The claim was made in an evidence response about racism and its impact on the natural world submitted by the Wildlife and Countryside Link. According to the evidence response, the British countryside had “racist colonial legacies” and this had created an environment it said was “dominated by white people”.
The evidence response added that the countryside was also a “white space” and one that was ruled by “white British cultural values”. According to the Telegraph, the evidence response had been submitted in response to a call for evidence from an All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) of MPs….
Last year, DerbyshireLive reported that signs pointing to Mecca were installed on a Peak District hiking trail to encourage more Muslims to explore the countryside.
The move came after a group called Muslim Hikers was targeted by online abuse. Following their ordeal, bespoke outdoor prayer mats have been developed and signs installed on the trail.
Speaking about the situation, founder of Muslim Hikers Haroon Mota said: “Working with Wiggle and Adidas Terrex has allowed us to take a huge step in the right direction when it comes to promoting inclusivity in the outdoors.
“Everyone should feel empowered to get outside and enjoy nature, and the prayer mats and signs have made it easier for us within the Muslim community to do this without having to worry about the practicalities of prayer.”…

Or,,, you could simply turn the signs the wrong way, leave them for a year then turn them in a different direction, wash, rinse, repeat for a year or so then put it out on social media that they had been praying in the direction of Jerusalem or the Vatican.

Any mention of Peppa Pig is not a good idea with these Devout Disciples of the Religion of Peace around, as witnessed by by an incident on a bus in (The islamic Republic of) Bradford, W. Yorkshire, UK, about 10 years ago when a young couple were singing the ‘Peppa Pig’ song to their infant daughter and a muslima sitting on a seat just ahead of them took such ‘offence’ that the bus driver threw the young family off the bus. I suppose it’s reasonable to presume that the driver concerned might also have been a ‘devout disciple’ himself since so many of them that are doing that job now are – assuming, that is, that they’re actually driving the buses and not making an exhibition of themselves on their prayer mats on the road in front, (as one of them was sacked for doing quite a long time ago when Bradford was still recognisable part of the UK – but they wouldn’t be sacking them now, just re-jigging the timetables so that everything stops at ‘Prayer Time’).

Also I was shocked while in Singapore by how many restaurants and food stalls are halal. They were everywhere, I never expected that in such a hugely successful and Christian country. Even all KFCs and Starbucks are halal certified. It’s unbelievable!
