There are still people in the West who believe that the Palestinian Authority is “moderate” in its views, and that Mahmoud Abbas is a fit interlocutor to help achieve “peace” between Israelis and Palestinians. But the great satisfaction expressed by Fatah officials — Fatah is the most important component of the PA — about the Hamas murders of almost 1000 Israelis, close to 850 of them civilians, should end forever that misapprehension. More on what Fatah officials have said up to October 8 can be found here: “Fatah calls to expand war to West Bank – ‘confrontation in all arenas,'” by Nan Jacques Zilberdik, Palestinian Media Watch, October 8, 2023:
Yesterday [Oct. 7], the Hamas terror organization surprised Israel with a massive attack from the Gaza Strip and Israel is now at war.
This morning Israelis were notified that at least 300 Israelis had been murdered – since then that number has risen to 600 [1000 by 3 p.m. Oct. 10] – and nearly 2,000 wounded, in addition to nearly 100 [now 150] Israelis taken hostage, some of whom were abducted into the Gaza Strip, including small children, teenagers, and senior Israeli civilians as well as soldiers.
Early Saturday morning approximately 200 Hamas terrorists broke through Israel’s security fence at the Gaza Strip border and launched a surprise attack, murdering or taking hostage every Israeli civilian they saw, while taking control of several Israeli towns on the Jewish holiday of Simchat Torah. Hamas terrorists also fired at least 3,000 rockets at Israeli population centers. In response, Israel has launched Operation Iron Swords to counter the Hamas terror threat.
The massacre on Israel is fully supported by the PA and Fatah.
While Israel counted more than 600 dead, 2,000 wounded, and around 100 hostages, a Fatah official said that this is a “morning of victory, joy, and pride.” He then urged all Palestinians to participate in the terror against Israel – in what he termed “this story of heroism”:
Fatah Jenin branch member Abd Al-Rahman Abu Al-Rub: “We say to our people and to the members of the Palestinian people: A morning of victory, and morning of joy, a morning of pride (refers to Hamas terror massacre; see note below -Ed.). We ask Allah to send a blessing to our heroic Martyrs in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and wherever the Palestinian people is… We in the Fatah Movement in the Jenin district convey the message to all our brothers and to all our Palestinian people that they are compelled to take action and participate in this story of heroism with the Palestinian people that is realizing its natural right to fight the occupation and liberate the occupied lands.”
[Official PA TV, Oct. 8, 2023]
PA Chairman Abbas justified Hamas’ attack and massacre of civilians as “self-defense”:
Posted text: “[PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas] instructs to provide defense to our people and emphasizes our right to defend ourselves (refers to Hamas terror war; see note below -Ed.). In the coming hours he will lead a convention of the Palestinian leadership.”
[Fatah Commission of Information and Culture, Facebook page, Oct. 7, 2023]
“[PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas] instructed to provide defense to our people, and he emphasized the Palestinian people’s right to self-defense facing the terror of the settlers and the occupation forces.”
[WAFA, official PA news agency, Oct. 7, 2023]
PA Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh echoed this, calling the Hamas massacre a “natural result of Israel’s continued crimes,” blaming Israel for not “acceding to [the Palestinian] recurring warning against the severe consequences”:
[PA] Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh emphasized… that Israel’s destruction of the two-state solution will not cause it to enjoy peace, which will only be achieved when the Palestinian people receives its legitimate rights.
Shtayyeh emphasized the Palestinian people’s right to defend its land and its holy sites, which are always being violated [by Israel].
There was not a single Israeli, civilian or military, in Gaza, and there hasn’t been since 2005. Which land was Shtayyeh claiming Palestinians had a right to “defend”? What Hamas means — and apparently Shtayyeh does, too — is that all of the land, from the river to the sea, must be “defended” against its Jewish occupiers, who must all be expelled or murdered so that, in place of Israel, the Arab state of Palestine can come into existence. The “holy sites” are not violated by Israel. The Israeli government makes sure that the holy sites of of all religions are scrupulously protected. It is the Palestinians who have repeatedly attacked, smashed with hammers, and set on fire both Joseph’s Tomb and Rebecca’s Tomb; it was Palestinian terrorists who in 2002 desecrated the Church of the Nativity by taking it over and holding the building, and the Christian clergy inside, hostage for more than a month. It has been Palestinian terrorists, not Israeis, who desecrate Al-Aqsa itself, by using it as a storehouse for weapons, and as a redoubt from which the terrorists emerge to hurl rocks and firebombs at Jewish visitors to the Temple Mount.
Shtayyeh said that what is happening today (refers to Hamas terror war -Ed.) is a natural result of not acceding to our recurring warning against the severe consequences of Israel’s continued crimes, while it feels that it can evade punishment.”
Of course. The decapitation of Israeli babies at Kfar Aza was an understandable response to Israel’s “continued crimes.” And so were the gang-rapes of Israeli girls — some of them murdered, and their bodies paraded through Gaza — that are proudly posted on the Internet by their rapists. And also understandable is the promise by Hamas to execute Israeli hostages, one by one, if the IDF fails to warn the Gazans of impending attacks.
Furthermore, Abbas’ Fatah Movement called to “escalate the confrontation in all arenas” – obviously urging terror in the West Bank as well:
“The Fatah Movement called on the masses of our people to hold a general strike tomorrow, Sunday [Oct. 8, 2023], and to escalate the confrontation in all arenas in order to defend our people and our right to freedom, a state, and independence.”
[WAFA, official PA news agency, Oct. 7, 2023]
When Fatah calls upon the Palestinians to “escalate the confrontation in all arenas,” this clearly means Judea and Samaria, a/k/a the West Bank. And Fatah knows that Hamas is not waging war to obtain a Palestinian state, but rather, to replace the Jewish state by a Palestinian one, “from the river to the sea. ” In supporting Hamas, Fatah is embracing that same maximalist goal.

