“A Muslim radio station, which ordered listeners to give the advice of non-Muslim doctors ‘no importance’, has been found in breach of Ofcom rules” by a regulator. Nottingham’s Radio Dawn was determined to have breached two rules: “by broadcasting offensive comments about non-Muslims, and giving listeners potentially dangerous medical advice.”
The scholar told a caller during a broadcast on the Bobbersmill-based station: “If it is a non-Muslim doctor who is giving the advice, well their advice carries no weight. It has no importance whatsoever.”
Of course, the usual deceptive apologies went out, with assurances from Radio Dawn that they did not intend any harm; so the regulator showed some sympathy:
We acknowledged that Radio Dawn is aimed at the Muslim community and this programme offered the opportunity for members of this community to seek religious guidance from a Mufti.
The Muslim community know to “seek religious guidance from a Mufti.” This is hardly the same thing as advising the audience to “give the advice of non-Muslim doctors ‘no importance.’” The regulator was kowtowing to the Muslim community, so as not to appear to be “xenophobic,” “racist,” “Islamophobic” or “culturally insensitive.”
We recently saw a similar public display of Islamic supremacy in Canada, with an imam preaching that Muslims should buy only from other Muslims. Following a complaint and hearing by the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the imam’s order was actually found not to be discriminatory.
Islamic supremacists view the world in two camps: the House of War verses the House of Islam. This theological indoctrination ensures that all too many Muslims never integrate, never assimilate and never adapt to Western societal principles and mores. Instead, Muslims are told that they must view infidel nations as inferior to Islamic ones, and the House of War must be brought into subjugation to the House of Islam.
“Ignore Non-Muslim Doctors, UK Islamic Radio Station Tells Listeners,” by Liam Deacon, Breitbart, December 20, 2017:
A Muslim radio station, which ordered listeners to give the advice of non-Muslim doctors “no importance”, has been found in breach of Ofcom rules.
The regulator found that Nottingham’s Radio Dawn had breached two rules: by broadcasting offensive comments about non-Muslims, and giving listeners potentially dangerous medical advice.
During a segment in the South Asian language Punjabi, a religious scholar, or “mufti”, instructed a diabetic caller not to listen to non-Mulsim doctors who advised them to avoid fasting for long periods.
“If it is a non-Muslim doctor who is giving the advice, well their advice carries no weight. It has no importance whatsoever,” he said.
“What you have to do is check who is giving the advice. A proper Muslim doctor who is religious will not give you wrong advice,” he added.
The regulator launched an investigation following a complaint, and explained in their ruling:
“In Ofcom’s view, the advice provided could clearly have led listeners with diabetes – a potentially serious health condition – to either refrain from seeking medical advice because their doctor was not a practising Muslim, or to disregard or otherwise question legitimate medical advice.”
They added that the “mufti did not make clear that he was not medically qualified.”
However, they express some sympathy with the station, insisting: “We acknowledged that Radio Dawn is aimed at the Muslim community and this programme offered the opportunity for members of this community to seek religious guidance from a Mufti.”
Secondly, the radio did not “ensure that material which may cause offence is justified by the context”.
Whilst Ofcom “acknowledged that some listeners to the programme may prefer to consult a Muslim doctor”, the segment was said to be “discriminatory and potentially offensive, not only to non-Muslim people, but also to members of the Muslim community”.
Karimia, the station’s owners, had apologised…

That’s not the issue for “us”, non-muslims. Let them believe whatever they want, it’s their health they are risking.
No, the question we have to ask us – and them – is: CAN WE STILL TRUST MUSLIM DOCTORS AND NURSES?

Good question.
If being a Muslim means acceptance of the vile contents of the Koran, then clearly we trust them at our peril.

My sister-in-law was ill. She lived in a nursing home and they sent her to the hospital for treatment. She had stopped eating much and it concerned me so I asked to speak to her doctor. In walked a tiny woman with a scarf on her head. Her suggestion was to insert a tube through the side of her body into her stomach to feed her. I said that would be cruel and refused, since I was her conservator I sat with her and fed he rice cream and soon she was taking solid foods. She was returned to the nursing home with no tube and eating normally. She lived a couple more years. I think it is an excellent idea for Muslims to ignore the advice of infidel doctors. We will get rid of them faster then.

Good for you, Carolyne.
Were you able to get her a new doctor?

