But there is nary a word about this in the Orlando papers. They’re much too busy tracking down and publicly shaming foes of jihad terror.
“Sheik Who Called For Gays and Jews to Be Killed ‘Special Guest Speaker’ At Orlando Middle School,” by Laura Loomer, Dangerous, April 13, 2018 (thanks to Blazing Cat Fur):
Less than two years after 49 people were slaughtered by an Islamic terrorist at a gay nightclub in Orlando, the Greenwood Lakes Middle School in coordination with Muslim community groups in Orlando have decided to host a Syrian sheik who has called for the killing of gays and all Jews.
In a flyer created for a “Positive Parenting Skills” conference, Islamic scholar Dr. M. Rateb Al-Nabulsi is listed as a “special guest speaker” at the event, which is being held by the Security Advancement Center (SAC), Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), and Aisha Cultural Center in Orlando.
The event is described as a day-long conference with Muslim community organizers with an emphasis on parenting and family issues according to what is said in the Koran and Sunnah.
Al Nabulsi, the Muslim extremist guest speaker, is notorious for making anti-American, anti-gay, and anti-Jew comments, all of which have been caught on camera and translated into English. Nonetheless, he has been invited back into the very same community that is still struggling to recover from a jihadi who wreaked havoc on innocents at the Pulse nightclub.
In April 2011 while speaking to a group of Muslims in the Middle East, Al Nabulsi said, “Homosexuality carries the death penalty,” and explained why gays should be punished with death, calling homosexuality, “a filthy place that leads to the destruction of the homosexual.” In Islam, the death penalty for homosexuals is usually carried out by hanging a gay person from a crane, decapitation, and throwing gays off buildings.
During the same 2011 lecture, Al Nabulsi went on to criticize Western nations that allowed for gay people to have equal rights, even laughing at countries who have gay diplomats and leaders.
“The British health secretary says ‘I am a homosexual,’ he just said it like that in a press conference. An Italian minister also said, ‘I am a homosexual.’ When the U.S. ambassador to Bucharest received his nomination from the U.S. State Department, he came to the ceremony with a homosexual partner, rather than a wife. In America, they give the privileges of a wife to a homosexual partner,” he said.
Al Nabulsi, who declared his opposition to gays during his lecture, added, “It’s frightening” how gays have equal rights to heterosexuals in Western nations such as Canada and the United States and said Muslims “are extremely lucky in [their] countries” that homosexuality is punishable by death.
Along with advocating for the death of gays, Al Nabulsi labeled all Jews as “legitimate targets” for suicide bombers and encouraged Palestinians to commit such attacks because he argued Palestinians have an overwhelming disadvantage in their fight against Israel.
As if that isn’t already enough to disqualify him form entering the U.S. and speaking at a middle school, on his website, Al Nabulsi stated that Muslims have a duty to carry out acts of jihad in their fight against what he views as evil Jews.
“Holy fighting is dictated upon us, as it’s an eternal endless war between right and falsehood. Thus, we should make ready against our enemy all we can of power; other wise we’ll be degraded; our sanctity is violated, our lands are occupied, our generation is humiliated, our money is taken, they impose their culture and pornography, thus, what was omitted of our religion, to make ready against our enemy all we can of power; is the reason of Muslims weakness.”
Al Nabulsi’s radical pro-Islamic terror beliefs have been well documented in places other than his website and YouTube. Aside from his homophobic lecture at the Al Aqsa mosque in 2011, he went on an 11 city tour of America with a U.S. State Department sponsored visa in 2014 that was co-sponsored by the Syrian American Council and Shaam Relief Foundation, who described Al Nabulsi as “an internationally-known Muslim scholar, renowned for his scholarship of Islam, who has lent his formidable clerical authority to support human rights, tolerance and respect for all.”
However, on his website, Al Nabulsi referred to Jews as “the worst enemies of God” and said “all Jewish people are combatants” who deserve to be attacked and bombed in acts of jihad….
penelope says
al nabulsi is an idiot and so are those who ask him to speak. what is in their heads anyway? are they that damned naive? If I had a child in that school he would be pulled out for his education somewhere else.
these people who think the muslim radicals are special are full of it. why would you even let him set foot on your school property or anywhere else as his ONLY intent is to spread hate while claiming islamaphobia; that also is pure bs. so-called muslim scholars are nothing but purveyors of hate, period. if he was speaking against black, brown, yellow, or any other color he would be run out of town. Yet, he gets to speak on eliminating Jewish people. what is the matter with you people??? not to mention lgbt’s are not safe either, think about that. they hate everything but don’t mind using our freedoms against us to spread their S H I t and they get by with it. Where is the OUTRAGE. this is his ‘jihad’ on the USA, can you not see this?????

Where is the OPPOSITION of gay organizations?
mortimer says
Any gays who support Islam In any way are SUICIDAL.
What Sharia law says about punishing homosexuals: flogging, stoning, thrown from high place, wall pushed over to crush, burning to death.
Homosexuality is not only a sin, but a crime under Islamic law. Promoting Islam is suicide for gay people.

