Zemmour said that Muslims in France should “be given a choice between Islam and France.”
There is a clear basis for this statement: Islam is a supremacist ideology that regards non-Muslim polities as intrinsically rebellious against Allah, and requires Muslims to fight to replace those societies with the rule of Sharia. The twentieth-century Islamic scholar Syed Abul Ala Maududi wrote that non-Muslims have “absolutely no right to seize the reins of power in any part of God’s earth, nor to direct the collective affairs of human beings according to their own misconceived doctrines.” If they do, “the believers would be under an obligation to do their utmost to dislodge them from political power and to make them live in subservience to the Islamic way of life.”
Zemmour was saying that Muslims in France will have to choose that imperative or choose to be French. The French government and the European Court of Human Rights calls that “hate.” But the choice will have to be made nevertheless, and the French authorities are doing absolutely nothing to try to move the Muslims in the country to choose being French, because such actions would be “Islamophobic.”
“Court upholds French far-right leader’s conviction over anti-Muslim comments,” by Nicholas Camut, Politico, December 20, 2022:
The European Court of Human Rights rejected the appeal of former French presidential candidate Eric Zemmour, who was convicted in France for “inciting discrimination and religious hatred” over comments targeting the French Muslim community.
“The court held that the interference with the applicant’s right to freedom of expression had been necessary in a democratic society to protect the rights of others that were at stake,” the ECHR wrote in a statement released Tuesday.
Zemmour’s statements “contained derogatory and discriminatory claims of a kind that might exacerbate a rift between French people and the Muslim community as a whole,” the court noted.
In a live appearance on French TV show “C à Vous” in September 2016, Zemmour, who was promoting his new book at the time, claimed that “those who wage jihads” were seen by all Muslims as “good Muslims.”
He claimed France was witnessing “an invasion” with “countless neighborhoods … where many young women are veiled,” and said that French Muslims should “be given a choice between Islam and France.”
“So, if they’re French … they have to let go of what their religion is.”
The Frenchman was sued and convicted by a Parisian criminal court in 2017, which fined him €5,000 for “inciting discrimination, hatred or violence against a group on grounds of their origin or membership of a religion,” according to the ECHR statement….

And so the pathetic surrender by authorities in the western world to islam continues on. Telling the truth about islam, this enemy of all our hard won western values, is not allowed. Maybe this decision will help win more support for Zemmour. I already supported him, but, if I were living in France, this decision by the sellout merchants would merely make me support Zemmour more strongly. If bodies like this European Human Rights body are against you, then you must be on the right track and telling the truth about islam and Muslims.

Scandalous!! Ridiculous!! This is how the Nazis rose to Power! simply enter the Democratic field, criticize Everybody else & thwart criticisms against you. Islam cannot simply simply stand up to 5 minutes of scrutiny – that’s why they ban criticism in Muslim majority countries.

Eric Zemmour spoke the truth about islam and what muslims are up to, So he gets convicted for “inciting discrimination and religious hatred.”
There is something drastically wrong in this world in which we live.

France’s motto is ‘Liberty, Equality and Fraternity”.
Islam supports none of these.
“Freedom Go To Hell”…….placard
Muslims are “the best of peoples raised up for mankind (K.3:110) and “merciful to each other” (48:29), while instructed to be “ruthless to the unbelievers”, the filthy kuffar, “the worst of creatures” (K.98:6).
Islam instructs muslims not to associate with the unbelievers, but to keep separate.
Islam and the French Republic are not compatible. Zemmour is right.

Zemmour is the only European politician calling Islam for what it is incompatible with the liberal values.

It’s odd how these courts only seem to call out non-Muslims for criticizing Islam, but never do they go after Muslims for the hate preached in their mosques or the teachings in the Quran/Hadiths.
While I’m no fan of hate speech laws, the one good thing about Canada is that you are allowed to use “hate speech” (or are exonerated from the charge), if what you say is: 1-true, 2-warns the community of a potential danger, 3-are not inciting hate/violence yourself.
This means, at least in Canada, you can speak freely against Islam because your speech will be covered by the exception that are allowed. Ofc assuming the media/cops/elites don’t falsely demonize you and subvert your right to openly criticize Muslims. Other nations could learn from this example.
What bugs me is that social media sites like Twitter, FB, Youtube, Google, are not as nuanced or sensible in their policies as Canada. For them anything negative said about Islam/Muslims can get you tangled up with supposed hate speech, even when it clearly isn’t. Ofc the same goes for these courts.
It’s because they haven’t really thought the process through to its logical conclusion. The problem isn’t some nebulous idea of “hate” being spread, but rather particular groups, individuals or ideologies which foment animosity and hate against certain groups.
For example Tommy Robinson has accused Muslims of engaging in gang-rapes, terrorism and other forms of criminality and also pointed out it is rooted in Islamic scripture. Ofc Muslims have played the victim card and accused him of hate speech and being a fascist.
Weak minds have fallen for this logical fallacy and since he’s an easier target than the Muslim community, he had been labelled a bigot or hatemonger. Ofc because he’s also white, he easily gets tarred with the Nazi, racist, far-right label and sadly it worked.
If however the media actually did their job impartially and examined his claims, they’d realize everything he said is true. Now it would be hate speech if he said a lot of nasty things about Muslims, and blamed them for crimes which they didn’t commit.
This is what makes actual hate speech against Jews for example such a serious problem. As anti-Semites will accuse Jews of controlling the banking system and governments, of killing Arab kids and using their blood to make matzah (bread) , etc…that ofc is blood libel/slander…because not only is it false but will incite others to attack and kill Jews.
However as Muslims are actually committing those crimes, then ofc it’s not hate speech, it’s truth-telling. And people need to deal with the criminality of the Muslim community, rather than those (whistleblowers) who call attention to it.
I hope the media and the politicians have gotten a little bit wiser over time, seeing the difference between actual hate-speech and people simply reporting facts and truth and that they will finally go after the right people.
The Muslims have been able to dodge responsibility for their evil behavior and shirk the blame onto their innocent accusers for a very long time. Hopefully the western masses have finally caught on and will hold them to account.
Imagine being thrown into solitary confinement because you had the courage to report on Muslim rape-gangs. Tommy Robinson suffered horrendously and nearly died in prison for telling the truth. When it really should’ve been the gang-rapists in his place for their brutal crimes against those poor girls.
What they did to him, they could do to any of us, which makes it all the more important that we control the narrative not the Muslims and make the media/pols do our bidding, not theirs. Additionally, the public needs to hold all the judges, lawyers, cops and politicians to account for doing this to an innocent man (Tommy)…they need to pay a price as well as the rapists.

Zemmour is a French patriot. Like his fellow Berber, Yacef Saadi, (an Algerian Muslim), he believes that Saudi Islam, destroys the nation state.