Somewhat OT
“AOC says ‘anti-Semitic’ Christian fundamentalism in the US is partially to blame for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict”
“AOC is naming Christian fundamentalism as a key driver of conflict between Israel and Palestine.
She referenced Trump’s decision to move the US embassy to Jerusalem during his presidency.
“The Israel of today is not the Israel of the Bible,” she said.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York is naming Christian fundamentalism as a key driver of the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine, pointing to recent US actions in the region.”
Most Christians are in favor of Israel. Jesus was born a Jew…a baby Jew…grew up and lived in Israel and Christians follow Jesus’ example to their best ability.
aoc and the rest of her ‘squad” are the anti-semites…and this shows that she is a psychopath…not accepting that she is in the wrong; trying to place blame on innocent people.
The thing Trump did regarding the embassy has nothing to do with the mozlum ghouls slaughtering innocent people.
Trying to blame Christians, by someone who knows nothing about Jesus, Christias or the Bible, is disgusting. But that is what she is. Evil and disgusting.

I really hope Israel is paying attention this time. They key is to pre-empt terrorists BEFORE they invade, rape, kill, kidnap and torture your people. I’ve said this for years since 9/11 and many on Right understand this as well, given the circulation of the Old Lady and Snake story.
Now that Muslims have made it crystal clear what their intentions are, both in the Mideast and in western countries, what are we waiting for? How many more large-scale massacres do we need to witness until we realize Muslims are bloodthirsty monsters who want us dead?
I wouldn’t even say it’s about land…people are ruled by emotions and Muslims (the boys/men esp.) dream about emulating their pedo-terrorist fake prophet. What we saw Hamas do to those poor Israelis (see Ben Shapiro’s vid which is more detailed/graphic), is what Muslims fantasize about doing to all of us.
Our very survival is at stake. Time to create new laws, like banning Islam and the Quran. Time to deport Muslims…time to legalize guns for self-defense for non-Muslims ONLY available.
We all know what is going on and we’re just living under the self-delusion that everything is going to be ok. But so long as Muslims are within arm’s reach of you, it’s not ok, you are not safe until these vermin are removed from our lands.
We’re also going to have to fight tooth and nail against Leftists that continue to support Muslims…and in fact treat them as the same as the enemy.
As much as I hate what Hamas did to those innocent people, sadly we live in a stupid age where words are not enough…we need to see them shoot, torture people, slaughter families, drag away rape victims and other atrocities for us to realize these terrorists are not fooling around, this is real and they’ll eventually come after all of us in time.
So, in a way Muslims are helping us to realize how evil and sadistic they really are. I don’t know if the West ‘got the message’ yet…so far, the response is going well…but I feel we probably need 10 more attacks like this to get the masses on-board to fight and defeat Islam.
I think there are some other persistent myths that have to be dealt with, like the idea that there are moderates and radicals…they’re all bad, it’s just that some of them don’t engage in violence but they support it from the sidelines.
