Finland: Court quashes convictions of Muslims found guilty of raping intellectually disabled woman

The convictions of several men jailed for repeatedly raping a mentally incapacitated woman over a three-year period have been overturned by Finland’s Court of Appeal after the court ruled the woman’s disability did not mean she could not consent.

Seven men, including Samir Jasin Kadir, Alaa Kamil Al-Saadi, Sami Al-Mosawi, and Mohammed Ali Mohammed Mohammed, were handed sentences ranging between 10 months and 2.5 years by the District Court of Pirkanmaa back in May 2022.

The defendants, aged between 23 and 52, were found to have sexually abused the disabled woman multiple times between December 2017 and February 2020 when she was often led by the hand to the defendants’ respective houses and raped.

The case turned on the legal argument of whether the victim’s intellectual disability was obvious enough to be detectable regardless of nationality and cultural background, and whether the defendants, therefore, should have known the victim could not give informed consent.

The lower court upon conviction held that the victim’s disability placed her in parallel with a minor in her inability to consent to sexual intercourse.

It found that the victim’s intellectual disability had been a key factor in the defendants’ desire to have sexual intercourse with the victim due to the ease with which she could be manipulated, thus constituting rape.

The convictions were appealed to the higher court in Turku, which this week quashed all sentences and revoked the compensation order awarded to the victim of €16,000 payable by the defendants.

The Court of Appeal accepted the appellants’ argument that they could not reasonably have been expected to detect the intellectual disability of the woman, ruling that people’s sexual behaviors are unique and diverse….

    • Time for that judge to be outed. Then prosecuted as an accessory after the fact to the gang rape of an intellectually disabled person.

      There is no way on this earth to make rape acceptable.

      Once rhe judge has served his sentence throw him out of the country with the clothes he stands up in.

    • I am Scottish and I was absolutely horrified, the person who wishes to buy is an out and out Islamist to say the least and has made no bones of his plans to live Islamically I e parallel system creation subverting our mores and most egregiously our laws via the implementation of Shariah. Most alarmingly he is allegedly calling for our dear leaders to issue visas Willie nillie to all comers to go populate this parallel society. I have no doubt it will happen. For as we all know any and all protests or misgivings expressed at sic a situation will conveniently be smeared as mweh Islamophobia. I did think to write to my MP but frankly what is the point. I have done so in past NB re Hummy Useless’s proposed Hate Crime Legislation and received no reply until i complained and phoned several times upon which sll i received was a letter full of blandishments and not a single comment on issues that I’d raised. I truly believe the West is marked for an Islamic takeover by the globalists. Islam is the ultimate useful idiot in the toolbox of sic people.

      • I was born in Glasgow 1948 but ran away in 1966 never to live there again however I find it amazing when I witness muslim men and women in the long robes and women in a black bin bag marching through the streets of Glesga screaming allo snackbar and now an Island off the West Coast to be a sharia compliant island is beyond belief but no doubt that previous wee Useless Bumass that was First Minister will be in total agreement as he said there are way too many white people in positions within Scotland.

  4. Well, the so-called “judges” are wrong. They have raped the poor woman again.

    What woman, even a prostitute, would go willingly to be raped by seven different males (not men) time and again? A prostitute would want payment and wouldn’t go without compensation

    A pox on the ‘judges’ who decided she consented because the rapists said they had no way of knowing she didn’t wish to be raped.

    If I had the position of ruling on this matter, they’d die in prison…either quickly or over time…they wouldn’t be walking free, ever.
    And the scum who are allowing them to go free, would be locked up along with them.

  8. In my mind, the penalty for rape should be the same as the penalty for murder.
    I’m not against the death penalty IF there is no doubt that the accused one(s) actually did it, btw.
    In this case, there seems to be no doubt whatsoever they did it.
    GUILTY.

    And that is CRIMINAL.

    • The judge should’ve also considered the pattern of Muslim rape gangs all across Europe and the world where they target upwards of a million vulnerable teens and the mentally ill (in the UK alone) to inform his decision.

      How can he prove that she did give consent? And if she did, why would she have them all charged with rape? How many girls willingly want to have sex with so many men in so little time, apart from those who work in porn or prostitution?

      This judge is a moron and is either afraid of Muslims or is one of those Lefty idiots that takes the side of criminals as they do in the US.

      I have this feeling that the only way we’re going to get rid of this scourge of Islam is for people to just take matters into their own hands…the state keeps letting the people down. Why are Muslims here in the first place? Why did we let them in, why don’t we deport them when we recognize as a society all the harm they do to us? It’s insane.

    On first glancing this is the first thought that I had. The safeguarding of someone this disabled should most definitely be on a par with children. Yes, disabled people such as this poor lady are entitled to face sexual life BUT caregivers are absolutely responsible in determining whether the person is being subjected to an abusive situation. Having sex with multiple males in such a situation as this is enough of a marker SURELY to qualify as abusive. Or do those who overturned the lower court really believe that this situation is any way normal. Perhaps it s, but only in so far as those of certain persuasion are won’t to do such things with the most vulnerable and most easily manipulatedof people in this case a mentally disabled lady but most often with children. This case is disgusting and disturbing and will only embolden more of the same. I am fed up repeating how much I loathe our dear leaders, our judiciary all of our institutions in fact who seem determined to ignore the plight of vulnerable people in the face of this type of revolting pack behaviour.

There was a situation similar in Sweden a few years back where a Swedish woman in a Wheel Chair who worked at a ”refugee centre” was sharing a Taxi home with three muslim young men she knew from the Centre and when they got to their Hostel she asked if she could use the Toilet and they brought her inside and raped her for hours…
    The Judge let these savages OFF 100% as he said she obviously consented as she went into the Hostel willingly and she didn’t put up any kind of a fight even though she is paralyzed from the waist down and lives in a Wheel Chair.
    Meanwhile muslims around the entire World laugh in the faces of European men as they see them as weaklings that cannot protect the European women while being afraid of muslim men.
