“Arab Commentators, Muslim Clerics Call France’s Riots Divine Punishment For Its Anti-Islam Policies, Payback For Its Colonial History,” MEMRI, July 7, 2023:
In response to the riots that erupted in France following the tragic incident of the police shooting and killing of a teenage boy named Nahel in the Paris suburb of Nanterre on June 27, 2023, various Arab commentators, including Muslim clerics, took to social media and websites to express their perspectives. They argued that the rioters’ violent reactions can be seen as a form of divine punishment against France due to its anti-Islam policies and positions, as well as a consequence of its colonial history and foreign interventions.
This report aims to examine and highlight the commentaries presenting these arguments across multiple social media platforms and websites. Rather than seeing it only or solely as a civil rights issue among the French involving police brutality, many saw it as divinely inspired revenge against an old adversary for a multitude of past transgressions, from comments by Brigitte Bardot to the intervention against Qaddafi’s Libya.
Commenting on the recent riots in France, Libyan cleric and YouTuber Zain Kairalah referred, in a video, to a statement made by French President Emmanuel Macron in 2020, in which he described Islam as being in crisis. Kairalah claimed that both France and Macron have faced numerous crises since that statement was made. He invoked Quranic verse 15:95, stating that Allah may have intended to fulfill it by saying, “Indeed, We are sufficient for you against the mockers.” Kairalah emphasized that Allah will eventually take care of those who mock Islam and administer punishment accordingly. Towards the end of his video, Kairalah pointed out the current struggles faced by Macron, stating, “Look at the person who claimed Islam is in crisis; he himself is now experiencing a crisis. He has faced humiliation multiple times, and his country has suffered economic and political crises.”
On July 3, 2023, Syrian YouTuber Abduldaem Al-Kaheel, who identifies himself as a researcher of the scientific miracles of the Quran and Sunnah, echoed a similar argument. In his video, Al-Kaheel accused France of waging war against Allah and oppressing Muslims and stated: “But Allah says: Do not ever think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. Quran 14:42 One of the most unjust acts is their deliberate mistreatment of two billion Muslims, now Allah Himself has preoccupied them with their own selves. They have mocked this Prophet, but Allah Almighty says, ‘Indeed, We are sufficient for you against the mockers.’ I was thinking about this verse at that time. What does it mean when Allah says, ‘Indeed, We are sufficient for you against the mockers?’ They are mocking now… Look, my dear brother, Allah has preoccupied them with events, problems, and disturbances.”…
In a video titled “France is burning due to Macron’s racist policies,” Algerian political commentator and former diplomat Mohamed Larbi Zitout claimed that the riots were a result of France’s systematic provocations and hostility towards Islam, and referred to the death of teenager as the “the final straw that broke the camel’s back.”
In the video, which was posted on July 1, 2023, he stressed that French politicians should understand that anyone who challenges Islam by expressing hostility towards it will be defeated. After accusing France of extreme hostility towards Islam and Muslims with a widespread “colonial mentality” among lawmakers, he noted that he realized that many Muslims who live in France have celebrated and rejoiced over the riots because “they believe that the rioters are avenging them, and they believe that the reactions of the rioters is rational against humiliation, oppression and hostility.”…
On July 1, 2023, the online Arabic daily Raialyoum.com published an article by its UK-based Palestinian editor-in-chief Abdel-Bari Atwan that stated that the riots “were not only the result of the police’s assassination of the Algerian teenager Nahel, but rather the result of escalating frustration due to the prevalence of injustice, oppression, the excessive power of security apparatus, and the inhumane living conditions that migrants, especially those of Arab and Islamic origins, endure.” Atwan further described France as “one of the leading centers of racism, hatred, and Islamophobia in the European continent,” adding that “Nahel’s assassination by a police officer served as the catalyst for an underlying and increasingly explosive frustration that has become difficult to control.”
Elaborating on his analysis of the riots in France, Atwan wrote: “The issue is not only about racist policies, marginalization, and the adoption of hatred [and] Islamophobia, but also a regrettable return to the colonial past and its legacy in dealing with the immigrant descendants of colonies in France….

