Talking about the Candace/Tucker issue, the thing about their stance that is inconsistent is the supposed “America-First” motivation. Let’s say that neither of them care about Israel, since it is another country and they are Americans. Fair enough. But the related issue still remains about the treatment of American Jews in America: shouldn’t that bother them?
In 2020, both of them were practically alone in opposing BLM, Antifa & the bipartisan George Floyd hatred that ran throughout the country. It’s what made Tucker one of the leading voices on the Right: opposing racism against Whites, our globalist adventurism and so on. But somehow, this year, when those same forces are rallied against American Jews, it’s crickets, and the “I’ve-not-been-following-this”
I know that there is a section of the Right that is livid at those Jewish donors of these Ivy League schools who’ve been threatening them for their support of Hamas, and blacklisting students who’ve been marching for them: their reason being that the same people were silent during the BLM riots of 2020, so where was their voice then? Fair enough. But I don’t accept that the justified hatred of some American Liberals, who happen to be Jewish, should translate into a support for the same raging thugs of BLM that both Tucker and Candace were opposed to merely 3 years ago. They can condemn both. Also, while the usage of cancel culture against people for past crimes in 2020 was something that deserved to be opposed, it’s not the same as opposing cancel culture today on loons who assault Jews in their path while screaming “River to the Sea”
At the same time, it’s not anti-Semitic to ridicule Leftists who then use their Jewish ethnicity to claim that they should be above criticism. Most ridiculous being those who claim that Soros critics are anti-Semites

I thought this was a good explanation, since I was late to the controversy and didn’t understand it. Looked elsewhere and this was more useful.

I always learn a few new things when Greenfield speaks or when I read his Sultan Knish articles. There’s something about him whether it’s his knowledge of history, the way he succinctly says things or his ability to drill down through the typical clap trap that is really unique. Glad he’s a member of the Freedom Center team.

I stopped supporting Candace Owens because of her stance on Israel. She’s truly turned out to be a disappointment !
