When I was young, living in the South, people used to say, you Catholics have some weird rules. Back then all we knew about the Muslim world was Alibaba and the 40 thieves, Aladdin’s Lamp and 1001 Arabian Nights. I’d venture to say no one knew they had to point their rumps in a certain direction to poop. Islam and it’s nutty rules.
I think there must have been times when Mohammad just said to himself, what sort of crazy thing can I make these jerks do today.

Mohammad did not exist. Instead, Abdul-al-Malik had a committee set up to invent all sorts of crazy things for crazy jerks to do.
