Car giant Volkswagen has been ordered by a German court to reinstate a suspected Islamist militant it fired over fears he might launch a terrorist attack on the company
Volkswagen “feared he might mount a terror attack at the corporate HQ in Wolfsburg during a meeting of thousands of workers and shareholders.” They fired him when he “threatened colleagues that they would all die.”
Nonetheless, the irresponsible, dhimmi German court ordered that Volkswagen reinstate this jihadist, thus compromising the safety of employees. This is religious accommodation gone mad, stretched to include jihadists and Islamic State sympathizers. This should cause an uproar in Germany. But will it?
“Volkswagen is ordered to re-instate suspected Islamist they fired,” by Allan Hall, Daily Mail, March 13, 2018 (thanks to Robert):
Car giant Volkswagen has been ordered by a German court to reinstate a suspected Islamist militant it fired over fears he might launch a terrorist attack on the company.
Samir B., 30, worked as a tyre fitter at Volkswagen’s plant in Wolfsburg, 55miles east of Hanover, and was fired in 2016 after threatening co-workers and pledging to join ISIS in Syria.
Volkswagen said it had taken the threats against its employees ‘seriously’ and feared he might mount a terror attack at the corporate HQ in Wolfsburg during a meeting of thousands of workers and shareholders.
Two of Samir B’s known associates had travelled to Syria in 2014 to join ISIS and were later killed fighting for the Islamist terrorist organisation.
In December 2014, Samir B., who is of German-Algerian descent, was stopped at Hanover Airport before boarding a flight to Istanbul, Turkey, carrying 9,350 euros in cash (£8,293) and a drone.
Authorities were convinced that he had been planning to travel to Syria to fight for ISIS, and confiscated his passport.
Samir B, who had worked for Volkswagen for eight years before his 2016 dismissal, had reportedly threatened colleagues that they would ‘all die’.
Volkswagen’s lawyers said was proven that Samir B. ‘was involved in the recruitment and support of Islamic fighters from Wolfsburg’, and that the company had no alternative but to terminate his employment.
However Samir B sued the car manufacturer for unlawful dismissal, and a judge at Hanover State Employment Court ruled in his favour……

No surprise whatsoever!

This judgment should not stand. It is absurd. Why does a company not have a right…indeed, a DUTY … to protect its employees from death.
Would it not be GROSS NEGLIGENCE if the company DID NOT fire the TERRORIST and the terrorist went ahead and MURDERED an employee?
In the US a Muslim BEHEADED a fellow employee who merely QUESTIONED Islamic teachings.
The COURT IS PUTTING THE LIVES OF EMPLOYEES AT RISK IN A MATTER OF THEIR PERSONAL SAFETY.
The decision must be challenged by Volkswagen or the autoworkers’ union in a higher court.
Michael says
Under the law of the German Deep State, anyone who refuses the invitation to submit to Allah and his Messenger can lawfully be killed by a Muslim.

True, Mortimer.
Scorpio says
Instead of bitching about this decision VW should acknowledge the courts ruling, rehiring the employee, but identifying the judge who is imposing this ruling. Even if VW can’t do this others can. The consequences of such naming and shaming would concentrate the minds of judges if this employee were involved in future terrorism resulting in death or injury of other peoples lives.
J D S says
Why am I NOT surprised that this guy is still alive and working for VW?
Scapegoat says
The VW workers should strike
sally says
Why didn’t they let him go to Syria? His chances of killing Germans might be less there than in Wolfsburg. And his chance of getting killed much greater. If he is going to wage war, why do the Germans want him to wage it on them in their country? It seems beyond absurd that Germany would drag this cretin back from the airport and then turn him loose on their own people. I wonder what Merkel is putting in the water over there. I can see NOT letting him back INTO Germany – but why they hell not DEPORT him TO Syria?!!
andra says
There was no word about that in German MSM, neither in alternative media, so far.
Gerold says
@andra – do you expect the German propaganda MSM to report anything real?
Here’s how it works:
a) if the MSM report anything, it’s not important.
b) if it’s important, the MSM doesn’t report it.
Time to develop alternate sources of news!
andra says
@Gerold
No, I do not expect them to wirte the truth, but I would have expected another sad story of how a Muslim gets bullied in Germany.
MT rancher says
Hopefully they would take him out behind the muffler shop and kick the jihadi completely out of him
Westman says
Obviously German MSM is now Merkel Staatssicherheitsdienst(Stasi) Media when Islam is involved.
“Authorities were convinced that he had been planning to travel to Syria to fight for ISIS, and confiscated his passport.”
If he was an American, stopped by authorities on his way to fight for ISIS, he would be in jail. In Germany he gets a job and, likely, a payout that will eventually enable him to perhaps express himself in the jihad way.
Does anyone think, after getting away with threatening co-workers, that his “forbidding” and threats will stop?
What do you suppose is living in that beard? The more massive and unkept the beard, the more fundamentalist and dangerous the jihadi?
Mark says
It’s in the Daily Mail, RT, and a few others. I found it by searching VW Samir B.

