Following the vague ruling of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for “Israel to refrain from any acts that could fall under the Genocide Convention and to ensure its troops commit no genocidal acts in Gaza,” the U.S. has stated that genocide allegations against Israel are “unfounded.” According to the Times of Israel:
“We continue to believe that allegations of genocide are unfounded and note the court did not make a finding about genocide or call for a ceasefire in its ruling and that it called for the unconditional, immediate release of all hostages being held by Hamas,” a US State Department spokesperson tells The Times of Israel.

The State of Israel does not need to be lectured on morality in order to distinguish between terrorists and the civilian population in Gaza.
The International Court of Justice in The Hague went above and beyond, when it granted South Africa’s antisemitic request to discuss the claim of genocide in Gaza, and now refuses to reject the petition outright.
Those who seek justice, will not find it on the leather chairs of the court chambers in The Hague – they will find it in the Hamas tunnels in Gaza, where 136 hostages are held, and where those who murdered our children are hiding.
Those who seek justice, will not find it in the operational plans found in the pockets of Nukhba terrorists, who were instructed to ‘drink the blood of the Jews’. They will find it in the ‘Spirit of The IDF,’ a document that outlines the values and conduct of our moral and professional soldiers.
The State of Israel will never forget October 7th.
The IDF and security agencies will continue operating to dismantle the military and governing capabilities of the Hamas terrorist organization, and to return the hostages to their homes.

• HAMAS has claimed that 24,000 Civilians have been killed over the past 100 days.
• That figure is likely to be 20,000 or less.
• In 1945 Russia was advancing on Berlin and it asked the British to bomb DRESDEN.
• They did and an ensuing fire storm killed 20,000 in a single day.
• Most Historians agree that this actually saved both more German and Russian lives, as warfare in a highly populated area would have killed a larger number of people.

It matters not, the world perceived Israel guilty of genocide the moment the IDF crossed into Gaza. There are days I wish that Colonel Kemp was wrong, and that Israel’s army would act like the armies of their enemies…then the world would know the definition of genocide.
