A refusal to connect the dots.
After a day of riots in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and dozens of arrests, the media keeps describing the protests as “pro-Palestinian”.
Thousands of anti-Israel protesters clashed with police Saturday night after they refused to vacate the Bay Ridge street they had flooded for hours.
The “Flood Brooklyn for Palestine” demonstration devolved into chaos as night fell, with protesters completely shutting down traffic, screaming at police and lighting small fires in the middle of the roadways.
That’s the New York Post. Most of the rest of the media is worse.
Hundreds call for ceasefire in Gaza at Brooklyn rally – CBS New York
The New York Post accurately headlined it as, “Thousands of NYC protesters demand eradication of Israel”.
Yet what’s notable here is the refusal to connect the dots.
The Hamas name for its attack, in which over 1,000 people were massacred, children were murdered or kidnapped, women were raped, was “Al Aqsa Flood”.
The “Flood Brooklyn for Palestine” name is not coincidental.
One of the rally sponsors is Samidoun, which was banned in Israel as a terrorist front group, and which was recently banned in Germany.
I discussed Samidoun’s response in a recent article on nonprofit Hamas supporters.
Samidoun responded to the Hamas attacks by promoting banners featuring “solidarity with Al Aqsa Flood”, the name of the Hamas operation, a rally calling for “solidarity with the heroic resistance”, and another one urging “let’s celebrate”.
Samidoun’s support for Hamas atrocities, including the kidnapping of Israeli women and children, was made clear in its Instagram post boasting that, “the resistance” is “seizing occupation settlers” and hailed the “resistance operation, titled the Al-Aqsa Flood by Mohammed Deif, commander in chief of the Izz el-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas”.
It’s not a ceasefire rally, it’s a Hamas rally.
None of what I described requires a major research operation. Just the most basic knowledge of what happened and a quick glance at who’s behind the rally. Any reporter could do it in 5 minutes. They are deliberately choosing not to do it.

I’m remembering back to 2001′ and how utterly reprehensible it was to hear that airplanes had been hijacked, the passengers made into sacrifices by the muslims who planned this, crashing the planes into the WTC, Pentagon and that one that crashed into a field in Penn. For all the horror of this, the ugly vermin began with the notions that there were no Jews killed in the WTC homicides, and that therefore Jews were secretly involved. And so on and so forth. And arabs danced on rooftops in NJ and of course elsewhere. But… we showed them. We showed them how non biased we are and allowed all kinds of immigrants to flow in, virtually unvetted to show that we aren’t bigoted. No sirree… And now, we have all kinds of people from our leftist educated clods to the middle eastern crowds humming along in denial ( not the river in egypt ) about the slaughtering homicidism, waiting for any excuse to pretend it never happened, soon to be replaced and being replaced by ‘they made us do it because we had no other choice, we don’t have a real army’……. it’s lie after lie after lie. And we will be paying a terrible price for this self deception that we’ve invited into our lands.

A FOX report is out regarding full and unedited video recorded by hamas murderers as they raped, burned and slaughtered Jews, has been released by Israel. They say they need to release it to prove what happened as so many are already denying that the demonic slaughter took place, just as they deny the Holocaust.
Even with the evidence, those who deny, will keep the lies coming.

Pearls. Superb.

This is the complicit media.
It’s the same with the slaughter in Africa, esp Nigeria, where the mozlums are labeled, “herdsmen,” ‘fulani,” and other words to cover up who they really are.
All of the “pro” rallies are really, “pro-hamas” or even better labeled “pro-mass-murderers” and “pro- rapists”. Hiding behind words doesn’t change the fact that all of these people…despicably…are supporting evil and celebrating the demonic actions.
Westman says
Yes – better labeled “pro-mass-murderers” and “pro- rapists”. And let’s not overlook, “pro-torture”, “pro- beheading”, “pro-vivisection” of pregnant women, “pro-baby-decapitation”, and, “pro-hostage-taking”.
Only vulgar animals could celebrate such things.
somehistory says
Absolutely. The worst of the worst celebrate the worst things ever done. It’s the awful stuff of nightmares.

Actually, “Hamas” and “Palestinian” is a distinction w/o a difference. A couple of days ago, a tweet of mine was limited in its reach by the mods at X, who said I was guilty of hate speech. The exact tweet:
https://twitter.com/VrishHindu/status/1715585340302402032
The gist of my argument, which eluded the mods at X, was: “If Palestinians aren’t all pro-terrorist, show me one Palestinian party that’s
➤ Not interested in a jihad w/ Israel, much less wiping out all Jews
➤ Interested in the economic development of its people, like say, the Emirates
Given the Abraham Accords, despite everything I think about muslims, I wouldn’t say the same things about the Emirates or Bahrein. Other Arabs would fall somewhere in b/w on the spectrum
