Where did Syaikhah Izzah Zahrah Al Ansari learn her understanding of Islam, that led her to want to join the Islamic State? Has her mosque been investigated? Why not?
“First Singaporean woman suspected of Islamist radicalism detained,” Reuters, June 12, 2017 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):
SINGAPORE said on Monday it has detained an assistant child-care worker suspected of trying to join Islamic State and to find a militant husband in Syria, and was holding her under a tough security law that allows for detention without trial….
The suspect, Syaikhah Izzah Zahrah Al Ansari, 22, was detained this month for intending to make her way to Syria to join Islamic State of Iraq and Syria with her child, the Ministry of Home Affairs said in a statement.
“She supported ISIS’s use of violence to establish and defend its self-declared ‘caliphate’, and aspired to live in it,” the ministry said, referring to Islamic State.
Izzah, a contract assistant at an infant care centre, was radicalised as early as 2013 by online propaganda with links to Islamic State and she shared pro-Islamic State material on social media.
She had also sought a militant husband in Syria, the ministry said.
“She said that since 2015, she was looking for ‘a Salafi or an ISIS supporter’ to marry and settle down with him and her child in Syria,” the ministry said.
“She said she would support her husband if he fought for ISIS in Syria as she believed she would reap ‘heavenly rewards’ if he died in battle. With her ‘elevated status’ as a ‘martyr’s widow’, she felt she could easily marry another ISIS fighter in Syria.”…

Don’t worry, if there’s one place where these types gets “fixed”, it’s Singapore.
The heirs of Lee Kwan Yue have no patience for this type of BS.
Nor should they – my respect for them has gone up immensely in the last few years.

Unfortunately, while the Singapore government clamps down hard on “radicalization”, their stance is that all religions are equally susceptible to such “radicalization” and that all religions are by nature, peaceful.
Thus, you cannot buy any Robert Spencer books in Singapore as it is considered hate material and neither can you publicly discuss Islam and its disturbing teachings without getting arrested due to violating the “Maintenance of Religious Harmony Act (CHAPTER 167A)”.

The Malay race was described by the British during colonial times as a gentle, friendly n easy-going people. But when they have been brainwashed since birth by the ME trained preachers, a number of them become radicalized.

They are indeed gentle, friendly and easy-going. There are two sides to every coin. Because of their laid-back nature, they have not acquired an extensive reading culture, and therefore most Malays in the archipelago, who despite being Muslim, have no idea what the Islam truly teaches.
That’s not to say they won’t try to defend Islam if need be, but… if we put them in a debate with Robert Spencer, they’d lose in a heartbeat.
Still… I’d rather they stay as “easy going” as they’ve always been.

The issue is not whether they are laid-back, but rather that they are consistently seeing themselves as victims of “institutionalized racism” due to Singapore’s independance from Malaysia. Islam is just used now as their cultural glue of which they seek to exert their identity. Just a few years ago the approach was to adopt ghetto culture, but in the past 2 years it has been all about getting hijabbed up.
Just have a look at the firestorm when Amos Yee did his Youtube videos criticizing Islam and you see countless “peaceful Singapore muslims” call for his death, decapitation, humiliation, and worse still, the rest of the non-muslims Singaporeans joining in too.

“… Has her mosque been investigated? Why not?…”
In Singapore, almost certainly ‘yes’, in most other countries probably ‘no’.
The Singaporean Political Elite are amongst the least delusional about the existence and threat of Jihad Violence and one of the most committed to respond adequately to that threat.

I am sorry to burst your bubble but the official stance in Singapore is that Islam is a religion of peace, and even though “extremists” are caught and held in confinement, anyone who questions Islam is dealt with in similar fashion.

Theresa May n the EU leaders have lots to learn from S’pore. Margaret Thatcher had learn from S’pore about flat ownership for every eligible citizen.

Contrary to your opinion, Singapore is extremely politically correct.

She has extremely poor taste in men. There again, the same needs to be said for all women who find muslim men appealing.
