Abbas claims Hitler was not acting out of antisemitism because he wants to conceal his own antisemitism. Yet the reason why the “Palestinians” fight Israel is not actually over land. As the “Palestinian” Sharia Judge Muhannad Abu Rumi said in 2018: “The war is not only over this strip of land, as you all know the Jews want everything and not just a part [of it]… There have always been two camps in history: the camp of truth and the camp of falsehood. The people of falsehood see themselves as those who rule over everything… Among the Jews we find nothing but corruption and depravity.” The root cause is this: “You will find the Jews and the idolaters the most vehement of mankind in hostility to those who believe.” (Qur’an 5:82)
“Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas: Hitler Fought The European Jews Because Of Their Usury, Money Dealings; It Was Not About Antisemitism; Jews From Arab Countries Did Not Want To Emigrate, But Were Forced To Do So By Israel,” MEMRI, September 3, 2023:
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas discussed antisemitism in a speech delivered at the 11th session of Fatah’s Revolutionary Council, on August 24, 2023. He said that the “truth” is that European Jews are not Semites, they are the descendants of Khazars, and therefore their persecution has nothing to do with antisemitism. Abbas added that Karl Marx confirmed that this is so. He continued to say that Hitler and the Europeans did not kill the Jews “because they were Jews,” but rather they fought the Jews because of “their social role, and not their religion.” Abbas explained that Hitler “fought” the Jews because they dealt with usury and money, not because of antisemitism.
He added that the eastern Jews were indeed Semites, because they had originated from the Arabian Peninsula and then traveled to Andalusia. Later in his speech, Abbas claimed that Ben Gurion had not wanted Jews from Arab countries to immigrate to Israel, but was forced to accept them upon Churchill’s urging, because there were no more Jews left in Europe. He said that Ben Gurion carried out attacks on Jewish institutions in Arab countries in order to persuade them to emigrate. Abbas stated: “the Jews did not want to emigrate but were forced to do so by means of pressure, coercion, and murder.”
Abbas discussed the Balfour Declaration, saying that the U.S. was a partner to it and that Israel was invented by “Britain and America – not just Britain.” He added that he is “saying this so that we know who we should accuse of being our enemy.”
Mahmuod Abbas: “The truth that we should clarify to the world is that European Jews are not Semites. They have nothing to do with Semitism.

“[In the 11th century], this empire collapsed, and all its population left to the north and to the west. They left for Russia and Western and Eastern Europe. They spread there, and they are the forefathers of Ashkenazi Jews. So when we hear them talk about Semitism and antisemitism – the Ashkenazi Jews, at least, are not Semites.
[…]
“They say that Hitler killed the Jews for being Jews, and that Europe hated the Jews because they were Jews.
“Not true. It was clearly explained that [the Europeans] fought [the Jews] because of their social role, and not their religion. Several authors wrote about this. Even Karl Marx said this was not true. He said that the enmity was not directed at Judaism as a religion, but to Judaism for is social role.
“The [Europeans] fought against these people because of their role in society, which had to do with usury, money, and so on and so forth. Even Hitler…
“Everybody knows that during World War I, Hitler was a sergeant. He said he fought the Jews because they were dealing with usury and money. In his view, they were engaged in sabotage, and this is why he hated them. We just want to make this point clear. This was not about Semitism and antisemitism.
“As for the eastern Jews, they are Semites, because all of them originated in the Arabian Peninsula and they traveled to Al-Andalus, and then came back. We are familiar with this history.

“The Balfour Declaration saw the light of day only because of the complete agreement between Balfour and U.S. President Wilson. They were in full agreement about this phrasing. I would like to ask Abbas why the Jews have been and are still persecuted in the Russia and other parts of Euro-Asian states where the Jews have no power, much less money. The Germans had a right to be upset regarding the forced signing of the War Guilt Clause in the Treaty of Versailles as well as the reparations forced upon the Germans. It gave Erich Ludendorff the high ground when he claimed that Deutschland was stabbed in the back. Many professors that I studied under and some who became good friends agree that were it not for the unjust punishments placed upon the German people, such as requiring a wheelbarrow of money to buy a loaf of bread in the 1920s, Von Hindenburg would not have placed Hitler at the head of the Bundestag in 1933. Also it should be remembered that neither Hitler nor his NATZI Party ever came close to winning a majority.
Had Gustaf Stresemann not died in 1929, WWII may not have happened. Stresemann’s wife was of Jewish decent and some of his close assistants in the Weimar Republic were Jewish but none were involved in any sort of usury activities. Most Jews in Germany were poor and lived in conclaves in many cities throughout Europe and very few profited from lending money at high interest rates. Abbas’ claims are ludicrous at best but the West will probably agree with him, especially the left. Most of the left’s communist leaders are as anti-Semitic as Abbas and will continue in their attempts to destroy the Jewish State of Israel. The followers of the pedophilic mass murdering monster, may he roast in hell, slaughtered thousands of Jews before the Balfour Declaration and would do so if the opportunity should arise.

