Despite vicious woke attacks against acclaimed Harry Potter author J.K Rowling, she refuses to back down from her warranted criticism of the trans movement, which has gone out of control.
“I can only say that I’ve thought about it deeply and hard and long and I’ve listened, I promise, to the other side. I believe absolutely that there is something dangerous about this movement and it must be challenged.” – J.K. Rowling. pic.twitter.com/Ay86Hnf78f
— Written by J.K. Rowling (@rowlingmore) March 14, 2023
It shouldn’t be a movement to begin with. Some obvious examples of how the trans movement has become so “dangerous,” as Rowling says: the rape of women by men identifying as women; the trans takeover of female sports; the potential physical harm to females in prisons and to youngsters in schools; the sexualization of small children during what should be innocent reading and learning time, not drag shows; vulgar exhibitionism at pools in full view of young girls; and increasing incidents of outright weirdness that threaten women to an extent never previously thought possible, such as the male who identifies as a woman with a birthing fetish, who has now been arrested for fraud and sex assaults.
No limits is what makes this movement scary and so dangerous, as the rights and safety of others are trampled. Too many weak politicians have surrendered to special interest groups.
“J.K. Rowling: ‘There’s Something Dangerous’ About the Transgender Movement,” by Paul Bois, Breitbart, March 17, 2023:
Author J.K. Rowling continued to prove she will not back down in her criticism of transgender radicalism in a recent podcast episode in which she called the movement “dangerous.”
Speaking on the Witch Trials of J.K. Rowling podcast, the acclaimed Harry Potter author said she tried listening to transgender activists to better understand their views but ultimately concluded that something “dangerous” lurked within.
“I can only say that I’ve thought about it deeply and hard and long. And I’ve listened, I promise, to the other side,” Rowling said. “And I believe, absolutely, that there is something dangerous about this movement, and it must be challenged.”
The British author addressed the trolls who say she somehow “betrayed” the values espoused in her books.
“I’m constantly told that I have betrayed my own books, but my position is that I’m absolutely upholding the positions that I took in ‘Potter,’” Rowling said. “My position is that this activist movement in the form that it’s currently taking, echoes the very thing that I was warning against in ‘Harry Potter.’”
“I am fighting what I see as a powerful, insidious misogynistic movement that I think has gained huge purchase in very influential areas of society. I do not see this particular movement as either benign or powerless,” she continued.
In the summer of 2020, J.K. Rowling said that transgender ideology could lead to the erasure of womanhood as we know it by denying the basic biological functions that differentiate women from men.
“If sex isn’t real, there’s no same-sex attraction. If sex isn’t real, the lived reality of women globally is erased. I know and love trans people, but erasing the concept of sex removes the ability of many to meaningfully discuss their lives. It isn’t hate to speak the truth,” she tweeted….

J.K. Rowling is very smart as well as a terrific and impactful author. I am so glad she differentiates truth from lies and speaks out about this ridiculous subject.

“It isn’t hate to speak the truth,” but, Truth is hated by those who wish to keep telling their lies. and the hatred of the Truth, extends to those who tell it.
Jesus was hated by the people of His day…esp the religious leaders who were lying to the populace and raking in profits along with keeping their power. They hated Jesus because the Truth He told exposed them as the liars and hypocrites that they were.
He told His followers, “You will be hated,” and “the world hates you,”
Jesus also exposed the demonic source of the hatred of Truth when He said that the devil is the “father of the lie.”
Everyone who hates the Truth and hates those who expose the lies, is on the side of the devil.
This entire fake genderism is from satan, who is out to destroy mankind. The little kids are the weakest, and are being used as pawns by those who know absolutely what they are doing is wrong. If they believed they were right, they wouldn’t be afraid of those like Ms. Rowling, or the young woman, Riley (can’t recall her last name) who opposed the fake “lia thomas” nor the girls at the school in vermont who refused to play and were backed up by their school admin. If they weren’t afraid of these, they would have open, calm, debates and not be forcing people to accept, getting people fired, banned, etc. for disagreeing with them.
satan had Jesus killed; he also had many Christians killed…because Truth exposes him for the liar he is. The same is true today….liars don’t wish to be exposed, so those who tell the Truth are threatened and punished.

