Israeli Brigadier General (res.) Amir Avivi, founder and chairman of Israel Defense And Security Forum (IDSF), stated regarding the Oslo Accords, :
From the outset, “they started really building terror military infrastructure, and then instead of stopping it at the very beginning when it failed, Israel continued to enlarge this agreement, and it resulted in devastating attacks,”

The wavering support for Israel from the Biden administration remains a source of unease to many, for reasons that Jihad Watch has been reporting onfor quite some time. Biden spoke at a White House reception for Hanukkah, where he “recalled his decades-long relationship with Netanyahu.” Although he added this in a lighthearted fashion, his words, especially now, should raise eyebrows:
He noted he made an inscription on an old photograph of the two men, using a nickname for the Israeli leader.
“I wrote on the top of it, ‘Bibi I love you but I don’t agree with a damn thing you had to say.‘”
“It’s about the same today,” Biden said, to scattered applause from the largely Jewish audience, adding that Israel is in a “tough spot” and that “I’ve had my differences with some Israeli leadership.”
Nonetheless, Biden vetoed the UN invocation of Article 99 demanding an immediate “humanitarian” ceasefire in Gaza, which Hamas would certainly exploit to the fullest. Netanyahu issued a statement in which he expressed gratitude to the US, as well as regret about Oslo.
Statement by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (courtesy of the Israel Government Press Office):
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, today (Tuesday, 12 December 2023) [translated from Hebrew]:
“I greatly appreciate the American support for destroying Hamas and returning our hostages.
Following an intensive dialogue with President Biden and his team, we received full backing for the ground incursion and blocking the international pressure to stop the war.
Yes, there is disagreement about ‘the day after Hamas’ and I hope that we will reach agreement here as well.
I would like to clarify my position: I will not allow Israel to repeat the mistake of Oslo.
After the great sacrifice of our civilians and our soldiers, I will not allow the entry into Gaza of those who educate for terrorism, support terrorism and finance terrorism.
Gaza will be neither Hamastan nor Fatahstan.”
Let’s hope any future leader of Israel does not make “the mistake of Oslo.” And for those who have been separating Hamas from the Palestinian Authority, not realizing that both Hamas and Abbas’ Fatah movement alike aim to obliterate the State of Israel, Netanyahu made this point clear in his last line, when he references “Fatahstan.”

The mozlums….by whatever name…want another ‘stan’ for themselves….whatever the cost.
They don’t give a bean for the cost to their children; and lust to make the cost for all other’s children as high as humanly possible.
Will Mr. Netanyahu outlast those who wish him gone?
࿗Infidel࿘ says
It’s good that Netanyahu is committing to not repeating the mistakes of Oslo, and his opposition, whatever their other differences w/ him, should commit to that as well. At the end of this, all the Palis should be expelled to Qatar: their leaders are already there, their people can join them. They can replace all the non-muslim slave laborors there in Qatar, and those non-muslim slave laborers can go to Israel and fill in the vacancies created by Israel’s expulsion of Palis
James Lincoln says
࿗Infidel࿘ says,
“At the end of this, all the Palis should be expelled to Qatar..”
That would certainly make the most sense for the preservation of Israel.
Hudders. says
‘Gaza will be neither Hamastan nor Fatahstan’
That clear enough for you UN?
Great statement by Bibi!
somehistory says
the Israeli ambassador to the U.N. gave the body the gaza phone number of the leading ghoul at hamas and said they should call him about a ceasefire….laying down their weapons and releasing the hostages.
Hudders. says
I saw that SH & actually applauded him doing so.
I bet the murdering monster had a happy couple of hours, until he threw his phone at a waterlogged tunnel wall in anger!
abu taleb says
Get rid of UNRWA, let Gazan people run their own life under control of Israel and give them freedom to choose their religion.
Maybe they will realize that Islam is the source of problem and source of evil, then they will apostate the same Iranian people until they have enough number to become a secular and democratic government, then Israel can live peacefully with the Gazan people.
Akinbode E O says
I pray that an informed leader like Bibi Netanyahu and Itamar Ben Gvir and others will be very much around to resist the Americans who are pushing for a two state in Israel. You cannot sacrifice the blood of your soldiers and citizens to drive out Hamas terrorists and then hand it back to the palestinians. It will be foolishness !.
Violet says
I fully support Israel. They must get rid of Hamas, Netanyahus has a duty to protect Israli citizens and Israel has a right to defend itself against this enemy. It’s high time the west get pro-active to rid the world of terrorist organizations starting in our own countries and every place they show their evil heads. No one on this site is under the illusion that Jihad is committed on everyone not Islamist enough for them…I hope others wake up to this fact before it’s too late.
