Big Tech monopoly finally reveals why it’s censoring Front Page Magazine.
When Front Page Magazine applied to join Google’s AdSense advertising program, we were turned down. Since Google, like other Big Tech monopolies, has censored and deplatformed us in the past, we weren’t too shocked. But this time, Google told us why we had been banned.
Usually Big Tech monopolies censor, shadowban and deplatform you without telling you why.
But the Google AdSense rejection told us what we could do to make our way into the good graces of the company that dominates online search and advertising, controlling what much of the country and the world sees. All we had to do was stop talking about Islamic terrorism.
According to Google AdSense, our “entire site” contained “dangerous or derogatory content”, as did David Horowitz’s writing in particular, but one of the sample pages that the company claimed contained forbidden content was an article about the San Bernardino Muslim terrorist attack.
The article, “Remember The San Bernardino Fourteen” by Lloyd Billingsley, like a lot of our articles, is blocked in Google Search. The Front Page article doesn’t come up when you type in its name. It doesn’t even appear when you do a site search for the exact title in quotation marks that has been entirely limited to the Front Page Magazine site. That means that Google likely specifically excluded it. And it’s far from the only one of our articles banned by Google.
It’s an extraordinary act of censorship for a company that claims to want to collect all the information in the world and make it easily available for everyone to find. But it’s also a silent act of suppression that is hard to confirm and easy to blame on technical factors or errors.
But now here it was, Google flagging “Remember The San Bernardino Fourteen” as “dangerous” and “derogatory” content, not to mention guilty of “unreliable and harmful claims”.
What’s dangerous, unreliable and harmful about “Remember The San Bernardino Fourteen”?
Published on Dec 3, 2021, around the anniversary of the Islamic terrorist attack, it contains fairly little editorial commentary and a great deal of uncomfortable facts.
Lloyd Billingsley starts by documenting how “Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik drove up to the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California, and began firing automatic rifles.” He names the victims, describes the bombs and quotes Kamala Harris, then attorney general, defending Islam and excusing Islamic terrorism, as she would go on to do after the Islamic terrorist attacks of Oct 7, while promoting CAIR and other Islamist terror friendly groups.
Billingsley’s article laid out the complicity of other family members of the Muslim terrorists in the attack, and the silence of Biden and Kamala about Islamic terrorism, and closed by urging, “remember the 14 innocents murdered by Islamic terrorists Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik on December 2, 2015, in San Bernardino, California, USA.”
Google would rather that you not remember the 14 victims or the Islamic terrorists who killed them. It has told us that we “must fix” this and numberless other articles that it objects to. But what would it like us to “fix” here? What else except the truth about Islamic terrorism.
The Big Tech’s ‘Dangerous and Derogatory’ content policy has previously cast a wide net, banning Martin Luther King’s “Letter From Birmingham Jail” at one point because the civil rights leader had used the “n word” in the letter and also banning skin lightening products because they “imply the superiority of one skin tone over another.”
Conservative sites had previously been forced to dump their comments sections to appease Google AdSense, but we will not self-censor or compromise to appease the Big Tech giant.
The David Horowitz Freedom Center has always spoken out for what we believe in. And that’s not about to change. In a time of severe financial challenges, it would be easier for us to go along. And it would have been easier for us to bow to the IRS when it came after us for writing about Hillary Clinton’s emails than to spend 5 years resisting because we believe that our journalism is legitimate and important, not something to be ashamed of and apologized for.
We know what Google’s politics are.
We remember the Google employees crying publicly when Trump won. We know that Google employees funneled $21 million to Democrats in 2020. And we know a lot of that money went to Biden. And we know that this time around, they’ve already pumped in nearly $300,000 into the Biden campaign, over $400,000 to Democratic congressional campaign committees, $174,000 to the DNC and another fortune to leftist extremists like Silicon Valley’s Rep. Ro Khanna.
A few years after the San Bernardino terror attack, Imam Omar Suleiman, who had called for a Caliphate, defended Muslim sex slavery, described Jews as “apes and pigs”, and prayed, “we ask Allah to humiliate this Israel”, had demanded that Google ban “Islamophobia” from its search engine.
And Google complied.
After I tweeted that, “Google just erased my Sultan Knish blog and Front Page Mag articles from the first pages of results for my name doubt very much this is accidental”, Robert Spencer wrote that, “I checked for myself, and sure enough: a Google search for ‘Robert Spencer’ now does not bring up Jihad Watch, where most of my writing outside of books has been published for the last seventeen years, but it does give you defamatory and distorted attack pieces from the far-Left Southern Poverty Law Center and the Saudi-funded Bridge Initiative, and nothing that doesn’t portray me and my work in the most unfavorable possible light.”
Google has been purging us for political dissent for at least 5 years. So we’re not surprised by what happened, but we are determined to continue fighting for the truth at all costs.
The David Horowitz Freedom Center is dealing with some very challenging times because we held fast to our principles. Facing a financial crunch, we looked at AdSense as an option, but we won’t compromise our belief in the truth in exchange for Google’s money. As we struggle to navigate the high legal cost of fighting the IRS, we are exploring every possible option.