Yes, saying that a devil killed Jesus is childish nonsense but the whole narrative is fraudulent. There is no evidence whatsoever that The Christ existed 2023 years ago. And just where the evidence should be in abundance there is nothing at all -I’m thinking of the story that Saul (who became Paul) met James (the “brother”) and Peter the apostle. Of course those two were able to tell Saul/Paul all about Jesus, all the interesting details about the life of the extraterrestial who lived just off the main street of Nazareth (a rather mundane choice for the Son of God). But, no, not at all. There is nothing. Zilch. Nada. Paul has nothing to tell us because there is nothing real about Jesus. There is of course the schizophrenic episode on the road to Damascus which is just what you would expect (as with Mohammed) from a founder of a new religion. Yes, Christianity was founded by Paul and just like the Trans ideology it was misogynistic and is so even to the present day. Curious isn’t it, that all the major religions and so many of those spooky little religious sects and now this nauseating Trans movement see women as inferior creatures whose uncanny allure terrifies men so much that men must cage them or keep them at bay away from all apexes of power.
wpm says
Comparing major religions that have been around for thousands of years to the new kind religion of the “Trans” movement is pretty simple minded. Even though you may consider the two major religions of the west Jewism and Christianity as false faire tails they have major influences on laws, cultural , and dignity of both men ,women ,family and the rights of free will and natural law. There is history outside of Jewish and Christian teaching that Jesus did live and die by Roman records keep by the then pagan Romans who ruled that area .It was the Roman courts that gave him the death sentence and they carried them out to satisfy the then ruling elite. There is nothing “spooky” or unnatural about modern major Christian or Jewish sects .In the west both do not demand that unbelievers be treated any different then believers. To say that the major Christian or Jewish religions sects treat women “unnaturally” is very strange women and men have live and advance in them for thousands of years . Encouraging the Castration of young people does seem a dead end goal of a new world order to get rid of most people by killing any hope of reproducing the next generation ,in my opinion.
Kevin Raddy says
I’m sorry, you are completely wrong. No serious scholar would propose such blind opinion. You may wish there to be nothing, and that’s exactly it, your wishful thinking – it simply doesn’t stack up with the facts. So apart from the Gospels, Paul’s letters to the churches, we also have letters of Peter, John et.al.,the Gospel of Luke and other NT writings – you could describe them as partisan, biased even, but they were all written close to the time of the events they describe—within about 50 years of the crucifixion, and that makes them historical sources. Then we have other sources: Tacitus, the Roman historian 56-120AD writing in the year AD115 records how Emperor Nero blamed and persecuted and tortured Christians for the great fire of Rome in AD64 that destroyed 3 out of 4 districts of the city. He mentions Pilate by name and also states Christians were already present in Rome at this time. Another Roman, Pliny the Younger writing about the same time seeks the Emperor Trajan’s advice on what to do about the increasing number of Christians brought before him as govenor of the province of Bithyina. He seeks advice from his Emperor as Christians are effecting the local economy – especially the temple taxes which have been decimated.
On the Jewish side we have 2 Josephus quotes one which may have been later altered (allegedly) but the other is rock solid and mentions the the brother of Jesus, who was called Christ, whose name was James.
There are other quotes from external sources but I don’t have time to go into them here. However this should be enough to establish Jesus as a fact of History, not of myth.

The trans lobby is anti-women. The way this movement has women and girls competing against males who say that they are the same as women, the rapes in jails by trangender scum, the calling women “menstruating people”, the use of terms like “chestfeeding” instead of breastfeeding, all these things denigrate women. It is time that most women woke up and went to war with the trans lobby crowd. This bizarre movement should never have gained as much power and attention as it now receives. I guess that all the cultural marxists see the trans movement as a way to try to destroy traditional society so they support the movement. Otherwise it would be a fringe movement with a tiny number of supporters.
somehistory says
Do you ever wonder what the women who fought for equal rights…like owning land, or getting paid for work, or being allowed to vote, or even to choose whom to marry, would say, and how they would react to all of this if they were suddenly alive again?
