Al-Jazouli quotes the Qur’an: “Fight them until there is no more strife and Allah’s religion prevails” (8:39). He says that shedding the blood of Infidels in jihad is a way to prevent strife and create order. This is in line with the classic Islamic supremacist idea that once Sharia prevails, peace will reign and strife will cease — and hence bloodshed to attain that goal is laudable.
Will “moderate” Muslim spokesmen from the U.S. such as Hamas-linked CAIR’s Ahmed Rehab be jetting over to Khartoum to explain to al-Jazouli that jihad is really just getting the kids to school on time?
“Sudanese Cleric Al-Jazouli: Bombing of Embassies, Killing of US Diplomats Great Steps Leading to Order, Not Chaos,” from MEMRI, n.d.:
The following are excerpts from a sermon delivered by Sudanese cleric Muhammad Ali Al-Jazouli, which was posted on the Internet on January 31, 2014:
Muhammad Ali Al-Jazouli: Allah said: “Fight them until there is no more strike [sic] and Allah’s religion prevails.” The purpose of Jihad is to prevent strife. Jihad is not strife. Allah says that if not for Jihad, there would be chaos.

Allah says that Jihad brings order. The shedding of the blood of infidels is for the sake of purification and security. We must draw a distinction between the concepts [f [sic] chaos and Jihad]. The killing of an infidel, the bombing of an embassy, the killing of US diplomats, or the killing of Rafidite Shiites do not constitute chaos. These are great, noble, and blessed steps towards order.

In the West, there are three movements that strive to sow chaos. The first of these is the Zionist movement. The Zionist movement strives to sow chaos. The Jews number 12 million. In order for these 12 million to rule the world, they must cause the fragmentation of the world and decrease its population.
I will not dwell on this too much by citing the many statements, books, references, articles and reports by international newspapers. I will only refer to the first protocol in The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, which is called: “Chaos, Revolutions, and Wars.” That is the title of the first protocol. So the very first word in The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is “chaos.”
