Around 1,000 people joined Saturday’s rally, which was organized by associations including “Kulterbrücke” (Cultural Bridge) and “Säkularer Islam” (Secular Islam).
Germany has also seen the far left emboldened elsewhere, with 16 Amazon trucks torched by demonstrators, who also called for the “destruction of patriarchy.” Also demonstrating were “Queers for Palestine.”

The northern German city of Hamburg saw a big counter-demonstration on Saturday, as people took to the streets to protest a rally called by people with links to the Islamist scene last week.
The event last week, also in Hamburg, saw some individuals call for establishing strict Islamic law, Shariah, to replace German democracy.

This statement is a lie. They “see” themselves as being above everyone else, making others pay extortion, which islam says is the “right” of mozlums to get from infidels.
They “see” themselves as deciding who can marry, and what can be expressed about their belief system, as well as every other tiny aspect of life.
If they didn’t mean it that way, what is necessary to change? They should already be following their “duty” to obey the laws and they do have the same “rights” as non-mozlums. In fact, they already seem to have more “rights” than other Germans.

Correction: the statement is correct, because it says: ‘We see [this, that, or the other]. This is subjective, so up to the person making the statement, so not up to you, nor me for that matter. Even what is stated (that mohamedans are citizens of a democratic society who share the rights and duties of all other citizens) is correct in and of itself. Only the mohamedans themselves look at this totally differently. So it’s not a lie, but rather an extremely flawed misconception concerning what’s wrong.
