Why can a man beat his wife in Syria without fearing any consequences?
The Qur’an teaches that men are superior to women and should beat those from whom they “fear disobedience”: “Men have authority over women because Allah has made the one superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because Allah has guarded them. As for those from whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them.” — Qur’an 4:34
Muhammad’s child bride, Aisha, says in a hadith that Muhammad “struck me on the chest which caused me pain, and then said: ‘Did you think that Allah and His Apostle would deal unjustly with you?’” — Sahih Muslim 2127
Another hadith states: “Rifaa divorced his wife whereupon AbdurRahman bin Az-Zubair Al-Qurazi married her. `Aisha said that the lady (came), wearing a green veil (and complained to her (Aisha) of her husband and showed her a green spot on her skin caused by beating). It was the habit of ladies to support each other, so when Allah’s Messenger came, Aisha said, ‘I have not seen any woman suffering as much as the believing women. Look! Her skin is greener than her clothes!’” — Sahih Bukhari 7.77.5825

For multiple domestic violence and repeated death threats committed in Brest between March 2019 and August 2023, a 44-year-old man was summoned, this Thursday, February 8, 2024, before the judicial court.
The man of Syrian origin, who has lived in France with his wife and their five children since 2019, creates a “climate of fear” in his family. His wife suffers from his violence every day. If she doesn’t boil the tea quickly enough, “he bashes my head in,” she says, not daring to make a complaint. The children are also abused to such an extent that the eldest daughter says: “I have a belt phobia.” When she can’t take it any longer, one of the children confides in a school nurse, who immediately files a complaint.
The medical findings substantiate the reports. The accused, who was subsequently banned from his home, denies the incidents. “…Through his interpreter, the accused finally admits: “In Syria, you can beat…just do anything.” He …[is] sentenced to two years’ imprisonment, one year of which is suspended…, and the complete withdrawal of parental custody.

And if she holds the beatings against you and denies you your sexual rights, you can legally rape her.

I lived for five years in Arabia. There is a popular saying among “the faithful”: “beat your wife every morning before leaving your home. You may not know why but she does!”

For five years….in France….he gets a year. And in syria, where he could “do anything,” he gets nothing. He didn’t wait until moving to France to begin the beatings; but he pays no price for the kid’s lifetime of abuse.
Male mozlums who abuse their families….little girls raped, young females of any age, raped; wives raped and at all times, feeling free to beat for no reason, they should face capital punishment.
there is no excuse for this vermin to torment and torture his family.

To be dragged to court because you have given one of your snotty kids “beltfobia”? What utter nonsense when you very well know that according to the Holy Qur’an you can abrogate the lives of any child and grandchild who may annoy you and give you reason to fear that your good name may be on the line.
To be forbidden by infidels to socialise with kids you are entitled to kill as a devout Muslim is the ultimate insult!
And then the mother of your kids? You paid for her purchase and maintenance, and if you treat her so roughly that she dies from it, it is your financial loss and nobody else’s business!

This devout Syrian Muslim will have a lot of time in prison thinking about how to take revenge on his children and their mother.
In self-righteous anger he is likely to kill as many of them as he possibly can. They have been infested with infidel ideas in France and only by killing them his good name and standing will be defended.
France has imported barbarism and has to learn the violence language of barbarism by reintroducing capital punishment. People like this devout Syrian Muslim have to be informed that their lives will be cut short should they kill or seriously harm others with or without Qur’anic commands .
