Kathrada has been at it for years and without suffering any legal consequences, despite Canada’s hate laws. In 2020, he called Jews “brothers of monkeys and pigs,” and called on Allah to “tear them apart.”
While the Trudeau government is quick to crack down on “hate” and “intolerance,” Kathrada is still peddling both with impunity.

This is what equal under the law means in an Orwellian society. It is like if I, being Caucasian, referred to a black person using the “N” word, I would be castigated, and rightly so, but people can use any number of offensive words to describe members of the Jewish community. I never thought I would hear such profane statements in the US or Canada but here we are. Twenty years ago if the low life Muslims, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib or someone like them spewed such hatred and malevolence, the nation would have risen up but not today. I feel sick when I see what is occurring here and in other nations that stood up for the Jewish people against atrocities in the past. This must come to a halt.
