Concrete bollards, bag checks and vehicle blockers — why is all this necessary? Because of the possibility that some Muslims might try to carry out a jihad massacre. But don’t Sydney authorities know that it’s a Religion of Peace and only greasy Islamophobes think otherwise? How dare they suggest that there is a problem with jihad terrorism — even as, of course, they refuse to name it or identify the source of the threat in any way? They need “Islamophobia” reeducation, pronto.
“Concrete bollards, bag checks and vehicle blockers: Police beef up anti-terrorism security ahead of Anzac Day dawn march in Sydney,” Daily Mail Australia, April 22, 2018:
Beefed up security measures including crowd control, bag checks and new vehicle blockers will be deployed across Sydney for this year’s Anzac Day commemorations.
Tens of thousands of people are expected to attend Anzac Day events across the city on Wednesday, with NSW Counter Terrorism Minister David Elliott saying there is no specific threat and the measures are in place to ensure the community felt safe.
‘The Anzac Day march covers a significant part of the Sydney CBD attracting thousands of people and increased security measures need to be in place to ensure the safety of both marchers and spectators,’ he said in a statement on Sunday.
The new vehicle blockers are being trialled for major events like Anzac Day and at other locations across Sydney’s CBD as part of the NSW government’s commitment to public protection, Mr Elliott says.
Crowds attending Anzac Day events in the city are being told to plan their trip and allow extra time for bag checks….

What has Australia turned to these days. Pauline Hanson was correct that Islam is a threat to Australia back in 1995 when she was voted as an MP.
jayell says
Islam is a threat to everything that is decent and civilised, just look at their founder, their track record and what’s in their holy books. And a lot of people have been saying so for a long time.
J D S says
Yes for many years SOME people have been saying Islamic jihad I’d a threat to peace and stability throughout the west..but it appears now that no one took these people seriously….so is it too late are we as citizens just going to lie down and submit.
SPECIAL NOTICE
So strange that there are no tanks grinding through our streets no aircraft engines droning overhead no bombs dropping on our cities no boots on the ground tramping through our streets no doors being knocked in and citizens being dragged into the streets and shot no citizens being carried of to prison camps…yet we are losing our freedoms on a daily basis . Little by little we see evidence of the erosion of our way of life…WHO IS THIS ENEMY THAT IS ACCOMPLISHING ALL THIS ………SATAN, OF COURSES. We must remember that Satan takes many forms…YES…SATAN!
mikhael says
people blockers will be the next step….but bring it on
Infidel says
Hear hear a trillion times… I loved it when U say PEOPLE BLOCKER… Man!! These wierdos can stoop to any depths to effect their mass murders..

Waiting for the Greens and libturds to cry oh you are profiling Muslimes, and then we have masses from the musks crying in their halal brekkies oh poor me, But if they want to they will get through, after all they are from the religion of pieces, a piece here a piece there
Hopefully the decent Muslims stay away instead of drawing attention, as some will look for a way to cause trouble esp in front of Cameras
Peggy says
I think you don’t have to worry about Muslims attending for peaceful purposes.
I can’t recall ever seeing Muslims being part of Anzac day cheering from the sides.
We of course have t worry about them attending for deadly purposes.
My late dad used to march every year and it’s been hard to see the march ever since he passed away.
Apologies for being off topic but I needed to say that. Hope the march will not ever be disrupted by these unholy creatures.
Wazza says
No Problem Peggy, My Old Man is still alive nearing his time, also fought in WW2, two brothers went to Nam, so I do understand
Wouldn’t take much for our Muslim loving Gov’t, both sides, but esp Labor, to say we need to stop them as it is offensive to Muslims, like we are seeing them curtailing saying Merry Christmas, or God bless as it offends Muslimes and atheists
And to think our fathers and grand fathers fought for this Land this flag to see it spat on and burn by muslims and anti War snowflakes
Hope the marches continue too, lest we forget

Australia’s major political parties depend on migration to stay in power. To appear to be good economic managers the economic growth rate needs to be a certain percentage. It is a figure that economists think is a good number. To get there they use migration. Money is a unit of human effort. More people, more turnover, thus economic growth.
There is economic growth. There is growth in the police and related forces to deal with the consequences. Related careers have a better future. The migrants can provide security services. Someone has to make the concrete blocks. Search “germans test concrete truck stoppers youtube”. And other useful stuff. Yes, tongue in cheek here and there. But think about it!
And Australia has hate speak laws. So associations one might draw from searches “images world map average IQ”, “images world map marry first cousins”, “images world map jihad attacks” and “images world map muslims” is illegal.
No associations made here, just tools to help you spread your wings.

