Refugee resettlement programs are a lucrative business whose proprietors — like those of other businesses — seek to protect themselves from bottom line erosion. So now that a U.S. Supreme Court ruling “stayed two lower courts’ rulings on President Trump’s temporary travel ban,” refugee groups have found a creative way to hammer in the predictable victimology narrative:
The New York-based International Rescue Committee (IRC) sent out an email asking for donations which began: “The Supreme Court has reinstated parts of President Trump’s misguided travel ban and the impact on refugee families is immediate and devastating….The IRC says people should get involved and donate…
The IRC, however, benefits from sweeping under the carpet the security and economic risks of opening Western nations to huge numbers of Muslims, many of whom refuse to integrate. The Islamic supremacists among the refugees look upon infidels with scorn, and freely accept welfare and other benefits from infidel taxpayers, as constituting tribute akin to the jizya tax. Then there is the heightened risk of jihad attacks. Yet none of this matters to those who stand to gain politically and/or monetarily from the refugee business.
The Church World Service (CWS) also attacked Trump’s ban as an “an imprudent, devastating blow to our fundamental values of justice and humanity,” and called it “un-American.” The devastating blow is really to their wallets. It is also devastating that Church World Service profiteers, and others like them, have ignored the severely persecuted Christian refugees.
“Refugee Organizations Raising Money off Travel Ban Reinstatement”, by Bob Price, Breitbart, June 29, 2017:
Refugee organizations wasted no time in capitalizing on the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling that stayed two lower courts’ rulings on President Trump’s temporary travel ban. The groups quickly used President Trump’s victory in temporarily banning travel from six Muslim-majority countries to send out fundraising messages.
The New York-based International Rescue Committee (IRC) sent out an email asking for donations which began: “The Supreme Court has reinstated parts of President Trump’s misguided travel ban and the impact on refugee families is immediate and devastating.”The website for IRC says:
The United States has a long tradition of offering refuge to those fleeing persecution and war. However, the Trump Administration, citing unfounded security concerns, has moved to suspend the refugee resettlement program for 120 days and slash refugee arrivals in 2017 by more than half.
The IRC says people should get involved and donate because:
So far, only 17,000 of 4 million Syrian refugees have been re-settled in other countries.
More than 800,000 people arrived on the shores of Greece in 2015, an estimated 57% were fleeing the conflict in Syria.
An average of 50 Syrian families are forced to flee their homes, every hour of every day.
The Church World Service (CWS) another “Voluntary Agency” listed by the U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement, issued a statement after the Supreme Court’s opinion was released Monday saying:‘Enabling any variation of President Trump’s discriminatory refugee and Muslim ban to go into effect-even temporarily-is an imprudent, devastating blow to our fundamental values of justice and humanity. We will continue to use all measures at our disposal to fully rescind this un-American ban and urge our elected officials to exercise political courage in the face of this legal and humanitarian setback.’ ‘Together, our spirit will never yield to such exclusionary policies.’
After this statement, CWS includes a link to GreaterAs1.org which asks for a donation.
The organization also tweeted the following which included a link to their GreaterAs1.org donation page.
CWS has also issued a statement urging people to “Tell the White House & Congress that you OPPOSE Trump’s Announcement to Grind Refugee Resettlement To a Halt & Bar Refugees from Certain Countries.” It includes the phone numbers to call “President Trump” and “Your Senators and Representatives” and a script on what to say, including: “I am strongly opposed to President Trump’s announcements to stop the resettlement of refugees from Syria, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen.”
The Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (LIRS) did not directly ask for money, but it emailed out a script and asked people to “Tell Congress and the [Trump] Administration to conduct the review of the refugee admission process in good faith and as quickly as possible, and resettle at least 75,000 refugees during Fiscal Year 2018.” The statement was entitled, “Advocate for 75,000 Refugees.” …..

I expect that a number of people have been worn out by claims that prudent actions to defend our liberty are also aids to terrorist recruitment and fundraising. The people making these complaints should get off their dead backsides and go to work at a real and productive job instead of trying to destroy our country.