Old arguments and refuted over and over by actual history. Jews lived in Europe even before the destruction of Judea by the Roman Empire, with that empire having a rather large number of jews living there. There was of course the terrible destruction of Judea, of Israel by the Romans who took Jews as slaves by some 100,000 if I remember correctly, dispersing them throughout their empire. The records of the Rhine are of what is Germany records the existence of Jews there in 300 A.D. That some jews were from Russia (not the khazar jews) and later the few Khazar Jews did go to European areas made them a small contingent, and certainly not the origins of Askenazi Jews. But the arguments invented to erase the Jewish people go on, in the mouth of the very vile Abbas, he whose PhD thesis was written in soviet Russia using the standard. “In about A.D.700 the Khazar king was converted to Islam and later to Judaism. A later king, Obadiah, greatly strengthened Judaism, inviting rabbis into his Kingdom and building synagogues. Their Judaism – limited no doubt in any case to a comparitively small group (only the king, his attendants and the Khazars of his kind) – was always superficial and they were liable to relapse into paganism. They became what could best be called Judaized Turks. Religious toleration was maintained for the Kingdom’s 300 years, with clear traces of Christianity being found among them for the whole historical period. The predominating element in the country were the Muslims, and they formed the royal army(3). In the 10th century, “probably in 965, Khazar leaders appealed to a neighbouring Islamic state for help against invasion but were told that the price of assistance was Khazaria’s conversion to Islam. According to Muslim historians the kingdom that had embraced Judaism around 740 suddenly abandoned it less than two and a half centuries later. But this did not save them and by the end of the eleventh century the Khazar empire was no more.”(1) There are persistent references to the Khazars as Muslims after A.D. 965(3). D.M. Dunlop,(1987) The History of the Jewish Khazars. But that is the usual problem. Trying to erase Jews, erase Israel, and claim it all- That is what Abbas represents. He is a vulgar, mega millionaire who has stolen so much of the money from the arab people he rules over and that is all rather the story of his life.

If a Jew or Christian said anything like that about muslims the entire world media would scourge them for uttering such words. Yet, all the times that this has been said, by muslims about Jews gains little or no commentary- except to mention ‘political tensions’ etc. The obvious and glaringly unmentioned reality of Islam’s commandment to rule the world as the only religion, and it’s historical conquests for 1400yrs in this regard, demanding the world bow to muslim laws do represent who wants the world and who is commanded to just that.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
One difference though: reason Hitler hated the Jews was race rather than religion: a Jew could have converted to something else, and it wouldn’t have made a difference. Whereas the reason Abbas hates the Jews is that they are infidels
Not claiming that either is better than the other, but that there is that difference
libertyORdeath says
It’s funny how Jews and Muslims both claim that any legitimate criticism of them or their ideology is forbidden.
But yet, they’re also the largest groups who insist that they are God’s “chosen people”.
Maybe stop acting like you’re better than everyone else and that you are uniquely above any criticism.
mgoldberg says
You’re wrong in so many ways. Legitimate criticism of the people and the ideology of Jews and Judaism is of course allowed. That’s because no one is compelled to become a Jew- nor was it ever so. Unlike Islam. Likely unlike whatever the heck you came out of. As for your infantile, creepy criticism… oh go ahead. You’re free. See?
libertyORdeath says
Tell that to the people constantly targeted and harassed by the ADL. It does seem that in the West, Israel as a nation is treated differently than Jews as an ethnic group or religion, but criticism of Jews as a group or Judaism as a religion is STRICTLY controlled in the West and especially in Europe.
I might have said you were right about America allowing unfettered debate on the subject, but that has changed recently.
My point is not that Jews as a group or religion deserve more criticism than anyone else. I have been and continue to be exceedingly supportive of the Jewish people and the State of Israel from the get go. It is simply that NO GROUP or individual should be immune from criticism of ANY kind. This absolutely includes topics and ideas that are considered “antisemitic” by most Jewish advocacy groups, and therefore suppressed or censored outright. That type of “reasoning” only leads to the authoritarian speech controls we are facing today. Every other group (illegals, transvestites, blacks, etc.) is using the same strategy and tactics that groups like the ADL pioneered in their quest to suppress free speech in the name of stamping out supposed “antisemitism”.
mgoldberg says
The ADL is a purely Leftist organization now, and you can feel more than free to evaluate them to your hearts content. The issue here was what you said, not what they, in their leftist bs peddle as ‘Jewish thought’. You said tingJews, like muslims say they are G-d’s chosen people, stating the muslims and jews are the same. Which of course is nonsense- as I think showed. Being ‘Chosen
‘ to represent as a light unto the nations, commanded nothing of conquering others, and in fact forbade just that for Judaism, and for Jews. But here you devolve into whining about how the ADL represents Judaism, and it doesn’t at all. Just like progressive don’t represent ‘democracy’ or ‘freedom’ but blare on about such. You made your statement and that is what you have to consider- your original statment, and don’t go whining about the lame ADL- they are vain leftists and nothing more- they repreent the left, and that’s it.