Peggy, I’m American. I’m afraid I’ve never been to New Zealand–but I would love to go some day.
He was my English mother’s uncle–the family did some reasearch, and found us in San Francico about twenty years ago. He had left Wales for New Zealand when he was just a teenager. I’m still in touch with his children–my cousins.

Went to an Aussie rules footy game in Canberra the other day, 98% of the security chaps were Muslim … I saw low threat from the crowd … high threat from the choice of personnel on the security contingent. Probably similar story on Anzac day.
Aussie have decided to close most of their oil refineries in-country and rely on external refineries supplied with oil from the Middle East. Oil production in 2000 was almost 100% internal, in 2020 local oil production / refining will be down to 20%. Aussie only has 30 days petroleum stock in hand, will be interesting to see how Aussie copes when the Middle East supply becomes a problem.
Ralph says
Start buying from good ol’ ‘merica. Either you help your friends. Or your enemies. With the left, they would rather support mid east oil. Just like Saudi funded hillary would do. Oh wait… trump is a bad person. Jihad mosques are peaceful.

At Cordeaux dam just south of Sydney on the Illawarra Escarpment recently I saw a henna colour bearded Islamic security guard monitering the facilities.
He then left and drove down the service road to bottom of dam. It seemed suspiscious so we followed him a bit. He went down there to pray behind his guard van .
In my experience henna tinted beard wearing Muslims are rarely moderates. The gates of the west are truly open,
Kasey says
There’s NO Islamophobia here! Just a full recognition of Islamoreality, especially since the two lethal car atrocities in Bourke and Flinders Streets, Melbourne, last year which the Victorian government is still trying to white-wash away from any links to Islam.
Jay says
Indeed, however the islamophilia in our political elites is quite nauseating to say the least. Unfortunately the opposition to Islamic Supremacism in this country is so divided. Right now we have four parties which advocate much the same thing (One Nation, Australian Conservatives, Rise Up Australia and the Australia Liberty Alliance). Unfortunately there is nobody like Geert Wilders to unite the groups underneath a single banner and be presentable to the voting public.
Sarah says
Jay is right, on all counts. We need a fresh new Political figure to unite all those independent parties that are popping up.
The Senate today, is a goddamn mess. It’s splintered amongst too many different minority parties, Independents and the two major parties. Nothing gets done without a great deal of corrupt back-room dealing which is the antithesis of democracy.
I think Cory Bernardi and the Conservative’s need to find a way to pull all the threads together. If you combined the Australian Conservatives, One Nation, ALA and Rise Up – plus added in the numerous Independents hovering around who all share very similar views themselves – we would immediately have a third party large enough in both candidates and voter support, to actively challenge Labor and the Coalition in Parliament.
Wouldn’t that set the cat amongst the pigeons, then! We haven’t had a viable third party to vote for since the Democrats died off back in the late 90s. I refuse to consider the Greens as a viable third party – they are extremists, pure and simple. Our parliament desperately needs more than Labor and the Coalition to better balance the political needs and moods of this country and its people.
I don’t think Bernardi is the right person to lead a united Conservative movement – he’s been too open about his religious views and how they impact his politics. Australia is too secular to allow for religious conservatism – irrespective of which religion it may be. We need a well spoken, articulate, intelligent statesman or stateswoman who is well presented, organized and always prepared so that he or she is never on the back foot when attacked.
Pauline as an example – is too outwardly rough and Howard and Costello did too good a job of destroying her general credibility and reputation amongst the majority of Australians for her to recover from. We need a someone special to stand up and lead.
Maureen Paul says
Indeed we do. However we also need a couple of constitutional lawyers to take on both the judiciary & the govt.
dumbledoresarmy says
Yes.
We need a body that focuses, laser-like, on getting Islam OUT and keeping it OUT.
Alternatively, one has to move to a situation where the necessity of STOPPING the Muslim influx, and EJECTING those already here – get Islam out, keep it out, because… Got Muslims? Got Jihad – becomes a totally normal taken-for-granted basic component of *every* party’s platform… as uncontroversial as the idea of universal vaccination of kids against diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough.
It’s not really a good situation when, say, a party that has sensible ideas about Islam has *other* ideas that *don’t* seem sensible or attractive to a large chunk of the electorate… such that those who *do* want to halt Islamisation, will vote for that party ONLY because of the anti-Islamisation policy, but are really not that invested in any of the other policies, perhaps even don’t necessarily *like* or even *want* the other parts of the platform…
Aussie Infidel says
DDA, That’s why I belong to ALA, which is center-right, secular and anti-Islam. It stands for small government, fiscal prudence and no Islamic immigration. Although it was founded by the Q Society whose main objective is opposing Islam, I think it has the right balance of policies across the spectrum. Some of my leftist friends object to its policies on Islam and won’t join; but they are largely ignorant of Islamic ideology. Some of my religious friends won’t join because it is secular; but so is our Constitution. I’ve been involved in politics for over 50 years and at times supported a number of parties (even the Greens, which initially was a conservation movement back in the 1960s). But no person will ever agree with all the policies of any one party. If you agree with 80% of a party’s platform, that’s about as good as you can hope for. The rest is up to you to change or influence at policy committees and party conventions. If you can’t affect the changes you want, unfortunately that’s democracy. As Churchill said, “Democracy is the worst form of government except all the others that have been tried.”

