A typical act for the Biden regime.
“Advocates for Nigerian Persecuted Christians Fault US Report Depicting Fulani as Victims,” by Jonah McKeown, ACI Africa, May 6, 2023:
Advocates for persecuted Christians in Nigeria are criticizing a new report prepared by the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) that they say ignores the many documented atrocities perpetrated against Christians by the Fulani ethnic group in Nigeria and instead paints the Fulani as persecuted victims.
The April 27 report prepared by USCIRF — a nonpartisan federal body — asserts that Fulani civilians have been subjected to “xenophobic sentiment” because “Christian communities often equate Fulani Muslims with Salafi jihadist beliefs because of their Muslim identity.” The report goes on to say that “abuses have led some members of Fulani communities to arm themselves and conduct reprisal attacks based on ethnoreligious identity,” with the result being that “Christian communities across Nigeria are threatened by deadly attacks from vengeful assailants seeking retribution for grievances against Fulani Muslim civilians.”
The Fulani are an ethnic group that occupies a large area of the African continent stretching from Senegal to Sudan. They are nomadic and largely share a language, Muslim faith, and a history of livestock herding. Jihadist Muslim groups, such as Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) have claimed responsibility for numerous deadly attacks on the country’s Christians. But myriad other attacks attributed to Fulani herdsmen on Christians in Nigeria, especially in the north of the country, have been reported in recent years. The current president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, is of Fulani ancestry, and there is widespread evidence that Fulanis have been largely able to carry out their attacks with impunity.
Advocates for persecuted Christians strongly disagreed with the USCIRF report’s assertion that the numerous attacks attributed to the Fulani in recent years on Christians in the country are retaliatory.
Sean Nelson, legal counsel for the U.S.-based Alliance Defending Freedom, told CNA that the USCIRF report “fails to explain the broader context of religiously motivated violence against Christians, where they are suffering thousands of deaths every year because of their faith.”
“The report is needlessly polarizing in an area that requires great sensitivity,” Nelson said.
“The international religious freedom community would benefit from an explanation as to how the report was produced and approved, and USCIRF should consider a retraction. It is vital that the international religious freedom community is able to come together to advocate for those in Nigeria who have been so regularly and grievously victimized.”
Nelson said the report appears to fault the Christian community for the marginalization of the Fulanis while failing to acknowledge the brutal persecution the Christians of Nigeria are facing, often at Fulani hands.
“The report rightly speaks against using an overly broad brush when discussing the Fulani Muslim community and militancy within it, but then proceeds to imply with false moral equivalency and little evidence that the broader Christian community is responsible for large portions of the violence,” he noted….

“…an explanation as to how the [USCIRF] report was produced and approved..”, would uncover anti-Christian bias and minimalist observation.

Yes, esp the bias

Yep. What else would you expect from this administration?

The current government of the U.S. has shown itself to be a large part of the anti-Christ.
Taking in mozlums by the hundreds of thousands over the past few years…from the days of clinton at least, exploding during the pretend presidency of bo, and with biden promising them, and giving them power in his “administration,” mozlums are deciding just who are the victims of religious violence and who are the perps.
And Isaiah wrote about them in a prophecy; chapter 5:20. “Woe to those putting evil for good, bitter for sweet and darkness for light.”
mozlums are getting support for their evil, murderous, demonic atrocities; but “woe” will come to them and all who support the evil, devil’s desire.

Well, the State Department’s ambassador-at-large for International Religious Freedom is Rashad Hussain. When that guy is the face of the US ‘Religious Freedom’ inquisition worldwide, that’s what might be expected.
In Nigeria, they’ve swapped victims and perps, and they’ve done the same in India, painting Hindus as the perps and muslims as the victims. The US should just wind up this commission: all it does is make other countries look more suspiciously at the US. Countries like Russia & China don’t ding countries on what is essentially their internal affairs, so when we do it, it ends up driving countries, who might otherwise be more open to us, into the arms of our enemies
Devasur says
Does the same in india.

Islamic believes and actions are not compatible with any country or person for that matter, that’s on the outside of the Islamic world.
Islam cannot coexist peacefully with anything but Islam, it was designed that way, the Koran is undeniable prove of this.