So do you see social media, which is legally meant to be an open forum without any editorial input from the owners, as a “platform” in this case?
Should he or any other accused “antisemite” be allowed to give public speeches or hold events?
If his ideas are indeed incorrect, appalling and offensive then why are we so worried about it? I’m not saying promote his videos to kids, but blacklisting just because jews are offended is pitiful. Nobody gives a shit when a Christian is offended, I can tell you that.
Special classes of people are anathema to liberty. I can’t believe more people can’t see how this will be expanded and ramped up if we allow it to go unchallenged. Just imagine how many “protected” groups you could invent with little effort…

Transvestites
Homosexuals
Immigrants
Illegals
Hispanics
Muslims
Asians
And on and on and on
We’ve always had a tradition of letting EVERYBODY have their say. That’s why we’ve never had hate speech laws or prohibitions on holocaust revisionism or even outright denial. Despite this, we’ve had nearly 250 years now with no need for the ADL, hate speech laws, or mass censorship of constitutional speech.
I think many of us are missing the slipperly slope that we are already sliding down at record speed. “Antisemitism” laws are just another way to chip away at our God given rights. Why should any group be afforded such specially crafted laws for their benefit alone.
I feel like just the fact that most responses havent been something like “I may disagree but I’ll always defend their right to speak” is very disheartening. I’d expect the kowtowing in the UK or Canada, but this is America for f*@ks sake!

Musta maxxed out the replies.
Goldberg – your points are weak at best. I never said I LIKED Fuentes or even said anything about him. But this is America, I don’t care what he said or who he claims to like, he still should have the right to say it.
The only reason I brought him up was your bitchy comment about how free we are and how we’re all free to post criticism of Jews online. I think you proved my point with your non-answer. If we’re free, as you insist, to criticise jews on social media then do it.
It also doesn’t matter one bit who the ADL claims to represent. They spend the bulk of their time and effort persecuting accused “antisemites” by censoring, defunding or threatening advertisers. All of that is Un-American no matter who is doing it or what the motivation is.
You also try to twist the meaning of being God’s “chosen people.” It means the same in Judaism as it does in Islam. Jews are at the top, everyone else is below them. Seems pretty straightforward. I never said they both insisted on death for infidels, only that they do indeed think they are better than other groups.
So you seem to end by making up things (I never said the ADL represents all jews, only that they censor or persecute all perceived antisemitism), insulting me (great debate tactic) and basically admitting the truth.
Yes, there is a massive campaign in the West to censor and suppress so-called “antisemitism.” Just because you claim that the ADL or other groups don’t represent ALL jews doesn’t mean they don’t engage in unconstitutional censorship efforts.
You heading up to Canada soon to demonstrate how “free” you are?

Kanye was blacklisted and nearly bankrupted by Jewish political groups like the ADL and AIPAC who pressured his business partners and advertisers to blacklist him.

This isn’t about jews.

