The *real* genocide is happening and being ignored because, as Jesus Christ said when speaking to His disciples, “The world hates you.”
Jesus told His first disciples, and through them, all others, that He was “hated” and that because of His “Name,” Christians would be hated.
He warned of persecution, and for many, death at the hands of those who “hate” them.
“The world” doesn’t see this persecution and genocide as a problem; not one to confront, not one to fight, and nothing about which to even speak.

What knowledge of our earth’s enormity, its shape, its physical complexity and its location in the cosmos’ vastness did he posess 2000 years ago? Did the Polynesian Island country we know as Samoa today come to either his or his disciples’ minds then? How about Tiera del Fuego, Pago Pago, Wake or Midway islands, Hokkaido, the Falklands, the Aleutians, Pre Columbian Meso America or California?

Given that he has no relevance in the lives of most of the world’s inhabitants–having gods and religious beliefs of their own–or none–there is no reason for them, for us, to hate either him or Christianity.
As “Allah’s slaves” are actually taught to hate, to subjugate, to harm, even to kill ALL so-called unbelevers (i.e., the kuffar), Islam–like no other religion–imperils the entire world.
It is Islam’s texts, and their Muslim ‘neighbors’ desire to steal land–not the Indian Ocean’s Sentinelese tribe’s hatred of Jesus/Christianity–that causes Nigerian Christians to suffer so.
Though it should be, said persecution/genocide receives so little attention because it is, to most of the world, not their problem.

Given that Jesus Christ is God He of course had full knowledge as He is Truth itself. (John 14:6) But did you really think that Christ our Lord was referring to geographical facts? He was referring to human nature, under the dominion of the devil and thereby inclined to do evil things, including persecuting the faithful.
And Christ may or may not have perceived relevance to “most of the world’s inhabitants” but He evidently does to those murdering Christians in Nigeria.

When a serial killer is at work, if his victims are young college students from wealthy families, everyone is going to talk about it.
If his victims are drug addicts and prostitutes, many times in both categories, not many care to talk about it because of who the victims are. Even the police can be disinterested.
It’s the same way when Christians are the victims….one mozlum being killed by some nutcase makes the daily news for weeks, but hundreds of thousands of Christians murdered by mozlums….very rare if reported at all.
It’s the “hatred” by the “world.”