If a male can get pregnant, have a baby and feed it without the need for formula, then why have women around at all?
If people can’t even define what a woman is, not even people who are selected to rule on the Laws of the land and the Constitution, then why have them around?
If all *female* sports are taken over by biological males pretending to be female, and girls can no longer compete, then why have any girls in female sports? Just make them all males pretending to be female and do away with all of the *rules* that were meant to make for an equal opportunity to excel
the females going along with all this, must be masochists. It’s fair to say they are deluded, idiots, fools and being led by the master deceiver..
tim gallagher says
Yes, these are weird times, somehistory. All those things that you mention are discussed quite a lot on Sky News out here where women commentators, such as Rita Panahi, Peta Credlin and others keep pointing out how anti-women this trans mob are. And I agree with what they say. As for this bullshit about how, these days, the idiots can’t even agree on what a woman is, (an adult human female, and not some man who decides that it is now a woman because it would like to be a woman), well, what can you say? Strange and sick times indeed. I do think that women will wake up to this nonsense and even the left wing women will say, “Enough of this crap”.

somehistory, Those young women are horrible human beings and I hope that they do not represent a large percentage of the female population. But who the hell are they? I mean, why are they talking all this garbage, are they paid to say outrageous rubbish, and are trying to be outrageous, what is in it for them? I’m old and have little to do with young people these days except, say, when i am served by some young woman in a supermarket, or served a coffee or served in a pharmacist. i do come across some extremely nice, pleasant and friendly young women who seem to be nothing like these horrible creatures, and I am always pleased to come across such pleasant people, but maybe there are plenty of these horrible beings around. I was thinking how terrible their values are compared to the Christian ideals of considering other people, etc. It is going to be a horrible world with creatures like these around. Imagine what terrible parents these selfish creatures will be. On golf, i have never had a hole in one, been maybe three inches from it, but it is a pleasant game and, at 73 years old very soon, it is the only sport I can play without keeling over from a heart attack. Golf courses are always nice places with plenty of bird life and trees, etc.
somehistory says
Tim, thank you for your assessment of these bird-brain women. (sorry birds)
they seem to feel entitled to the best treatment, while handing out the worst.
the one walking on the street who bragged about paying for the young man’s hamburger…and hating on him because he didn’t want to pay 3 dollars for a slice of cheese…and those who were speaking to the young men about what they expected, seemed to be so air-headed…their parents and teachers have not done for them what they should have.
I don’t feel sorry for them, however, because anyone can look around and see the Truth about how others should be treated.
Christ and God being removed from school, and Christians being lambasted as *delusional* and *crazy* have had a tremendously bad effect on society.
And as for golf, I think that enjoying it as you do is enough without making that hole in one. I have a friend who went to play with a bunch of his buddies on the morning of his wedding…to get his mind off of how nervous he was.
It was chilly and it was very early, and he made a hole-in-one. I think he was more excited about that than he was about what was coming that afternoon.
tim gallagher says
Yes, somehistory, these young women do seem to be pretty air-headed, but, as I said, I have the feeling that, maybe, they are trying to say outrageous stuff. Their values seem appalling to me. No high ideals on display at all. And what a joke the bit is where some of these clowns say that all women are ten out of ten. Talk about being blind to their own thoughts. I would rank their characters as being about three out of ten, but maybe i have reasonably high standards. I do know some women I would rank very highly in terms of their character and who leave these young women miles behind. On golf, I just see it as a pleasant walk in a nice setting and it is interesting to try to play some decent shots. Interestingly, I play with three guys and all of them have actually had a hole in one. They aren’t good players, and I’m not either, but it is just one of those things.
somehistory says
Agreed, Tim. They do seem to want to be saying things which others will acknowledge as something other than ordinary.