Thanks for your initial response James. I always enjoy your comments and I make my points with the utmost respect for the good people here. I’m hoping goldberg realizes that after my reply.
I’m personally glad I brought it up because I feel like it’s one of our collective blindspots on this side of sanity. Many conservatives and free speech advocates seem to be unaware of the extremely long history of the censorship of purported “antisemitism” and how it is ramping up as we speak.
Hell, even “Free Florida” and DeSantis just passed a “hate speech” law that specifically targets “antisemitism.”
And the best part…DeSantis actually went to Israel to sign a law for an American state lol. But there’s definitely no suppression or criminalization of so-called “antisemitism” in a similar fashion as the push for more “Islamophobia” consequences, which are similarly social, economic, and legal.
You simply cannot be a Patriotic American who believes in “antisemitism” laws and blacklisting anymore than you can be one who believes in “Islamophobia” or blasphemy laws.
I am however extremely curious about your thoughts on the subject prior to our back and forth. Why were you unconvinced that criticism of Jews was suppressed and censored? Do you think “antisemitism” based “hate speech” laws are right? How about laws based on supposed “Islamophobia” or “anti-immigrant” sentiment (of which we would all be guilty of both)?
Do you think that “Islamophobia” and “antisemitism” are exceedingly similar in their tenets?
Do you think the century-long “antisemitism” campaign is being used as a blueprint for the suppression of free speech in the West?
Did you know that most of Europe, Canada, and many other countries have strict “antisemitism” laws that include prohibitions on speech, imagery and other forms of expression?
Is it possible to be pro-Jewish, pro-Israel, anti-jihad AND pro free speech all at once according to the ADL or jews in favor of “antisemitism” laws?
Just curious. Probably not the best forum, but with the ADL censorship being front 0age news atm, seems like a good time.

libertyORdeath,
You make excellent points – and I’m glad that you enjoy my comments. We can learn much from one another here at JW.
I think that I had misinterpreted the meaning of your word “forbidden” (my mistake). I thought that it had to do with the vastly different responses of the offended groups (generally, Jews non-violent / muslims violent) rather than any specific laws against criticism of ideology. That being said, I not sure (it may be in some Western countries) that factual / legitimate criticism of Jews / Judaism is actually forbidden throughout the West- but muslims will NOT allow ANY factual / legitimate criticism of muslims / islam.
I strongly believe in free speech. Certainly, ALL speech that is a factual criticism of an ideology islam, Judaism, etc. And also even non-factual speech that does not call for violence, incite panic, slander, etc.
Why were you unconvinced that criticism of Jews was suppressed and censored?
I am convinced – see above. In the West, criticism of Jews is suppressed and censored in varying degrees.
Do you think “antisemitism” based “hate speech” laws are right? \
True hate speech (denying the holocaust) is disgusting, but – in general – no. Deniers should be CALLED OUT.
How about laws based on supposed “Islamophobia” or “anti-immigrant” sentiment (of which we would all be guilty of both)?
In general, no.
Do you think that “Islamophobia” and “antisemitism” are exceedingly similar in their tenets?
There certainly are similarities. The big difference that I see is that if someone is being totally factual / truthful, one generally doesn’t get labelled antisemitic but WILL get labeled islamophobic.
Do you think the century-long “antisemitism” campaign is being used as a blueprint for the suppression of free speech in the West?
Not sure, but it’s an interesting question.
Did you know that most of Europe, Canada, and many other countries have strict “antisemitism” laws that include prohibitions on speech, imagery and other forms of expression?
Yes.
Is it possible to be pro-Jewish, pro-Israel, anti-jihad AND pro free speech all at once according to the ADL or jews in favor of “antisemitism” laws?
It should be possible if one is speaking the truth, not sure if the ADL / Jews would totally agree.
Best wishes.

Abbas: Hitler fought the Jews because of ‘usury and money,’ not just because they were Jews
……………………………………………
What crap–where to start? Not only did Jews not control the financial system, but few were involved in finance or banking in any way. Then, Hitler didn’t just go after Jews working in the financial sector, but all Jews everywhere he could reach, including children.
Then, the claim that Jews are all Kazars is ludicrous–they were a small tribe from the western steppes–this bogus claim is often used by antisemites, including Muslims. to imply that Jews are, somehow, not real Jews, and hence have no historical link to Israel.
Then, the claim that Israel could somehow force Jews in Arab lands to immigrate to Israel is just absurd–how would this be possible? The fact is that most Arab nations expelled their entire Jewish populations after 1947, stealing all of their assets.
