Mary Black, a member of the Raleigh City Council in North Carolina, focuses not on local affairs, but on those terrible Israelis are attacking the peaceful innocent entirely harmless Palestinians. Now she faces a challenger for the seat she holds, and her obsession with Israel has already led former supporters to withdraw their support: “Embattled North Carolina Lawmaker Losing Support in Droves Following Attacks on Israel, Zionists,” by Peter Reitzes, Algemeiner, August 23, 2024:
Hours before the Silver endorsement was made public, Black declared on Threads that being electable “has never been on my agenda.”
No? She never cared about being electable? What a strange admission from someone who ran for office in 2022 and is running again. Or does she mean to say that “I don’t care if I do lose my seat. I’m here to tell the truth about the genocide in Gaza.” Yes, that must be it.
Black has been accused of trivializing the Holocaust, implying that Israel has treated the Palestinians like the Nazis treated the Jews and comparing politics in Raleigh to “Nazi Germany.”
Comparing Israeli policy towards Palestinians with Nazi policy regarding Jews is an example of Holocaust inversion, where reality is inverted. The Israelis are cast as the “new” Nazis and the Palestinians as the “new” Jews, and an inversion of morality, in which the Holocaust is presented as a moral lesson for, or even a moral indictment of, “the Jews.”
Speaking to The Algemeiner, Taylor of the Jewish caucus referred to Black’s social media posts as “unsettling,” “bizarre,” “unprofessional,” and “unbecoming of an elected official.”
Much too charitable of you, Mr. Taylor. Black’s posts are not merely “bizarre” and “unsettling.” They are disgusting antisemitic drivel.
As reported last week, Taylor explained to The Algemeiner that the Jewish community is concerned about much more than Black’s support for a ceasefire resolution. “For many of Raleigh’s Jews, I think the real turning point, that really galvanized the Jewish community, was her [Black’s] very close working relationship with Rania Masri.”
The Algemeiner was the first to report that in November, Masri spoke at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, declaring that Oct. 7 — when Hamas-led Palestinian terrorists invaded southern Israel and perpetrated the biggest single-day massacre of Jews since the Holocaust — “was a beautiful day.” Masri expressed pride and admiration for Hamas and their paragliders and went on to “demand the eradication of Zionism.” In addition, Masri posted a video on Facebook that called Hamas fighters “heroes.”
In March, Masri asked her Facebook followers to vote for Black for “Best Politician in Wake County.” In June, a smiling Masri attended Black’s campaign kickoff event.
Taylor explained the “betrayal” felt by the Jewish community observing Black and Masri’s close working relationship, seeing Black pose for photographs with Masri, speak on a panel with the pro-Hamas activist, speak at a fundraiser with Masri standing behind her, and speak at a local rally standing with the controversial figure….
The Hamas-praising Rania Masri, so proud of what the terror group accomplished — those rapes, those murders — on October 7, is BFFs with Mary Black, helping to raise money for her, standing by her side at public rallies, speaking on the same panels with her. They are very tight, sharing the same enthusiasm for Hamas, and the same hatred for Israel.
However, Black is not the only member of the Raleigh City Council who has raised alarm bells among the local Jewish community. Solomon also expressed strong concerns to The Algemeiner about the Wake County Democratic Party endorsing Christina Jones, another member of the council who is also seeking re-election.
“By endorsing Council Member Christina Jones, whose behavior has been just as abhorrent as Mary Black’s, the Wake County Jewish community’s worst fears were confirmed,” the rabbi said. “Namely, that the local Democratic Party supports candidates who obsessively and singularly criticize Israel. Christina Jones has done precious little to honor the trauma the Raleigh Jewish community is experiencing while she continues to embrace outspoken, violence-urging, pro-Hamas organizers like Rania Masri who infamously called Oct. 7 ‘a beautiful day.’”…
The day before the Wake County Democratic Party endorsed Silver, Black wrote on Threads: “What am I even fighting for? To be harassed? To be left unsupported? To be humiliated?? To be denigrated? Literally why am I even here? I hate it here. No Truly.”
“Why I even here?” Good question, Mary Black. After all, you “hate it here.” But you won’t have to suffer much longer. You’ll be out the door soon enough. As for your comrade-in-arms, Christina Jones, it’s passing strange that the Wake County Democratic Party, while endorsing your opponent, nonetheless also endorsed Christina Jones, who is just as outrageous in her denigration of Israel and praise for Hamas as you have been. Jones, like you, is a friend of Rania Masri. Her endorsement makes little sense. But perhaps those calling the shots in the local Democratic party thought they should not be seen as withdrawing their endorsements at the same time from two black women, lest they be accused of “racism.”

