The castle of Thiverval-Grignon is preparing to receive new souls. This building which stands in Yvelines will indeed accommodate 195 migrants, most of them from East Africa. These new occupants had fled their country to go to Mayotte. Expelled from the archipelago camp, they will land, this Monday, February 26, at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport, and will be taken care of by volunteers from the Red Cross and social workers from Emmaüs, reports The Parisian.
These migrants will stay at the Château de Thiverval-Grignon until mid-March. After this period, they will be directed to accommodation solutions in the provinces. This decision, imposed by the prefecture “without possible negotiation,” is however not to the taste of all the inhabitants of the commune. The mayor of Thiverval-Grignon is particularly surprised by “the suddenness and the urgency of this request,” even though “the situation in Mayotte is not new.” The councilor thus wrote to his constituents to warn them and assure them that she will endeavor to “obtain guarantees, both for the well-being and security of people.”
This is not the first time that the Château de Thiverval-Grignon has been transformed into a reception center. The estate, which belongs to the State, welcomed 62 people who were homeless or “in complicated rental situations” in 2022. Among these homeless people were notably migrants with children. Eric Zemmour’s party, Reconquest!, denounced the initiative and organized a rally in protest.

In Chicago, “migrants” are being given rent money and the freedom to choose their own place. Until recently, they were given an apartment and furnishings. Now, they are given the money and told to choose their own.

Every time I move, I have to pay money to have the rental agent do a background check, give references and pay security deposits. I’m wondering how these criminals (they are criminal trespassers) get past all of that.
In NYC, the Hotel Roosevelt and other swanky places, are being used to give beds, food, etc. to the criminals and the legal residents aren’t liking it. The cost for one hotel for one month is in the millions. Multiple hotels, multiple millions for each hotel.
I stayed once at the Roosevelt. I had to pay a deposit and the room was not free to me. It wasn’t even cheap. And these criminals stay free.
It was once said, “crime doesn’t pay.” In today’s world, the criminals are on easy street while the rest of us have to pay….a lot.

Well stated, some. Such an appalling, disgraced, deceitful imitation of government that would demand its citizens accept the burden of treating better than their own those released from many countries’ jails to be flown into the US to invade it. Everyone who has taken one cent or aided in the most minor form, even as a government employee, should be investigated, convicted, and jailed. NGOs are a scourge and we need a complete rewrite and investigation on that front.

Doesn’t it cost a fortune to rent a castle for a night? Now they’re housing people who hate us, our culture, our buildings, etc…on the taxpayer dime. These migrants will probably burn the castle down or destroy it one way or another.
It’s like the West had been infected by some mind-controlling virus that makes them want to bend over backwards and to turn their nation to invaders from other countries…what a strange and ugly phenomenon.
I recall the days when it was very difficult to be accepted as an immigrant to almost any western nation. Now you just need to break in any way you can and get treated like royalty…literally in this case.