As to golf, I understand what you are saying. I once went occasionally to the course just to rent a bucket of balls and lob them, and sometimes I’d go to the putting green and practice the short shots.
It was always a pleasant way to spend some time.
James Lincoln says
tim gallagher says,
“The trans lobby is anti-women.”
True, but I don’t think that the trans lobby sees it that way.
tim gallagher says
Maybe, James, but how these trans male athletes can be so deluded as to think that it is OK and fair for them to thrash genuine girls and women in athletic events or that it is Ok for males, like that swimmer in the US a while back, to be sharing the change rooms with naked genuine females, amazes me. They have a weird outlook which i cannot go along with at all. i have always thought that drag queens are like some grotesque caricature, and denigration, of genuine women and some women commentators have said that out here. As for the trans males who raped the women in Uk prisons, well, that is pretty misogynistic behaviour and, to my mind, they are scum of the earth and beneath contempt. I feel sure that there will be an awakening soon and the trans mob will be put back in their rightful position as a tiny little group who have wielded too much power (for some strange reason) for far too long. I have nothing against the people who used to transition to some other sex but it is all this power and attention they seem to get these days that annoys me. Out here in Australia, there was a fairly conservative commentator, named Malcolm Mcgregor, who transitioned to become Catherine McGregor and i used to see him, then her, occasionally on Sky News, and he always seemed pretty sensible to me. Never seemed to be pushing the trans cause but just commented on political issues of the day. They should just get on with their lives and stop all this bullshit they try to impose on normal members of society. I never read any of those Harry Potter books but I admire the courage of Rowling in taking on this issue.
James Lincoln says
Agree, tim.
And thanks for your reply.
tim gallagher says
You’re welcome, James. I’m always happy to give my point of view. To me, it is so obvious that those males thrashing women in sporting events was totally wrong. Here in Australia, in the last few days, there have been pretty violent demonstrations in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne when a woman (out here from the UK) was speaking up for women’s rights and the trans mob tried to demonstrate against her. Some pretty nasty, violent scenes. Lots of different rabble rousing groups seemed to show up to create trouble, particularly in Melbourne. So it is bit of an issue here right now during this woman from the UK’s tour (I can’t remember her name – Kelly-Anne something or other).

Transvestites who demand access to children are predators. But what’s the mind set of a parent who brings their child to attend a drag show? Their minds are so twisted they think sexualizing children is right and/or is it to aquire a higher rating on the woke score card? What the hell are they teaching in schools? She is right, it is extremely dangerous. As a woman, I am outraged just on the sports cheating alone. In the USA they are stealing all sports titles, awards and scholarships for women. How could the feminists allow this? It’s not so much even that they are taking them away from women, but that male losers are taking the winning spots.
I find myself asking why the globalist regime has adopted this deviant movement and the answers I come up with are frightening. First, the trans movement destroys the proper family unit. This is a big goal of most authoritarian states. Mao had his first generation hating their parents and isn’t much of this going on right now in the US? The movement moved into and took over our school system so quickly. Why else but to brainwash our children against the family unit. Once these children stop feeling the security of the family they are left feeling empty and are desperate for a connection to anything such as a Marxist NWO scenario. My second theory of regime motive is even more diabolical. I believe they are using these children for guinea pigs to start testing out their transhuman surgeries. Ultimately, is their vision a world where humans have mutilating cyborg type surgeries to be a better fit for their NWO? For example wouldn’t the humans working in factories be more productive with a cyborg arm or two? Or how about a brain implant to make us more compliant? The trans surgery mutilations will be preparing us to accept these new surgeries. I hope I am wrong, but their motive has to be intense if they are willing to mutilate our children. Finally, I think they wish total control over the future reproduction of humans. This is how they will depopulate us. Once we accept IVF and surrogacy, or even lab gestation we will accept that having children between a man and woman is not a given right. God help us if this happens.
I hope I am wrong.