There is this French identity organisation that tries to block refugee flows by interrupting the free taxi service that is now being offered by different NGOs in the meditteranean sea. Although their site is unfortunately still completely in French (however apt that may be) I managed to send them some donations. https://www.generation-identitaire.com/#donner

Johan, interfering with the “rescue” services that “aid, abet, counsel and act” in furtherance of the murder of what used to be European countries is almost certainly illegal and sooner or later will lead to prosecutions. Big Brother has many names and identities since Orwell’s 1984. The EU is one of them now. Supporting the “thought criminals” is in BB’s “mind” almost certainly a “thought crime”.
Please allow me to suggest an additional way to resist: Help others who will see what is wrong with the “religion of peace”. Whether it is 1 person at a time, several or many, every person who learns what is in store from the ongoing destruction of liberty is another educator and voter. I believe it works, having helped several friends learn for themselves what jihad really means to us. Delusional people, Christian and Jewish, find it so easy to live in a daze of denial while they wait for the slaughter. This is a contest for minds, Islam for mindless sleep, submission and death, and liberty for life. Ironically my suggestion is an application of what I learned over 50 years ago from Catholic teaching, “It is better to light 1 candle than it is to curse the darkness.” The world is now getting very dark. MANY candles need to be lit. Candles in the form of awakened, informed and thinking people.

The travel ban was perfect timing regarding the crisis of a epidemic in Yemen . This would be a opport time to fly all the protesters there so the Yemeni will embrace them with open arms.

No nation is made by immigrant. Nation is made by its Citizen, who follow their National Civil Codes and not code of religious book like Bible or Quran.
We need to encourage National politician like Donald Trumps, to take this issue on still higher level, not only temporary ban but permanent ban on practicing Islam like Idealism…..communism/socialism….which is stupid idealism—self destructive.
Johan Elzinga says
Dear Bharat, although I believe Trump is right by blocking immigrants from the now listed countries, he did not block the immigrant flows from the most likely terrorist exporting countries. In addition, he supported Saoudi Arabia by making huge arms deals, thereby supporting the Middle East with an almost endless amount of weapons that soon will be used by terrorists.
The best way to deal with terrorists is to rob them from their income. America should not buy oil from the Middle East, but instead support itself.

No, this is not a country of immigrants.
Were the colonists immigrants? No.
Besides, the descendants of Irish, German, Polish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Greek immigrants do not blow up buildings. They went to work and built this country up.

Federal government pays thousands of dollars to these organizations for each refugee resettled. Then the federal government has to pay millions of dollars to the victims of atrocities perpetrated by some of these refugees. It is true that immigrant has significant role in building this country. But, no single migrant group has ever tried to burn the hands that feeds them – anywhere in this world, except the muslim migrants. Land of opportunity, for muslims, means opportunity to blow things up!

These are incredibly corrupt organizations. They are making a killing dumping unassimilables all across our nation, totally destroying our small towns, and demanding more money, more ‘refugees’. Then they go around stabbing the President to his face and calling him corrupt, un-American and immoral. Disgusting.
Johan Elzinga says
Apart from being incredibly corrupt they are also very rich. The amount of money going into those NGOs is staggering, considering they can write their own bills where it comes to the immigrant support – it is a complete industry. For each and every immigrant in the Netherlands, an estimate of 100 euro a day is at this moment current. That is a lot of money. It is more than my salary. For EACH immigrant – thus a family of four is 400 euro a day.

A photo of stupid. They should be given a different *sign* to hold.
When the day comes that they are being raped, killed, their children are taken and killed, their homes are taken…will they wake up?
Millions have left those countries…have been *settled* in various places where they have been given food, shelter, and evidently cell phones and video cameras…and they rape, kill, steal, beat up the infirm and homeless and praise and attempt to join the group that kills babies and gives them to their own mothers to, unknowingly, eat because they are starving. To gang rape a little child to death.
The women in the photo are holding the wrong signs…and they are fools, yearning and begging for the chance to bow to the beast…and using the money of other fools to pay for that opportunity. Their thoughts are being controlled and manipulated by demons.

The marchers sign should read: “America is a Country of Ignorants!” Everyday, I have trouble understanding a life built upon emotion with no level of basic primal instinct to survive – let alone consider a higher mind than that of apes! It is a very good indicator for the times, and does much to corroborate Biblical Apocalyptic literature. It psychologically demonstrates a society of masochists bent on injuring themselves because of their need to have a clear conscience – something akin to self flagellation and hair shirts.

Frank JV from Frank A, an excellent post! Thank you. I believe that our lives are not owned by us but given in trust. We have a duty to manage our lives as we would care for another person’s money, which includes neither wasting it nor allowing someone else to steal it.

Yes, it’s worth keeping a close eye on all those businesses and individuals who benefit financially from mass migration and examine how they link in with the immigration lobby groups.