measures necessary………Then the Australian Government should be shamed forever.

Thank you for your e-bppk contents. I found it very interesting. In some ways I don’t agree with you (I’m conservative and you say you’re leftwing oriented), but about the danger that Islam poses to the whole world we agree completely.
Please forgive some grammar/spelling mistakes; I’m not a native speaker of English. I’m Brazilian, and here we have more immediate problems, but there is no doubt that, in the long run, Islam is a threath to us , and to all of South America, too.

Islamophobia outbreak in Australia: Massive anti-terror security in place ahead of Anzac Day march
………………………………….
None of this was *ever* needed before the invasion of Muslims into Australia.
shoehorn says
Which includes the very enemies Australia fought on the shores of Gallipoli.
Peggy says
The enemy is also marching with allies. Turks have marched for a few years now. I am disgusted that our government allows them to march when Turks were on the opposite side.
Gallipoli is always mentioned and a dawn service observed there. This is where many diggers lost their lives at the hands of the Turks so how can an enemy be allowed to march?
Does this make any sense to anyone?
gravenimage says
Grimly true, shoehorn and Peggy.
shoehorn says
All of which was unneccessary before Australia invited her sworn and mortal enemies to her shores.
JMB says
Shoehorn, what you have said is the simple truth of the matter.
But it gets slightly worse, as you and I know, ANZAC Day is to commemorate the hundreds of thousands of Australian and NZ men who lost their lives in the two great wars of the 20th century as well as in subsequent conflicts such as Malaysia, Vietnam and Afghanistan. The lives which were lost were 99.9% white, male and tragically young.
Unfortunately the loopy left seems to want to change the thrust if ANZAC day and make it diverse and inclusive. I suspect they are trying to change history and stamp out any traces of White Nationalism which may or may not be creeping into ANZAC Day.
Peggy says
Yes, like including your enemy in the march.
Turkey has marched for several years now. Why?
gravenimage says
Really? *Turkey* has marched in this parade? I’m appalled. Have Australians forgotten about Gallipoli?