I’m literally lost for words
StellaSaidSo says
Was the judge bought, or threatened?
andra says
I guess neither nor. He is one of the standard judges in Germany: left, islam-submissive and totally out of mind.
It won´t take long any more before Germany is one of the sh*thole countries of the world, if it does not yet belong to them already.
StellaSaidSo says
Yes, it seems that in every Western country the judiciary is infested with leftists. One of the things that some of these bewigged traitors have in common with Muslims is a taste for paedophilia. This may explain a lot.
gravenimage says
Probably so, Andra.
Phil Copson says
This is just the latest entry in the long-running “Marxist of the Month” competition to see who can come up with the biggest inversion of reality; the “judge” is doubtless hugging himself with glee at his own cleverness at this very moment, and wondering what he can do next month to top it – order Volkswagen to provide a jihadi training-camp on the company sports-field probably….
RichardL says
the report is not totally accurate: a German Arbeitsgericht has a professional judge flanked by two lay judges. If the two lay judges accidentally were Muslims, the professional judge has no choice. I am pretty certain that this court’s decision will be overruled rather quickly.
But it is true: German judges, especially those in criminal courts, are incredibly left-wing. On top of that, German law is simply not prepared to dealing with Mohammedans. It was made for civilised citizens.
gravenimage says
I *hope* this decision is overturned, Richard.
WPM says
If they did not stop him at the airport he would have went off to Syria got himself kill and would be not be Volkswagen or Germany problem anymore. I would not judge the Germans too harshly Commie Mayor of NYC has a firefighter who did the same thing and is still employed{he did not leave the country but threat to kill his fellow firefighters}.As a first responder he has more contact with the public at large then a guy who put tires onto Volkswagens. PC MSM, judges ,pandering political officials will be the death of Western civilization ,North America ,Western Europe are in grave danger if they refuse to punish bad behavior for fear of being called racist. This get out of trouble card” Islam” is being pulled for exception things like rape, threats to murder ,large scale welfare fraud ,the question is not why he is still can work for Volkswagen the question is why he is not in jail?
R Russell says
They have embraced sharia within their own legal system and the public do not realise this. When they do, it will be too late.
R Russell says
Well, I wouldn’t be surprised that if he started up doing the same again, the workers would take the matter into their own hands………
Sentinel says
This court appears to have ignored the fact that the greater part of what the person is accused of is actually criminal and should involve prosecution by a competent court but, since this body is obviously lacking any degree of competence, they are not a fit and proper body to make any decision.
Politicianophobia says
When he blows up the building and kills many, someone will say “How did this happen?” There will be hundreds of teddy bears, and lots of flowers. Oh well.
WPM says
True like I said he should be in jail , recruiting other in Germany to terrorist causes, threating fellow workers in Volkswagen plant. Trying to leave Germany to fight for terrorist all these are crimes for non-Moslems in Germany , why is he not in jail?
WPM says
Yes a grow industry for the Western world brought by Islam ,teddy bears, flowers and candles who knew!
Older Canadian says
I am getting quite weary of reading about how the death of the western countries is becoming so successful. I cannot understand why these governments obviously believe that living in a state of fear 24 hours a day is preferable, over a homogenous one. The thirst for power and ultimate control cannot be that huge, or can it.
Sort if makes you wonder if buying a car made in germany is questionable. Or any german product such as food or appliances. All could be sabbotaged quite easily.
Yogi says
He can put bomb in one of this car , and blowup whole factory with the employees, Germany is kaput , big time …
underbed cat says
First to remove should be the sharia lawyers and judges….due to their seditious goal to replace the German government with sharia law. Germany has given control and power over to those who want to destroy their country. Just the intense look on his face to me is the desire to control using mo style aggression and to strike terror into the hearts of co-workers, deport him.
Kell says
When Samir steps over the line next, the judge who made that ruling gets taken to the public square and is flogged until he pukes. “No sympathy for the devil; keep that in mind. Buy the ticket, take the ride…and if it occasionally gets a little heavier than what you had in mind, well…maybe chalk it up to forced consciousness expansion: Tune in, freak out, get beaten.”

