Sex attacks and sexual grooming of children became regular occurrences across Europe and the UK when irresponsible politicians swung open their countries’ doors for any number of unvetted migrants to enter, and discovered the hard way (if they really didn’t realize before) that many among these migrants refused to assimilate or abide by the rule of law. Yet it wasn’t the politicians who suffered; it was ordinary, hardworking citizens. Ramazan Mukalazi was deported fifteen years ago for his vicious attack upon a 21-year-old, yet he was “free to roam the streets of London and once again sexually preyed upon a woman last year.” His latest victim, a 66-year-old woman, was found with “serious head wounds and her face was covered in blood.”
The article from the Daily Mail, surprisingly, points out that this was “yet another failure of the UK government to deport a dangerous foreigner.”
Upon ruining the lives of his victims, Ramazan Mukalazi, like many others –with full credits to Britain’s lax authorities — now gets to enjoy life in a UK prison, where he will find numerous likeminded individuals and his faith encouraged; his life will be much better than it likely would have been in Uganda. British taxpayers will once again be footing the bill.
“Convicted rapist dragged woman, 66, into bushes and tried to rape her while he was due to be sent home to Uganda after previous attack on 21-year-old,” by Ryan Prosser, Daily Mail, September 8, 2023:
A migrant from Uganda has been handed a life sentence for brutally beating and raping a pensioner in London, despite previously losing his right to remain in the country after a 2008 rape.
In yet another failure of the UK government to deport a dangerous foreigner, Ramazan Mukalazi, 40, has been convicted of a “ferocious” sex attack against a 66-year-old woman in Hounslow last year after consuming alcohol and cannabis, Sky News reports.
The attack came despite the Ugandan-born migrant previously losing his right to remain in Britain after raping a 21-year-old woman while she was on her way home after a night out in central London in 2008.
After serving a little over ten years in prison, Mukalazi was released on licence in September 2018. However, he was later recalled to prison in 2019 for demonstrating “risky behaviour” towards women at a nightclub the following year. Yet, he was later transferred to an immigration detention centre before being released on immigration bail in 2021.
Despite his first rape conviction revoking his right to remain in the country and a judge recommending that he be deported, the Ugandan migrant was free to roam the streets of London and once again sexually preyed upon a woman last year……

The only way to deal with this is with the rope. Make it the default position and do it in public. No appeals, no mercy.
When they let this monster out in a few years (if that), once again, he’ll rape again and will not stop.
They’ll never deport him, because the government don’t care about us, only themselves.
And he’ll find some shyster lawyer who will say his life is in danger because…whatever. They’ll keep him here forever, never caring about the danger and destruction he poses to the women and children of this country.

I am shocked that authorities keep making this elathal erro. There was a case in France over a decade ago when a rapist of a young girl got 11 years and was released after about half his sentence. The next girl he raped he killed
