This is a result of the devaluation of the lives of non-Muslims in Islamic law. These women are seen as commodities even more than Muslim women are.
Reliance of the Traveller, a classic manual of Islamic sacred law, explains matter-of-factly that “the indemnity for the death or injury of a woman is one-half the indemnity paid for a man. The indemnity paid for a Jew or Christian is one-third the indemnity paid for a Muslim. The indemnity paid for a Zoroastrian is one-fifteenth that of a Muslim.” (o4.9)
Sultanhussein Tabandeh, author of A Muslim Commentary on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, agrees, stating: “Thus if [a] Muslim commits adultery his punishment is 100 lashes, the shaving of his head, and one year of banishment. But if the man is not a Muslim and commits adultery with a Muslim woman his penalty is execution. … Similarly if a Muslim deliberately murders another Muslim he falls under the law of retaliation and must by law be put to death by the next of kin. But if a non-Muslim who dies at the hand of a Muslim has by lifelong habit been a non-Muslim, the penalty of death is not valid. Instead the Muslim murderer must pay a fine and be punished with the lash. … Since Islam regards non-Muslims as on a lower level of belief and conviction, if a Muslim kills a non-Muslim, then his punishment must not be the retaliatory death, since the faith and conviction he possesses is loftier than that of the man slain…Again, the penalties of a non-Muslim guilty of fornication with a Muslim woman are augmented because, in addition to the crime against morality, social duty and religion, he has committed sacrilege, in that he has disgraced a Muslim and thereby cast scorn upon the Muslims in general, and so must be executed. … Islam and its peoples must be above the infidels, and never permit non-Muslims to acquire lordship over them.”
“Hindu, Christian women ‘marketed’ by Pak as ‘concubines’, ‘forced brides’ in China: US,” The Tribune, December 9, 2020 (thanks to Elizabeth):
Pakistan is marketing Hindu and Christian women as “concubines” and “forced brides” to China, according to the top US diplomat for religious freedom, Samuel Brownback.
One of the sources of “forced brides” for Chinese men are “religious minorities, Christian and Hindu women, being marketed as concubines and as forced as brides into China”, Brownback told reporters on Tuesday.
That was happening “because there’s not effective support and there’s discrimination against religious minorities that make them more vulnerable,” he said.
He mentioned this as one of the reasons for designating Pakistan as a country of particular concern (CPC) under the International Religious Freedom Act.
Because of the one-child policy imposed by China for decades, there is an acute shortage of women given the cultural preference for boys leading to Chinese men importing women from other countries as brides, mistresses and labourers….
Asked by a Pakistani reporter if there was a double standard in Pompeo giving Pakistan the CPC designation and not India, Brownback said that while in Pakistan, a lot of the actions against minorities are taken by the government, that was not the case in India.
“Pakistan has half of the world’s people that are locked up for apostasy or blasphemy,” he said….

Well expressed by Robert Spencer: “This is a result of the devaluation of the lives of non-Muslims in Islamic law.”
Indeed, IT’S THE IDEOLOGY of Islam that causes the human rights violations. Thus, Islam is incompatible with modern human rights codes.

Pakistan, world supplier of unwilling, “Comfort Women”?
This must not have the imprimatur of the Chinese government and seems more likely a product of some lower level participants. Would the CCP desire the impression that, “We come with our BRI initiative to rebuild your infrastructure. Sending your unwanted females will give you great advantage over other participants”?
Considering the Chinese government treatment of Uyghurs, immigrant Muslims are not wanted in China.
Is this China’s equivalent to the migrant invasion of Europe? When did China, Japan, and the Koreas begin an open door policy for immigration by other races?
Bizarre.
Infidel says
Actually, Westman, China has been getting Pakistani muslim women as well, dangling the offer of them marrying Uyghurs. That was found to be a scam, as those women found themselves marrying Han Chinese instead. For this reason, Pakistan probably did the switch and decided to send their non-muslim women to China instead

I’ve done some reading since my last post. The Chinese government is not the source nor approves of trafficking, rather, it is a result of their past one-child policynthat was ended in October of 2015.
The sex ratio that left 30-40 Million Chinese men without brides has not readily decreased. It has become a self-expanding Pandora’s Box because an increasingly wealthy population still prefers male children and just one child. In five years the excess male births have only dropped from about 17 to 14 per hundred(17% to 14%).
Women are being trafficked into China from Myanmar, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Columbia, and who knows where else.
Does anyone want to conjecture which ethnic group dominates the traffickers in Myanmar, Pakistan, and India?

China is doing nothing to stop this that I have seen.

The original USCIRF report from Brownback’s former employer dinged India for, among other things, the Citizenship Amendment Act, which has been exhaustively discussed here at JihadWatch and is recognized as only providing refuge to non-muslims from the 3 muslim countries in India’s neighborhood – Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh, and has nothing to do w/ the rights of Indian muslims. So that was one invalid conclusion of that report. There’s also the Indian Supreme Court which ruled that freedom of religion does not extend to include the freedom of conversion. So it’s not like these are arbitary policies driven by their government
On top of that, more recently, Indian Christians have started recognizing that muslims are doing to their girls what they normally do to Hindu, Sikh and other girls in India itself, and the traditional alliance that they had w/ muslim organizations are weakening. Most recently, in Kerala, the BJP has started attracting Christian voters showing them that they are the only ones taking this rape jihad seriously. That is of more interest to Christian voters than the ‘right’ to convert Hindus or others
As far as this human trafficking goes, they ought to be intercepted and sent to India. First of all, none of these women would be conversant in Mandarin, and it’s obvious that this is something only for Han Chinese. Other objective of this is that the kids of such women, since they would be racially half-Indian, could easily be trained as Chinese spies and then sent to infiltrate India. India should therefore, do what it can to vacuum up all Hindus, Sikhs and Christians from Pakistan under the CAA, so that such a threat to them can’t materialize
Infidel says
I should have written above
In other words, no one in India has the right to convert another to a different religion. It’s now been extended to marriage as well: a spouse can’t ask his/her spouse to switch faiths

This is nuts, Infidel. I thought India was a civilized democracy.
Infidel says
One can argue ‘civilized’. My point was that anybody has the right to convert to another religion. Nobody has the right to convert someone else to another religion – that’s what their court ruled
Of course, years ago, that court also ruled in favor of marital rape, so I won’t pretend that it’s all civilized

The Chinese alliances with Muslims will come back to haunt them I’m certain.

This is just one more thing the Chinese are doing that somehow doesn’t surprise me.
The mudslimes and the CCP have a lot in common when it comes to their human rights policies, or lack there of!

Poor little infant girls in China…by the millions…are murdered so that the couples do not exceed the limit of children.
Poor women and girls abducted, sold and sent to China to ‘stand in’ for all of the women and girls who would be there if not for the murders of the poor little infant girls before they could grow up and possibly make some Chinese man happy.
The chinese government is evil as are the practices it has undertaken to force its will on the people. But, just look at the lack of condemnation china faces for its evil. Mr. Brownback may believe he will get a lot of attention from his “news,” but it will fall on deaf ears. Esp if biden actually gets to be president.
Money in the pockets, power at the table is all most politicians care about.