Any female who supports islam…FGM and opression…is suicidal too.
Frank Anderson says
mortimer, I have a number of tv shows concerning pre-WWII Germany recorded on DVD. I just reviewed 1, originally a 4 hour program on the Rise and Fall. During the first few minutes a female Jewish lawyer’s letter/diary entry was read praising Hitler. Viktor Frankl’s “delusion of reprieve” was going strong before the Holocaust and continues to this day. I think my uncle’s thought, “You can lead a mule to water but you can’t make him drink,” is so true. There are some incredibly stupid people around; and they vote and have influence.
abad says
There aren’t any.
Don’t forget, gay actor George Takei has publicly said we all need to be more welcoming of Moslems and their agenda.
However.
I had no idea so many gays were that self-loathing that they feel they deserve to be thrown off roofs.
I will patiently wait for that to be challenged but won’t hold my breath.

Not all Gay people are so clueless. Milo Yiannopoulos is very savvy about the threat of Islam, and I had a friend–recently passed away–who was Gay and Jewish and a staunch Anti-Jihadist.
All to many Gay people are in denial, though.

The vile, bloodthirsty sub-human trash that follow islam seems to have taught us an important fact.
Terrorism, murder, rape and mayhem work. The west is lead by sheep, not a sheep dog among them. The wolves are inside the gate. Be prepared or be a slave.
Have courage
Savvy Kafir says
Adam, there are still a few sheepdogs in the West — although not nearly enough of them, considering the threat that Islam now poses.
In the U.S., many gun rights supporters have embraced the sheepdog analogy put forth by Lt. Colonel Dave Grossman in his book “On Combat “.
And there are counter-jihadis in the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Australia who are trying to serve the sheepdog function in defending their societies against the encroachment of Islam. But we need many more.
gravenimage says
Hear, hear, Savvy Kafir!
Savvy Kafir says
And you’re right in saying that there are no real sheepdogs among the political leaders of the West — except for a few who don’t (yet) have nearly enough power.

Why haven’t The Freedom of Religion people filed suit against the school for violating separation of church and state? Are they afraid to take on Muzzies. If so they are cowards and should never be caved in to by any public school for teaching aspects of other religions.
OK, a technicality, there is no mention of separation of Mosque and state, but…..
greyhound fancier says
It’s much safer for the freedom from religion types to pick on the Christians and Jews. It’s only the mohammedans who will try to kill the freedom from religionists.
Niemoller says
How is this even possible in the day of instant knowledge and biographical information even on complete recluses, much less on moderately known people like this bloodthirsty pervert imam?
The school officials in Orlando are beyond idiotic. They are disgustingly incompetent to a criminal degree. Whoever green-lighted this Islamomonster should be fired. We need safeguards in place to prevent obvious terroristic persons from joining speaking tours on the taxpayer dime, especially speaking to school children.
gravenimage says
Yes–about 20 seconds of Googling turned up disturbing stuff about Dr. M. Rateb Al-Nabulsi’s views on Jihad, Jews, and Gays. But I suppose no one from this school bothered to vet him at all.
Niemoller says
Thanks for confirming, gravenimage. I hope at least one school reads the article on JW and gets wise. Would be nice if they spread the word to the rest of them also.
Niemoller says
school official, I meant.

It’s curious that all these characters carry the “Dr.” title. If “Dr.” isn’t their first name I wonder just what they are a doctor of. Probably Doctor of muslim studies or the like. Maybe it gives them some sort of twisted legitimacy in the minds of those hosting events. Mr. Spencer start calling yourself “Dr. Spencer” and maybe you’ll get more gigs.
Rarely says
i.e. “Noted Scholar Dr. Robert Spencer, specialist in Islamic Ideology”. has kind of a ring to it. It would impress some of these ignoramuses.

Al-Nabulsi should be deported, he has stated he hates the United States, he hates Jews, he hates gays, and wants to kill all of them.
There is NO room for that sort of hate in our society.
Garfield says
Foreign and “exotic” does not automatically equal “good”. Self hating, America hating leftists like anyone anti-tradition, anti-peace. They don’t care what supremacist nazi monster they embrace- just that the monster helps tear down what leftists hate: happy peaceful families and a safe orderly society.

How is it possible that such a vile sheik who is against America, gays etc. can speak to children from a middle school in Orlando. Isn’t there anybody protesting there, those are next generation children. What is wrong with you people and parents?
Your problem is, you are too scared, you should unite and protest by numbers. It once was “America, the beautiful”, but not anywhere to be heard or seen any more. What a waste of this beautiful country.