I always do the dawn service, I figure the least I can do, is stand there and shiver my backside off for 30 minutes once a year to pay my respects to our soldiers and veterans.
But I am not comfortable with having my handbag checked. I’m not hiding anything, but why on earth should I, as a 35 year old, middle-class woman who works, pays taxes and generally toes the line like most Australians – be subjected to having my personal belongings rifled through, because of Muslims and the very clear and present threat they represent to our country.
At some point, you have to draw a line as to how you’re prepared to be treated. I resent the installation of concrete bollards on our streets. I resent the need for Police with high powered weaponry to be patrolling crowds. I resent the request to rifle through my handbag just to make sure that I’m not a Muslim secretly about to throw a bio-hazard agent into a crowd, or that I’m not carrying a knife or gun etc.
Go search the bags of every Muslim. Go pat their bodies down. Go treat them with suspicion. They’ve fully earned it.
The rest of us have not. And I will not have my personal privacy rudely invaded just so that the Government and the mainstream Media etc do not have to face facts and publicly admit that the only reason why we’re in this mess is because of Muslims in this country.
I’ll be paying my respects from home, from now on. Until they change those laws.
Peggy says
Agree with you 100%.
But, these Muslims serve a purpose for the government. They are the reason we are so well scrutinized and that was the plan from the very beginning.
Our government wants a tighter control over us and they have to have a reason. Since there was no reason they imported the reason. I think that explains at least a part of why they have flooded us with toxic waste.
Sarah says
I agree Peggy, they certainly do want tighter control over us. We are seeing the end days of democracy as we know it, I fear.
I predict that there will be another world war, it’ll decimate the planet and the human race. The dead will number in the hundreds of millions, if not a few billion. Given our current military technology, nuke’s are absolutely going to be set off – which will render a lot of lands uninhabitable. A gigantic mass movement of people will ensue. This will permanently kill off borders and the concept of national sovereignty.
Then a proto-Global Governance will be set up, probably through the UN, that will eventually usher in a One World Government. And what we know as democracy, will be wiped from the face of this planet.
The concept of human rights will be completely transformed – and not in a way that benefits us. We’ll be strictly controlled on allocated food and water, fuel and other consumables. Cash will disappear as a monetary system and everyone will have some form of ID number that we will be required to exhibit whenever requested and it’ll be set up in such a way that fraudulent behaviour will be extremely difficult. A barcode tattoo perhaps, eventually an implant, maybe.
We’ll need permission to leave whatever zone/region/location we are assigned to, we’ll need permission for things that we today, take for granted as basic human rights. They’re going to clamp down on us like we are nothing but herd cattle.
Just think, there will be filthy slums as far as the eye can see, maybe even a daily roll-call of some sort. Give it enough time and they’ll probably force us to chant ‘Diversity is our strength!’ or some other sort of 1984 style utter horse-shit.
I really do think the future we have coming our way, is going to be incredibly dark. Maybe the ‘lucky ones’, will be those who will die in the war.
God almighty, I hope I’m 100% wrong.
Peggy says
That scenario can only be if the globalists win. There is no guarantee they will win.
We have God on our side and he might see us through all this.
If not then his plan is to take us home to him and leave the this planet to the wicked.
Either way we will be ok.
Matthieu Baudin says
The Jihadists have created great insecurity, even to the farthest corners of the world.
kouldb says
It’s not just Sydney, Mr Spencer. I live in Melbourne & it’s just as bad. They’re not talking about banning cars from entire city blocks in the CBD. We have to barricade our people in from those whom we gave ‘refuge’ to. It’s a disgrace & Australians are fed up. I don’t imagine they’ll allow Australia to turn into the Sharia State of Britain though. We’ve seen what they’ve done over there & are astounded at the level of treason their successive governments have committed against their own people. The same goes for Europe.
Peggy says
If we fail our children and grandchildren we deserve their scorn.
We must do whatever we can to leave a better world after we’re gone.
We allowed this mess by electing the same traitors over and over. Now we have to fix it.
dumbledoresarmy says
In addition.
Let all the Old Soldiers and Not-So-Old Soldiers who are still able to aim and fire with reasonable accuracy, carry their weapons… loaded and ready to fire, if they need to.
And pass the word, quietly, via every RSL in the country, that if anyone approaches the vicinity of the ceremony and/ or march, yelling allahu-akbar and carrying anything at all that looks like a weapon, he – or she!- is to be shot on sight.
Peggy says
Authorities would be more likely to shoot the veterans than Muslims.
It would be classified as right wing extremism.

There is a party called Australian Christians which Vickie Jansen is a member of. She was one of the early members (vice president I believe) in the Q Society of Australia and then was part of this party. I remember chatting to her about the name of the party and said that perhaps other religions might not be so eager to support this party because of it’s name and she said that they were mainly a secular party.
This was at an event hosted by my local MP member Alan Tudge who had Scott Morrison as a guest speaker. Vickie was there as well as a priest from Syria. This was when Scott Morrison was a minister for immigration.
Maybe your religious friends would like to check this party out.

I am a member of Australian Conservatives headed by Cory Bernardi. I firmly believe that this party has the most potential because is has an experienced, well known politician heading it and is attracting other politicians to join. Instead of us being so fragmented we should think about merging. There is strength in numbers.