So, let me understand correctly. According to the USCIRF, arming yourself with automatic weapons and massacring thousands of innocent people — men, women and children, is a perfectly acceptable response to perceived hurt feelings, real or not.
Not fit for purpose springs to mind.

It is worse than anyone could imagine. Homeland Security listed pro-life moms as “radicalization suspects”. President Trump is no longer in office, the adults are back in charge. Sure glad we have top men in homeland security. Top…Men.

There is so much insane stupidity, evil intent, and demonic actions, it’s as if the air itself is filled with it, like smoke from a wild fire or a pile of burning tires.
It’s amazing how some people just can’t see clearly what is in front of their eyes. Guess it has just blinded them, like thick, black smoke.

If I knew the future would turn out like this I would have had more fun in my younger days. But still, have the fun you can now cause the leftists want to outlaw that!

I never imagined things like this when I was young; thought they’d be like my parents had it when people were just people and most were level-headed and kind.
When I began to understand more about what was prophesied to happen, I still didn’t see how bad it was going to be.
Not much fun to be had, but yesterday, my daughter-in-law brought my granddaughter over and she went out in back with the puppy. It was delightful watching them chase each other, and hearing the laughter..
I took a break from thinking about all of the bad things.

Ive put myself on restriction for the internet, had to, otherwise I would go crazy. The internet was almost better in the old days when it was mainly screensavers and wallpaper downloads.
Future Shock is a 1970 book. The premise is, too much change in too short a period of time. The author got that right.

Hugh O’ Brian being Wyatt Earp. 1955. Yep, we have to go back to find good entertainment. Who is in charge of the modern unertainment? Oh yeah, them.

I try to avoid most stuff; when I’m scrolling through the news and see Calvin n Hobbes, Peanuts, or Blondie, I have something to read.
A recent…in watching, not release… episode of Earp had an old buffalo hunter talking with Wyatt about the “old days” when the buffalo were in the millions and “life was different.”
It’s been that way all down through time, but it’s so much worse today. So much.

Not to hype it but have you ever visited Free Republic? Created by a Northern California guy way back in 1996. Latest Articles is a constantly updating list of articles with a brief summation. You can ignore or click on any of them and get more detailed info on the subject. A longtime time saving go to for me.

I may have, but not sure. I’ve seen a lot of sites that offer news that either isn’t covered at all, or the Truth is hidden by the reporting of the regular media.
I’ll have to give it a look. Thanks.
One Calvin strip had him telling Hobbes that he knew more about celebrities than he did about what was going on of importance; and in the final frame, he wondered if economics would be less boring if it was discussed in a cheap motel room.

I have noticed that I have never heard of many people who are labeled stars/people of notoriety in today’s world. I can recognize stars/people of notoriety of the past very easily. That doesn’t reflect well on modern times. The whole idea should be to, advance, expand, produce better. We need to somehow get rid of the civilization rejecting, UN-inventors, editors of the truth in things past.
Probably would but always try to avoid the “cheap” motel rooms.
somehistory says
Same for me. I often see a headline that “…” has been hospitalized, arrested, died, getting married, having another baby, etc. and I have never heard of that person. There are so many of them that are labeled “influencers” and the “singers”, actors in movies I know nothing about…..there is no way anyone could keep up, much less keep up with that and the real news.
Avoiding “cheap” motel rooms is one of the things I do. I don’t even like the better ones because I’ve worked in that industry and know too much.

The writers of the report malke no mention of killing Christians because they view killing Christians as a religious right whuich is comanded to be practiced in the Quran and to be practiced by Muslims as part of their religion . This killing of Christians in this manner and media not reporting it has been going on for e hundreds olf years.
Even none muslim Governments and Law enforcement are complicit in this religious practice.
Most telllingly Police Forces typically claim they can find a motove when Muslims randomly attack Christians and non muslims killing them in Public places. The religion really is to blame and the perpetrators are not condemed by other muslims for the random killings.
Perpretrators when questioned often boast they were just killing as insructed in the Quran
I wish there were another answer but there isn’t one