I read constantly about the influence Muslims have NOW in the US. Obama is a wicked man as are his minions to have allowed this. How do we clean our government enough to have men and women who will speak up with a national plan of eradication of Muslim ideas? Why is our government NOT speaking up?
I have never understood why Jews, in particular, have been so maligned by Muslims? Is there any psychiatric explanation for the hatred?
Looking at how cowed the Muslim women are and how super aggressive the men are to all that is not Muslim, I think there is a psychological pathology they have we might be able to use to diminish them as a group.
At this time I am too old to begin this (and probably too introverted, too) to do this. But we need to find people who understand the muslims for what they are and develop a plan of eradication and and that DOES NOT include inviting them to speak in to young people under the age of 21 or to any schooler who by definition are not mature enough to make decisions to join such a radical cult..
gravenimage says
Bodega, it appears that Muhammed assumed that the Jews of Medina would instantly accept him as a prophet. Few did, and he was enraged. He set up the Islamic hatred against Jews that Muslims have followed ever since.

I wonder if the British Government would allow this preacher of hate into the country if he was invited by muslim groups? Let’s not forget, the lovely Btittany Pettibone and her boyfriend Martin Sellner were arrested and banned because they were labelled as far-right extemists.

Maximus says
I just wonder if there not a single Jewish or Gay sniper…
Frank Anderson says
Maximus, that would be the worst thing that could happen-it would validate a lot of false claims against those who resist. Look for examples at the retribution that followed the killings of the Nazi diplomat in Paris, Crystal Night, the killing of Heydrich in Czechoslovakia, app 5,000 murdered, and the attempted killing of Hitler in 1944, another more or less 5,000 murders; followed by rampant executions as the senseless fighting continued. Sense, self-control and staying “within the bounds of the law” will produce far better results than duplicating the evil we oppose.
gravenimage says
Spot on, Frank.
Frank Anderson says
GI, the best response *I can imagine* is to publish in some broad manner direct quotes of the speaker that expose his intentions and beliefs. It could take the form of billboards, circulars, mailings or door-to-door delivery to parents, ads in the papers, and even television announcements, all depending on what would be accepted for publication. If all else failed, just getting a few detailed and perfectly accurate quotes in front of some, if not all, of the parents should help start resistance to the snowflakes and collaborators in charge of the schools. Other ideas, suggestions or improvements are not merely welcome, but encouraged. This is the way to fight. We are neither mindless Nazi’s nor Communists; we do not fight our cause in the streets.

Florida: Muslim cleric who calls for the killing of Jews and gays speaks at Orlando middle school
……………………
This unbelievable willful ignorance is harming our children. Sickening dhimmitude.
Fair commentator says
In fairness to all concerned, a few things should be noted with this story.
1. Some commenters on this thread have blasted Orlando school officials and called for them to be fired. This event did not occur in Orlando. In fact, the school in question could be described as being located in the Orlando area, but is actually in an entirely different school district (Seminole County). To fire school officials in Orlando (Orange County) would be grossly unfair.
2. Some commenters have lamented the fact that public school children were forcibly exposed to this event, even calling it a violation of the “separation of church and state”. It should be noted that the event took place on a Saturday and that no public school children were in attendance. Instead, the event was sponsored by a group that rented space from the school, then used it to hold a private, ticketed event. Complain if you want about the fact that the space was made available at all, but this is a different issue than forcing kids to attend programming of this nature.
By the way, this is always the risk when public entities rent space to outside individuals and groups. Once there is a policy to allow this, it becomes difficult to say yes to some groups, but no to others based on their views. Then freedom of speech and assembly becomes an issue. This is what the University of Florida faced when it rented space to Richard Spencer. This is also why many schools won’t allow non-school events on campus at all.
3. I looked up another flyer for this event, different from the one posted above. It is clear that the event was intended for Muslim parents and families. One of the main sessions was entitled, “Parenting Principles According to Quran & Sunnah”. I doubt this was intended as propaganda for a non-Muslim audience. I looked up the main speaker, Dr. Mohamed R. Beshir, who was billed as leading the parenting workshop. I did not find anything troubling about him in a quick internet search. The speaker who garnered the concern for anti-gay and antisemitic views was listed as giving a lecture after the evening prayer. I have no idea why he was included by the organizers and what contribution he could have made to the “positive parenting” theme. His inclusion is troubling, given his past statements. It should be noted, though, that (in the flyer I saw) he was not billed as the main speaker, and was only mentioned in one line near the bottom of the page. This is not an excuse, though, and it appears as though he received more prominent mention in the flyer posted above. Objecting to the organizers about his inclusion in the event is certainly a warranted expression of protest.
4. Many commenters in this thread questioned why there were no protests in advance over this event by the LBGTQ community or by Jewish groups, or just by concerned citizens. The answer is that the event was almost completely under the radar. There was little to no publicity in media that reached a general audience. I think most people became aware of the event after the fact.

The Muslim hive-mind of invasion and conquest from within of infidel lands, meets the hive mind that Islam is a peaceful and misunderstood religion that is misunderstood.
In Islam, deviation from hive-mind is apostasy, and death shuts you down.
