The principle is always and everywhere the same: in Muslim countries, one should conform one’s behavior to suit Muslim sensibilities. And in non-Muslim countries, one should conform one’s behavior to suit Muslim sensibilities.
“Ramadan, an important opportunity for Belgian supermarkets,” translated from “Le Ramadan, une opportunité importante pour les supermarchés belges,” Bladi, April 8, 2023 (thanks to Medforth):
Some supermarkets in Belgium are offering special offers during this Ramadan period to meet the growing demand from their Muslim customers.
Supermarket Albert Heijn created an episode of its sitcom on Ramadan, published on its website. In the episode, an Italian employee offers a snack for his birthday in the cafeteria. Everyone helps themselves, except his colleague Jamal. “It is Ramadan. I don’t eat during the day.” The colleagues are united and postpone the snack until later. This episode has been viewed over 200,000 times on TikTok. “We have a lot of products on our shelves that Muslims buy regularly,” supermarket spokeswoman Ann Maes told Het Nieuwsblad.
For its part, the Colruyt store has launched new products for Muslims. “You do Ramadan, we do the shopping,” we can read on the website of the supermarket, which is taking advantage of this period to promote its Collect&Go collection service. “As we do your shopping with care, you can spend time on what really matters,” says Colruyt, which also offers promotions on products such as dates, raisins, halal sauces, vegetarian harira recipes and bulgur pilaf.
The Carrefour and Aldi supermarkets are not left out. “We are focusing on Ramadan through our digital channels. You will see recipes on our social networks. We also work with five influencers who inspire their followers with Ramadan recipes using Aldi products,” explains Tine De Keersmaker of Aldi. Only the Delhaize brand did not offer special offers to Muslims during this period. “In the current context, this is not our priority,” said Roel Dekelver, his spokesperson.
Gone are the days when Muslims had to go to Muslim shops to buy dates and halal meat, says retail specialist Gino Van Ossel. “[…] Over time, supermarkets began to realize that the Muslim community was an important clientele and that they had to adapt to their needs. Now, all the big supermarket chains are offering products specially designed for the Ramadan period, because they realized it was an important business opportunity,” she explains.

The ad “forgot” to reveal the “fast” is prefaced by a morning meal before sunrise, followed by a evening feast after sundown, which on average leads to excess eating and weight gain. Muslim publications are replete with advice on how to control weight gain during Ramadan.
Referring ro this as “fasting” is almost amusing. It’s more like a celebration. And you know which sex is getting up very early and working late into the night, doing all the food preparations and cleanup.
Supermarket: “You do Ramadan, we do the shopping..”, .”.As we do your shopping with care, you can spend time on what really matters..” One can imagine the warm fuzzy feelings this brings to Muslim women.

Quite so, It is supposed to empathise with the poor and hungry but they are poor and hungry all the time and do not get to make up with plenty of food in the evening. It is just a pretense
and hypocritical

Public announcement to the islamic community.
1]Regarding the praying in Public
If you are praying in public you are clearly only doing it to be SEEN OF MEN and only HYPOCRITES do that.
allah says so.
koran 4:142
CUT IT OUT
allah will not be beguiled.You are proving to allah and the infidels that you are hypocrites.
allah says NO.
2]You are NOT ALLOWED to attack the Gospel.If you do that allah says you are EVIL
{koran 5:47}
If you have any questions regarding all the errors in the koran feel free to follow’s allah’s advice given to muhammed.
Koran 10:94
Consult those who know ..the BIBLE.
3}Regarding the Gospel which allah confirms [koran 3:3]and permits you to check{koran 10:94}
allah says that “WE bestowed on{Jesus} the Gospel wherein are a guidance and a light”[ koran 5:46] which is a bit awkward because you see the Gospel was written down AFTER the time of Jesus .So it is historically preposterous.How could Jesus have had the Gospel?
Not only is the Gospel a ‘guidance and a light’ [thanks allah]but it also has Biblical prophecies that show that islam …..doesn’t exist in the future so allah isn’t winning anything since he is not the actual Biblical God { who ALREADY owns the planet anyway}and you muslims won’t be taking over the world {although you think you will]
islam has no future.Biblical Prophecy shows that.
[It’s really good if you sit down and figure this out ….but then you may end up becoming be an infidel.But if you are a devout muslim and you have infidel friends you TOO are an infidel:
‘The worst of created beings'{koran 98:}
A devout muslim who is friends with a non-muslim is an INFIDEL {koran 5:51}
Do you muslims not see how nuts that is?
A non muslim/ex muslim = an Infidel
A devout muslim who is friends with an infidel= an infidel
But an infidel is the WORST OF CREATED BEINGS!
How did allah miss the Golden rule and the Second Chief Commandment?I mean these are in the Torah.
Unless..unless..allah is falsely claiming to be the inspiration behind the Torah.
Could the BEST OF DECEIVERS be impersonating the Biblical God?Yes.
Some of you muslims will get it:the fanatics and the converts won’t want to get it.But you really need to think about it.
Happy ramadan.

And as “jamal” says this, he puts his finger to his throat and makes a slicing motion from ear to ear.
They got the message, “jamal.” No matter the need for a refreshing break, they see their life flashing before their eyes if they take a bite or a drink of water.

A few years ago my national employer in Australia sent around an e-mail at the beginning of Ramadan advising non Muslims not to eat in front of Muslims. I couldn’t believe it when I read it.

A year or so ago here in the UK certain organisations were telling their employees to be ‘sensitive’ to their muslim colleagues and not eat their sandwiches at their desks during Ramadan. Strange that muslims in the UK have always found it a bit too difficult to be ‘sensitive’ to their hosts who have been tolerating and subsidising them all year round; not to mention having the common decency to ensure that they’re fit to do their jobs whilst fasting, as the muslim driver of the train involved in Britain’s worst rail disaster in recent years at Ladbroke Grove clearly was NOT; but that’s assuming that his passing the red signal was really an ‘accident’.

Idiots! Their Muslim co-workers actually had a Feast comparable to a full Christmas Dinner with ALL the trimmings before Sun Up. At Sundown they’re going to have another one! Are the Belgians? Want to show solidarity with their Muslim co-workers. How about the Muslims showing “solidarity” with their non-Muslim co-workers & respecting their habits, customs & Beliefs? I think not!
