One might expect the top boys’ names in Israel to be David, Joseph, Adam, and other biblical names, but none of those are the most popular. According to Population and Immigration Authority data, “in first place for names for boys in the general population” of Israel is “Mohammad.”
This isn’t new for the current Jewish year, 5783. Two years ago, the Times of Israel likewise reported that Mohammad topped the list.
In 2014, the New York Times reported that “Muhammad was by far the most popular name for babies born in Israel…”
A high Muslim population in Israel is a cause for concern, given the reality of the jihad against the Jewish state. Jihad Watch recently addressed the threat coming from some of Israel’s own Arab citizens, who enjoy the benefits of Israeli citizenship yet seek to destroy the very country in which they hold that citizenship. It isn’t the presence of Christians in Israel that serves as the greatest threat to Jewish identity; it is the jihad against its very existence, from the violent jihad to population jihad. Add in the global propaganda against Israel over the Palestinians.
As Clifford May, president of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, noted almost ten years ago: “Too many Arabs still dream of slaughtering Israel’s Jews” and “When Hamas and similar groups talk about ‘occupation,’ they’re referring to every square inch of Israel.”

The Population and Immigration Authority published data about the most popular names for boys and girls that were given to babies who were born in the past Jewish year, 5783.
In first place for names for boys in the general population is Mohammad (1,666), after that are the names Adam (1,187), Joseph (1,186), and David (924).
In fifth place came the name Ariel (837), after that, Lavi (775), and after it, Omer (762). The name Refael tied for eighth, and after it came Ahmad (686) and Daniel (679).
In first place for girls’ names came Avigail (969), in second place came Tamar (847), directly behind was Miriam (806). After them came Sara (710), Yael (704), Ayala (662), Noa (653), Lia (642), Adel (606), and Maya (595)…..

It happens in part because in Islam first names are the equivalent of Mr or Miss. Vast numbers of Muslims have the same first name, so it is the second, third and fourth names that distinguish them. In many other religions people try to give their sons different first names to distinguish them from other boys. It could be that the name issue in a religion is dangerous all the same. Lebanon has deteriorated ever since the Muslims replaced the Christians as the dominant faith.

I expect this to happen in britain, where a feckless and corrupt government is allowing these creatures to invade without attempting to stop them, where a massive number already here are in control, and it appears that an increasing number of stupid white girls and women are prepared to breed with them, but I never thought this would happen in Israel.
This is terrible news, especially as they’re going to grow up as a fifth column, just as moslems are wherever they go.

Comparisons are difficult, because Islam has a tradition of naming sons for the Prophet, resulting in so many with the same first name. Probably that is why so many of their males have several additional names after the first and before the last name. If the West did this as well, presumably a Christian name or a Jewish name would be the most popular. If not, then there is a demographic threat. Lebanon once had a Christian majority, and it was a successful country. When the religion of peace gained demographic superiority, the country began to fail.

I was Not in any way denigrating the Jewish people or Israel as a whole but I do think there is a fine line between trying to be or being magnanimous and/or simply foolish.