Curious what percent of all medical dentists and physicians are muslim in the U. K.. As with many other statements by imams…there may be a hidden or opposite message to the religious muslims doctors that may have non muslim patients….my bigger concern would be, what is this imam really saying to those pious religious muslim doctors who may have non muslim patients since being religious could cause a error for non muslim patients…they may view as a impediment to a caliphate or deplorable.
Jayell says
There was once, and probably still is, an association of muslim medical practitioners in the UK (just like they have their own muslim police association, etc.). Their mission statement (or whatever it was that I heard described) was exactly what you’d expect from an Islamic organisation, and, as I recall, prescribed a somewhat negligent approach to treating non-muslim patients as per their holy writings. I consequently decided that under NO circumstances whatever was I going to submit myself to any excuse for ‘treatment’ that a muslim might offer, least of all was I going to pay so much as one penny in private fees to one of these self-serving charlatans. I don’t think it was necessary, however, to hear an exposition of the Islamic philosophy of medical practice, since if a medical practitioner makes it clear that they subscribe to Islamic values, then they cannot ipso facto be trusted to do a proper professional job for an unbeliever because this is the sort of attitude that is set out in black and white in their holy literature. Which brings us back to this radio station and to that very common phenomenon of psychological projection which is particularly common in persons of a bigoted, arrogant or dishonest disposition – which therefore must be assumed to include all muslims, since, again, this is what their ‘faith’ clearly prescribes. The presenter on this station was advising their listeners not to listen to – in other words, not to trust – a non-muslim practitioner NOT because the unbelieving doctor would necessarily behave in an untrustworthy fashion, but because this ‘advice’ represents a projection of the way in which a muslim doctor would be exhorted to behave, and muslims seem to be incapable of seeing beyond their own mindset.
Finally, two things. Firstly, those in public places who prattle on about ‘community cohesion’ need to take this little episode on board as yet more proof that, where muslims are concerned, they are chasing a stupidly naïve delusion. The Islamic faith does not, and never has, allowed for anything even remotely resembling this charming but utterly misguided utopian vision. Secondly, I for one could not care less if every muslim UK citizen (oxymoron there!) never consulted one of our genuine UK doctors ever again, because it would mean that there would be none of their increasingly bloated demographic would ever clog up our over-subscribed health facilities ever again.

That would be the British Islamic Medical Association, Jayell. But they would never be as open in their aims as that–not where Infidels could read it, anyway:

It’s full of Taqiyya, like quoting Qur’an 5:32 about saving a life–without ever saying that this is an admonishment to Jews, *not* an instruction to Muslims.

I *very much* agree–although I know it can often be difficult in the NHS for a patient to get another doctor. I certainly fear for the patients of Muslim doctors and nurses.

This message is pure Al Walaa wal Baraa, an Islamic apartheid doctrine.
Muslims should not have dealings with the dirty kufaar if they can possibly avoid all contact.
Al Walaa wal Baraa creates a completely segregated medieval society in which Muslims live separated from kafirs in all ways.
This prevents Muslims from being influenced by modern, scientific or rational ideas.
Such discrimination is normative Islam as proved by the following quotes:
-Imam Abdul-Latif ibn Abdur-Rahman Rahimullah said, “It is not possible for someone to realize Tawheed and act upon it, and yet not be HOSTILE against the mushrikeen. So anyone who isn’t HOSTILE against the mushrikeen, then it cannot be said that he acts upon Tawheed nor that he realizes it.” [ad-Durar as-Saniyyah 8/167]
-“The doctrine of al Walaa wal Baraa is the REAL IMAGE for the actual practice of this faith.” – source “Al Walaa wal Baraa According to the Aqeedah of the Salaf”, by Sheikh Muhammad Saeed al Qatani, authoritative Saudi Sharia lawyer and imam at the Abu Bakr and Al Furqan Mosques in Mecca. – https://islamfuture.wordpress.com/2009/08/20/al-wala-wal-bara-according-to-the-aqeedah-of-the-salaf-parts-123/
-Shaykh Ahmad ibn ‘Atiq said:
“There isn’t in the Book of Allah the Exalted – after the issue concerning the obligation of tawheed and the forbiddance of its opposite – any issue which has as so many proofs, nor so clearly explained, than the issue of al-walaa’ and al-baraa’.”

Anyway, if they don’t want to listen to anyone who isn’t Islamic then they are going to remain at the level of rabid ignorance they currently fester in. And if they don’t want to listen to anyone not Islamic they need to GTFO of this country and go to where there are only Muslims.

Well, they’ll ignore that, which is why non-Muslim doctors should always advise their Muslim patients NOT to jump off the nearest 20 story building. That way the world will be a better place when the advice is ignored.
