Colombia’s president calls upon the nations of the world to ‘cut ties with Israel’

Tensions between Israel and Colombia are soaring. This isn’t the first time Colombian President Petro Gustavo has threatened Israel. Just over a week after October 7, while the world was still in shock over the sickening atrocities that Hamas had committed against Israeli citizens, Gustavo threatened to “suspend diplomatic relations with Israel in response to its decision to halt military sales to his country due to his stance on the Israeli military’s attacks on Gaza.” He also accused Israel of “genocide” and refused outright to condemn Hamas. He then welcomed a statement by Joe Biden “who warned that Israel occupying Gaza ‘would be a mistake.’”

Foreign Minister Israel Katz called Gustavo a “disgrace to his people.” What might Gustavo do if the likes of October 7 happened in his country, with threats to obliterate his country? He would do what every country would do: protect its interests and its people, as nations have done in wars throughout history.

Foreign Minister Israel Katz blasts Colombian President Petro Gustavo’s call yesterday for countries to cut off diplomatic ties with Israel if it doesn’t comply with the UN Security Council resolution calling for a ceasefire.

Katz tweets that Gustavo’s support for “the Hamas murderers who carried out terrible acts of slaughter and sexual crimes against babies, women, and adults is a disgrace to the Colombian people.”….

      • You want to cut ties with countries that are exporting drugs to western countries? Lets start with China where most of the worlds illegal fentanyl is produced and most of the precursors for meth/ice.
        All with the approval/support of the CCP.
        Weaken your enemies from the inside out.

  2. Compare and contrast: Israel fighting against the terror group….a group founded for the sole reason of committing terror… vs mozlums in Africa slaughtering Christians, committing an actual genocide.

    Which world “body” or nation has called for mozlums in Africa to cease and desist the kidnapping, rape and murder of Christians, and the wanton destruction of their homes, businesses and churches?

    Israel waging a war upon an enemy which has declared….declared in actual written words and vocally on numerous occasions…it’s intention to destroy Israel and all of the Jews.
    In any war waged by humans against humans, there will be the loss of innocent lives. No human army has yet managed to defeat an enemy without killing some non-combatants.
    But the ghouls and hypocrites and the haters are all focused on Israel because that nation is actually fighting one of their own…hamas, a terror group filled to the rafters with ghouls, hypocrites and haters.
    While more of the ghouls, hypocrites and haters are busy in Africa, paksitan, afghanistan, etc., murdering all whom they choose to murder and no country or *leader* has a word of condemnation.

    No *leader* has the courage or honesty to stand up and tell some Truth. The bandwagon of liars is full, and more are hanging from its sides trying to jump on.