I’d love to try to understand the thought process the scum at Google go through to censor straight facts and truth about Islamic terrorism. It’s not just them, it’s a plague of censorship all over the West…most outlets self-censor and then muzzle any commenters.
Taken to them extreme, this means any time a Muslim murders one to dozens of people we have to be totally silent about it? No mention of the attack, or the perp or the victims? Becaussseeeee….what? Islamophobia? This is what they’re afraid of, a word?
Or do they believe a backlash against Muslims, or hunting for the terrorists is somehow far worse than the crimes that followers of their religion commit?
Or have ISIS or other groups directly threatened Google-comply or else? Or are they taking their marching orders from Mideast dictators and sundry wealthy tyrants?
Christopher Hitchens warned about this ages ago: “What a country, and what a culture, when the liberals cry before they are hurt, and the reactionaries pose as brave nonconformists, while the radicals make a fetish of their own jokey irrelevance.”
If freedom dies in the West, it’s not because of anything Muslims have done-because they (or any other fascist mob) were going to do it anyways…it’s because we refused to stand up for freedom when it counted.
The heads of Google, Facebook, etc…had a chance to be strong, and oppose fascism. But they’re geeky university nerds who learned to survive in life by backing down against thugs/bullies and their mentality is transferred to the companies they run.
They’re not solely to blame ofc, the politicians are largely responsible for this as well.
I will credit the Muslims for cleverly sneaking in defense of ‘religions’ and ‘Islamophobia’ into the class of protected groups and ideas that cannot be criticized…even if those ideas call for the genocide of unbelievers and the conquering of their lands.
That is absolutely the wrong and worst possible thing one could do when faced with a threat of enslavement, destruction and annihilation. Muslims are some of the worst recorders of history.
They burn libraries and obliterate cultures…they have no regard for their non-Muslim enemy that has superseded them on every front, but they think their 7th century book of fables and fairy tales of a pedophile warlord barbarian is superior to all the works of knowledge the world has created it. It is their filthy ideology that needs eradication.

These cowards need to have class action lawsuits against them for curtailing freedom of speech…they are the marketplace of ideas…so they cannot impose their own standards on free discussion….so long as it doesn’t cross into illegality like threats of violence…otherwise almost nothing should be censored.
Why do we want to follow the path of backwards hellholes like Islamic and Communist countries where a thought, an idea uttered can lead one to harsh, barbaric cruelty, punishment, jail for decades or death?
That ofc is the next step for western nations…now that “Islamophobia” exists…it’ll become criminalized to speak about this death cult that wants to crush our civilization. People need to stand up against this censorship, and demand that politicians instead work to rid us of Islam.

Agreed Jack…I recall one site where if a comment got a certain number of downvotes, they were collapsed…but everyone was allowed to still read them.
I’m 100% against censorship…save for threats and maybe, just maybe lies/rumors about others presented as facts…but there are ways to address that too.
Nothing should be off the table…ideas/thoughts are of paramount importance and should never be suppressed, but discussed.
Why do we grown adults need paternalistic overlords to tell us what is safe and unsafe to know? We can decide that for ourselves tyvm…I don’t need Google to save me from scary ideas and people…motherfkrs.

Many times googles algorithm or watchdogs, have banned me or deleted a pot for hate speech, only when it comes to muslimes, scott ritter, d Macgregor, and Owen james, go after them for anti semitism, go after them for lying about the IDF genocide, and expect to be cancelled, by account was permanently suspended on Firefox
Yet the rag heads can post things like, you will be dead tomorrow to IDF yt shorts, and a lot worse, NEVER gets taken down

Ya Wazzup, you summed it up…my truthful posts about Islam were getting removed on Youtube a lot and I’ve had at least 2 accounts deleted for the same reason.
On Twitter it was even worse…even the mildest joke, criticism about Islam/Muslims got you 24 hours or more temp bans which eventually progressed to permanent bans…I wasn’t even able to create new accounts. But once you realize Twitter was partly owned by a Saudi prince, then it all made sense.
Since then I totally lost my interest in Twitter…I’ve posted a little since Elon Musk took over, but I genuinely don’t care about it anymore. It’s too bad…the anti-free speech Nazis killed their golden goose because of their heavy-handedness. Elon’s going to be disappointed, I think his X stock is eventually going to crash and burn-he made a bad purchase and should’ve let it die.
The strange thing is that now under my current Youtube account, I’ve found my comments are not being deleted as much anymore. I wondered if some Muslim was targetting me on the other side, or if they changed their algorithms to allow criticism of Islam because they finally saw the light. It’s hard to know…but so long as Youtube allows, I’ll continue speak my mind on Islam.
But I still feel ordinary citizens and even politicians should sue all these social media companies for their past (and continued) censorship…without free speech how can people know about a danger to their civilization and prepare a defense? As Robert has said before, and to quote Washington:

When I post a comment on Youtube I get an error message if I do it as myself. If I post the exact same content under another name it posts without an error. My opinions are not welcome at Youtube which is owned by the google censors. It is harder to prove that my content is shadowbanned although it probably is. My opinions align closely with frontpagemag.com which is probably why it is. My new hobby is in my spare time (of which I have little) creating a conservative search engine. This engine will spider sites like frontpagemag, wnd.com americanthinker.com etc.. so that people can quickly find conservative content that they can’t find with google.

I’ve long-since stopped using Google as a search engine. I find DuckDuckGo.com every bit as easy, quick, complete – AND keeps no record of your searches to give Big Business or, maybe more importantly, to “Big Brother” – the Gov’t. In their words:
