-year-old woman on September 19, 2022 in Mont-Saint-Martin. Thanks to his tattoos, the victim, originally from Portugal, residing in Diekirch and named Diana, could be identified.
The suspect was presented Friday to the investigating judge of Diekirch, who issued a warrant of committal. He was charged “primarily with murder,” that is to say, premeditated murder, and “alternatively with murder,” or voluntary homicide. Crimes punishable by life imprisonment, according to the Luxembourg penal code. The man is in preventive detention in Schrassig.
According to our information, confirming that of Contacto, the suspect is Moroccan. It would be the uncle of a man Diana married last summer. A marriage that the Portuguese press, citing relatives of the victim, describes as “arranged” to allow the husband to obtain Portuguese nationality for money. The investigation is continuing and numerous checks are in progress, specifies the justice.

Assisting the illegal Muslim migration invasion for money, by abusing the institution of marriage, so that an illegal Muslim migrant can get citizenship is a selfish, destructive act towards fellow infidel citizens and society as a whole. Let’s see if he gets deported or the Judge gives him citizenship and releases him.