I remember when the mozlums said that “covid” was their fake god’s retribution against….naming different entities and governments….and other mozlums were saying this and that was their god’s retribution related to the vaccines and the spread of the disease. Even though many of them got the virus.
Now, the riots….engaged in by the mozlums as revenge …their *reason* they stated…for the young criminal and terrorist being shot by a police officer….are retribution for not doing more bowing and scraping to the mozlums who have taken over massive amounts of French property for themselves, raped young women, stabbed teachers, strangers on the street, priests in their churches, etc. and are still allowed to roam free, harassing young women, demanding more and more and being given all of their demands.
Michael Copeland posted a link to a video where a Frenchman is explaining a document he found which says back in the ’70’s, the governments of Europe agreed to bring in hordes of mozlums, give them everything they want, allow them to do all their book of evil demands they do, and give praise to their belief system, claiming islam has always been part of that continent.
But even that is not enough. With mozlums, it’s never enough because not everyone is behaving as they behave, and calling evil “good” to the extent that devout mozlums do.

That claim. spoken by those Muslim clerics. is just a coverup. to hide the actual hostile and aggressive Islamic hate and contempt for the Western nation of France. Such jihad -minded Muslims detest. all of Western civilization, and all nations of the West and all humans who are Westerners.
In other words, that that claim by those Muslim clerics only proves that “Evil is always looking for an excuse.”

That Muslim ungratefulness and unthankfulness for letting them enter France to live. This this further exposes the Muslim’s Islamic arrogant contempt for people who are Westerners and Western civilization, Western laws.
This Muslim violence may be yet better explained by one of the fables of Aesop which is entitled THE FARMER AND THE VIPER. So here it is “Once in ancient Greece there was a farmer outside on a very cold winter day walking in if field to make sure that everything is in order and as it should be. The farmer came upon a half-froze viper about to die from the bitter cold. The kind yet foolish farmer took pity on the viper and in an action of kindness put it his is vest jacket to warms and up and thus save its life. The viper warned up revived and then bit farmer through the vest jacket. So the kind but foolish farmer died a slow painful death in awful agony because he felt sorry of the viper and saved it life. The point to this fable is the no amount of kindness will change and vicious and evil nature.
So it is with those Muslim migrants who were allowed to enter France to live . Those violent migrants who are Muslims will not be impress and change because kindness of Westerners. This is because those violent Muslims have that ungrateful dangerous viper nature because of their venomous and violent religion which is Islam.

In that case, I wonder when will allah launch his retribution at China for its treatment of Uyghur muslims, and at dar ul islam for not backing the Uyghurs? Every muslim country has an extradition agreement w/ China regarding the Uyghurs, which is why they have to flee to non muslim, Western countries that don’t have such agreements
There should be similar riots in a lot of cities – Beijing, Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, Islamabad, Kabul, Kandahar, Herat, Samarqand, Buqhara, Mary, Ashgabat, Bishkek, Almaty, Nursultan, Ma’ashed, Qum, Teheran, Baku, Baghdad, Ankara, Istanbul, Kuwait,…. it would be a long list of cities that endorse Beijing’s anti-muslim policies

Mr. Raymond Ibrahim has made the point often that mozlums don’t attack when they see strength.
They see that in china and aren’t about to make the chinese government angry with the whole of the mozlum world.
At least, that last part is my opinion. mozlums don’t seem able to think things through before spouting off about what they are going to do, or what their fake god is going to do.

In China’s case, it’s a combination of 2 strengths – their military strengths and their economic strengths. Militarily, China could overrun all of the -stans and have a Caspian Sea coastline, if they wanted. And economically, they are #2 in the world (although Gordon Chang thinks that they are sinking)
So muslims worldwide are doubly scared of them. They don’t wanna be in their military crosshairs, nor do they want to get economically starved by Beijing either