No Muzzies Here says
The look of hatred and defiance on his face should have convinced the court to make the right decision. Apparently, the court was frightened by the cold look of anger, and chose to let him have his way with the Germans.

Germany: Court orders Volkswagen to rehire Islamic State recruiter who threatened employees with death
Haha. Can anyone be more stupid than Germany Court?
Terry Gain says
The Judge may have decided it was best not to put a price on his own head.
Tom says
Volkswagen would be complicit and incompetent if it allowed this jihadist anywhere near their plant or employees if there is a risk of him carrying out his threats.
He will be pensioned off or given a job as far away from the volkswagen plant and employees as possible.
That means threats of violence based on religious and political convictions is now acceptable in Germany and will be rewarded.
Germany is like Sweden, a lost western country and culture.
LeftisruiningCanada says
Notice how the Turks will turn jihadis back when they want to leave the West to go into Syria, but lets them leave syria when they want to come back to the West….
Is it just me, or does that in all cases lead to more violent jihadis being in the West?
Bacherbazistan says
I’m surprised the judge didn’t order him to be promoted to Group Diversity Manager as compensation.
Hopefully Volkswagen will appeal this insanity and the German government will pension off the judge.
Ange Kenos says
Appeal this miserable decision AND seek to have the judge removed from office. But should this bloke do any of his evil, arrest that Judge for being an accessory
Carlos Danger says
I suppose that the best we can hope for is that he has an “accident” on the assembly line.
Arthur says
Having traveled to Germany for work and knowing how worker’s organizations (essentially unions with a seat at the company table) call the shots, I’m really not surprised. VW probably has little choice except to pay him to sit in a cubicle and do nothing. That’s the solution I’ve seen used before–kind of a socialism approach to management where no one can be fired. It’s a wonder any of these German manufacturers are still in business.
We will hear about this guy again, and it will include a body count.
When I talk with German colleagues about these issues, they either boast about the good deals they can get shopping in Turkish shops, or they profess leftist propaganda. I had one telling me he’d take me on vacation to Iran and show me what a wonderful country it really is. Yeah–no, thank you. Some day I think reality will become undeniable for these people, but it will be far too late by then.

Germany: Court orders Volkswagen to rehire Islamic State recruiter who threatened employees with death
…………………….
How is this even possible?
On one of the first jobs I had, a worker was fired for saying he would pop another employee in the jaw. He was fired immediately–not even his friends considered this a bad call on the part of the supervisor, even though they did not think the threat was serious.
What happens if Samir B. decides to make good on his threats?
LeftisruiningCanada says
It’ll still be Germany’s fault. Workplace stress, racist colleagues, whatever.
It’s the kind of silliness that is frightening, because it will go down like that and we can all see it coming.

Grimly plausible, I’m afraid.

Ther should be no if or butts about violence and threats to violence.
Eg at an airport if you make a threat or even a joke about terror or threaten violence you will not be allowed to board the aircraft.
Well, the Imam judge at Hanover State Employment Court ruled in Samir favour.
Terra Nova says
That is what Governments and councils have done: they created monsters of not punishing or calling a stop to all the atrocities they committed and proclaimed. So they continue and go worse and worse.
May be we should be grateful again to Merkel and offer her another MARSHALL HELP to finance a completely new JUDICIAL SYSTEM, Instead of the doll house courts.
Terra Nova says
But, may be the court was thinking, if we don’t reinstate him, he will get angry and will murder his colleagues or the judges and then we will have more dead bodies.
They know that and they are laughing their heads of.
And I really wonder how many clubs, leagues, institutions, brotherhoods are in Germany, USA, and other Western countries, payed for by the taxpayers money? There must be thousands.

When your loved ones are killed in a attack, remember this judge.