Back to Israel, to spell it out, I hope they go after every terrorist group that threatens them, including Fatah and Hezbollah. it’s clear Muslims should not be allowed on Israeli soil. Get them before they get you…the same goes for all free nations, including Europe/US/Canada/India.
I’m glad the equivalence of Islam and Nazism has entered the mainstream. Also I think social media needs to stop censoring violent material. How else will stupid people learn what Muslims will do to you if people can’t see their evil behavior and how they treat their victims? We need that ‘shock and awe’ to wake them up, words don’t suffice.

Yeah, go ahead, expand the war to Judea and Samaria. In fact, why even stop there – expand it to Lebanon and Syria. Let Israel take back Gaza, Judea, Samaria, South Lebanon (I doubt they can reconstitute the South Lebanon Army given the way they betrayed them a couple of decades ago), annex all of them and expel all muslims from that country to anywhere else – Jordan, Qatar, Syria, Iraq, wherever!

This is why the palestinians demand a two state solution in pre 67 borders so that they can open another front from West Bank and rain rockets into central and northern part of Israel. Also for the record pre 67 borders are not borders but armistice lines which was decided after the 1948 arab Israeli war. Jordanians have specifically said that, this is a armistice line not a border. Also when Jordan controlled west Bank the palestinians had no problem. The plo in its charter had mentioned this in 1964
Article 24: This Organization does not exercise any territorial sovereignty over the West Bank in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on the Gaza Strip or in the Himmah [Jerusalem] Area. Its activities will be on the national popular level in the liberational, organizational, political and financial fields.”
It is only after the 67 war when Israel took control of West Bank that the palestinians started shouting occupation.
Yasser arafat has in his own words expressed that there is no peace against Israel, but only a step forward in gaining control over more land until they have entire palestine.
Here is the quote from yasser arafat
“SINCE WE CANNOT DEFEAT ISRAEL IN WAR, WE DO THIS IN STAGES. WE TAKE ANY AND EVERY TERRITORY THAT WE CAN OF PALESTINE AND ESTABLISH A SOVEREIGNTY THERE, AND WE USE IT AS A SPRINGBOARD TO TAKE MORE. WHEN THE TIME COMES, WE CAN GET THE ARAB NATIONS TO JOIN US FOR THE FINAL BLOW AGAINST ISRAEL.”
YASSER ARAFAT 1993
Remind the international community when they talk about the two state solution.

As Palestinians are essentially a fake people who never showed any desire for a nation in the entire history of the world until Jews resurrected Israel in 1948 and even then it was not until 1964 that an Egyptian ( Arafat) together with the Soviet leadership thought up the desire for a state, they deserve nothing in the way of Jewish land to form one. And considering that Jordan which was created out of Palestine Mandate land is a majority Palestinian populated state although a minority but controlling population, the Hashemites, run it, that would be the Palestinian state if there is ever one. Too bad Arafat and his goon army couldn’t beat a professional Bedouin army trained by the British and controlled by King Hussein because then Jordan would be Palestine.