Thanks, Goodman.
Thanks, Schwerner.
So this is what your sacrifice of your lives, 60 years ago, has come to.
The utter imbecility of left-wing Jews. Doesn’t seem to have changed much since then.

This sort of stupidity only makes me look at Madison Grant, Lothrop Stoddard, Arthur de Gobineau and Houston Stewart Chamberlain as well as Charles Darwin in admiration while I as a Black man say “What did they get wrong?” If ignorance and stupidity have a human face there she is. Of course Cori Bush, AOC, Ilhan Omar, Sunny Hoskins, the entire members of The View, and most ultimately the Libtards on The WOKEIST Left of the West are giving her some stiff competition. On Judgement Day these people are so stupid they may get a free pass, after all, what moral culpability does a box of rocks have?

Apparently the Civil Rights movement and the assistance that the Jewish community gave to that movement is like a million years ago. Who would have thought the hate against Jews by so many black legislators and leaders would be the outcome after the success of the Civil Rights movement. Anti-Semitism is so acceptable by so many in the black community. And to add salt to the wound they choose to march for Hamas and other sworn enemies of Jews. In a war that is called “Giving the enemy comfort and support”. The only lesson to learn from all of this is that Jews have to be moire careful about who they so enthusiastically throw their support and money to. And the support that needs to be especially reconsidered is that of the New Democrat Party that seems to hate both Jews and Israel. But of course not Jewish money.

Yes, in the fight for equal rights, the Jews, seeing how Blacks were mistreated by some people, worked to help the Blacks, as it had been the same for them.
We are seeing in the actions of so many that they have no knowledge of history and no appreciation for the efforts others have made to help make things right.
And the lies being told to smear, defame and cause trouble for the real victims.
this woman, and all like her. are showing how evil humans can be.

For them to celebrate October 7th, is the equivalent of someone celebrating a Ku Klux Klan massacre against peaceful, unarmed Black civilians, or the Greenwood race massacre against “Black Wall Street” in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1921.

Over half of Israeli Jews are Mizrahis (Middle Eastern or North African origin). There are also plenty of Jews there who are Sephardic (Southern European) and Falashas (Black Ethiopian) and some other non-white (such as South Asian or East Asian).
Only about 25 percent of Israeli Jews are white Ashkenazi Jews.

I as a Black male adult cannot apologize enough for the congenitally stupid members of my racial group. Indeed any racial group with more natural resources than all other racial groups combined should be extremely well off. But no the only fair trade our imbecilic moronic idiotic people expect is you give us condescension and we in turn give you our bare backs. A continent with endless natural resources including vast amounts of precious metals and simultaneously NO WRITTEN LANGUAGE IS ONLY FIT FOR CONTINUAL IMPERIALIST EXPLOITATION. In Africa Israel has no colonies. The low IQ if the population has virtually abandoned their resources to Islamic takeover and this skulking catatonic fool exhibits the perfect evidence of how and why. As Ibn Khaldun the Islamic scholar has stated “The negro has the intelligence barely that of brute beasts.” I cannot stay in a constant state of hypertension attempting to refute that while so many like this block of wood confirm it.

My mom had to take care of her younger siblings when she was still a child. Her mother had a very good friend who was Black. That lady taught my mother how to cook…and the result was awesome.
Over my lifetime, I have had many friends who are Black and the majority are quite intelligent people. I have grandchildren who are bi-racial. I’ve seen no problems with their intelligence.
Color of skin is not what makes a person intelligent or of low intelligence. There are too many factors, and some not well-understood, that result in an individual’s makeup, including the ability to think with reason and to want to take in knowledge to benefit oneself.
One person of any race is not responsible for the actions or thinking of his race. Each person stands on his own.

I know that most US cities are blue, but is Raleigh so far gone that in a non-partisan election, a supporter of Hamas can win a general election? It would have been one thing if we were discussing a primary within the Democrat party for who’d be the party nominee for a certain elected office
But here is a non-partisan race, where everyone – Democrats, Republicans and Independents – can vote, and someone like Mary Black could get elected in 2022? Have they been flooding NC w/ muslims the way they have in MN and MI?

How can anybody vote and support a person who supports Hamas a terrorist organization?

Western women in support of a gang of thugs that raped defiled and beheaded females that look exactly like themselves is truly amazing to say the least while these same Western girls denigrate the men that are hunting down the cowards that raped defiled and beheaded young girls that look exactly like them causes me to think perhaps Planet Earth has shifted slightly off its Axis.
