It sounds preposterous. Surely he must have known that rape was unacceptable in the UK and everywhere, no? No. The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.
But note that even after he was convicted of rape, his deportation order was overturned. A rapist from Somalia is just fine to stay in Britain. But a man from the U.S. who points out that Islam has doctrines of violence? Such a person may not enter the country!
“Convicted Somalian rapist had deportation order overturned before attacking two more women as he ‘did not understand what is acceptable in UK,'” Telegraph, July 3, 2016 (thanks to Mick):
A convicted Somalian rapist who overturned a deportation order went on to rape two more women in Birmingham, with his lawyer arguing “he had a lack of understanding of what is acceptable in the UK”.
Dahir Ibrahim, 31, was sentenced to ten years in prison in 2005 after the first sex attack on a prostitute in Edgbaston.
A judge ordered his deportation after he served his sentence, but he appealed – and was given leave to remain in the UK.
Now Ibrahim, of Handsworth, has been jailed for another 10 years after raping two “vulnerable” women within six weeks of each other in 2014.
Steven Bailey, prosecuting at Birmingham Crown Court, said the first victim left her home in the early hours of September 5 to buy cannabis.
She was approached by Ibrahim, who offered to sell her drugs and persuaded her to follow him down an alleyway. Once there, he threatened her with a Stanley knife and then raped her.
“She was crying and telling him to stop, and started screaming and shouting,” said Mr Bailey.
The woman was beaten during her ordeal before she managed to flee and was helped by a driver.
The second victim was sleeping rough when she was attacked by Ibrahim in the early hours of October 18.
He threatened her with a pair of pliers and a screwdriver before raping her….
Ibrahim had previously admitted two charges of rape, two of possessing weapons and another serious sexual offence.
Jabeen Akhtar, defending, said Ibrahim had come from a country where he had witnessed many atrocities and that he had a lack of understanding of what is acceptable in the UK.
“It was more opportunistic then pre-planned,” he said. “No long-term physical injury was sustained by the victims.”…
It is understood that Ibrahim will finally be deported after serving his latest sentence.
