“American Taliban fighter John Walker Lindh will be released from prison next month after agreeing to strict restrictions on his internet use, communications and travel.”
Unless Lindh is on 24-hour watch, he can easily violate these restrictions. “According to recent court filings obtained by NBC News, Judge T.S. Ellis III has barred Lindh from communicating with anyone online in any language other than English.” How can that possibly be enforced?
“Lindh also will not be permitted to watch any video content related to terrorism.”
But what about videos related to the Islamic teachings that led him to embrace jihad terrorism in the first place?
It would be folly to think that Lindh will not take advantage of any opportunity to violate the conditions of his release: he has expressed support for the Islamic State (ISIS) and advocates for the global jihad. Nonetheless, as Jihad Watch has previously predicted, Lindh “will likely become a hero of the Muslim victimhood circuit in the U.S., speaking at CAIR and ISNA conferences, demonizing the United States and slyly recruiting for jihad.”
“American Taliban fighter John Walker Lindh gets early release from 20-year jail sentence next month but is banned from using internet or travelling overseas,” by Snejana Farberov, Daily Mail, April 18, 2019:
American Taliban fighter John Walker Lindh will be released from prison next month after agreeing to strict restrictions on his internet use, communications and travel.
Lindh, 38, will walk out of federal prison in Terre Haute, Indiana, a free man on May 23 after spending 17 years behind bars.
Lindh was among a group of Taliban fighters who were captured by US forces in November 2001, just months after the September 11 attacks and the beginning of the war in Afghanistan.
Under the conditions of his release, the California native will not be allowed to own an internet-capable device, such as a smartphone or a tablet, without permission from his probation officer.
Lindh also will not be permitted to watch any video content related to terrorism, and his probation officer will be able to keep tabs on his Internet use.
According to recent court filings obtained by NBC News, Judge T.S. Ellis III has barred Lindh from communicating with anyone online in any language other than English.
While on probation for the next three years, Lindh will be required to undergo mental health counseling and he won’t be allowed to travel outside the US without the court’s consent. …

Forget this lone jihadist who spent 17 years of his life in jail, the Trump
administration is transferring nuclear technology to Saudis, the perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks and Jihadwatch refuses to even mention it so far!

I hate to tell you this, but this idea of an approval for the KSA to have access to US nuclear technology is a farce. They already have plenty of access to nuclear technology via Pakistan. Who do you think paid for the costs of the nukes and missiles developed by A Q Khan? Pakistani soldiers have been used in various ways to support the Saudi-Sunni regime in the KSA. Pakistan cannot feed themselves let alone fund expensive and extensive infrastructure needed to support a nuclear weapons program.
Pakistan is also playing closely with the PRC. They have plenty of tech support for various nuke capable weapons systems. Pakistan is the go to source for cannon fodder and military support for the KSA, as the Saudi military is not reliably loyal nor particularly capable. Actually, a lot of that is by design.
The Saudi National Guard (SANG) is largely a tribal/family coalition of House of Saud supporters with weapons. They are counterbalance to the regular Army, that almost any Saudi Citizen can join. The key positions are largely held by people loyal to the House of Saud (especially prestigious positions like jet and helicopter pilots). Talent and ability are secondary.
I think this is just a convenient cover story for MSM consumption. In reality it is another way to tell Iran to back off. Send a nuke, get a nuke. That is the message.

Pakistan giving nukes to Saudis is fully expected as both are Sunnis muslims
and 180 million Pakistanis face Mecca five times daily when praying, besides Saudis spend billions of dollars annually funding Pakistani madrassas and Pakistani militant groups and imams! However, US giving nukes to the same Saudis who carried out 9/11 attacks is another story.

As I have noted umpteen times, it is foolish for the US to help Saudi Arabia develop nuclear power.
christianblood constantly pretending that this is the same as nuclear weapons–when he has been set straight dozens of times here–is simply dishonest.

If this guy (who probably will sit home idly all day in the devil’s workshop) moved in next door to your family or children’s families, would it be self defense to take him out before he raped or beheaded someone you love, or do you have to wait for him to do those things, call the police, go through a lengthy and expensive trial while being harassed by the press(ts), etc., etc. ?
What can one do when one’s government does not shield him from monsters like this ?
Move ?

Suicidal insanity.

In England the courts imposed similar restrictions on a jihadi. Within weeks he had it all covered and it was exposed in the papers. He just walked along the street chatting to his mate who was on the phone who in turn relayed the messages along.
Same same for the internet. He went to the site and flashed the images to the jihadi walking alongside.
This to me was a breach of the spirit of the parole entrusted to him. I would have recalled him but there again I am as merciful as he would be to me.

I wonder if this came about because of Trump’s new relaxed Prison Reform mandates?
