In a fawning article entitled “Scrutiny Increases for a Group Advocating for Muslims in U.S.” in the New Duranty Times (aka the New York Times), Neil MacFarquhar plays fast and loose with the facts about the Council on American Islamic Relations, pretending that those who are suspicious of the organization do not have any facts on their side. He says nothing, of course, about the arrests and convictions on terror charges of various CAIR officials, or the Islamic supremacist statements made by other CAIR officials.
Protein Wisdom has an able deconstruction of MacFarquhar’s unconscionably irresponsible piece.
