You’d think that living right there among Muslims would give the Christians of Pakistan a deep awareness of Islam’s love and tolerance, such that they would welcome and applaud Islamization. Why aren’t they doing so?
“Pakistani activists reject ‘another Islamic body,'” by Kamran Chaudhry, UCA News, March 4, 2022:
Catholic priests in Pakistan have joined activists in voicing their concern over the National Rehmatul-lil-Alameen Authority in what they describe as an attempt to increase Islamization.
The name of the agency, which means “Mercy for all the Worlds,” comes from a phrase in the Quran.
Prime Minister Imran Khan on March 3 inaugurated the authority with a mandate to research the life and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad and to supervise the education system and the media to ensure that they confirm to Islamic values.
Another objective of this body is to provide global awareness on Islamophobia and to take practical steps to tackle it. Khan termed it “a journey of transformation towards morality and ethics.”
Father Bonnie Mendes, former executive secretary of the Catholic bishops’ National Commission for Justice and Peace (NCJP), called for other solutions.
“We don’t need another body. Instead, the authorities should focus on implementation of the law. At present, they are not doing their job properly. Resources should be spent on countering the fundamentalist groups and addressing the very problem,” he told UCA News….
In 1980, a federal Shariat Court was established with the power to nullify any law on grounds of being repugnant to Islamic injunctions. The Council of Islamic Ideology, founded in 1962, advises parliament about the Islamization of laws.
Last year the government formed a Mutahida Ulema Board to review textbooks before publishing.
Sabir Michael, a lay Dominican, termed the latest body a political stunt.
“Instead of promoting one religion, the premier should address structural issues of extremism, inflation, poverty, economic disparities and increasing class differences. We demand an alternative ‘love to all’ or ‘love your neighbor’ authority,” he said….

The Christians in Pakistan are living the reality, a horrendous reality, of what life is like a country where the Muslims have power. They know what islam has in store for every country, including our western countries, if islam gains power. Islamisation simply means that Muslims get to treat all non-Muslims like crap which is something that Muslims in pakistan do constantly.

Other news from that paradise – Imran Khan’s honeymoon w/ his military finally seems to be coming to an end, and it’s a matter of time of whether he’s either removed by a no-confidence vote in parliament or by a military coup. Maybe Pakistan could try out other cricket legends of theirs, such as Javed Miandad, since Imran has worked out so well 😈
tim gallagher says
Is that right, Infidel. That’s good news. Good riddance to Khan if they do ditch the maggot. Not that it will make much difference to that appalling country. There’s bound to be another scumbag waiting in the wings. As you say, maybe another cricketer will be the go, although, as you mention, maybe seeing how useless khan has been might go against another superannuated cricketer getting the job. Pakistan always seems like such a barbaric, vicious country.
Aussie Infidel says
Too true Tim. But their barbaric, vicious culture is the product of their barbaric, vicious religion.
tim gallagher says
No doubt about that, Aussie Infidel. The vile content of Islam can only produce horrible societies because of the hatred for all non-Muslims that is at the core of Islam, along with all the other barbaric behaviours (the child marriage, honour killings, etc) that islam condones.

Sadly not sure if Khan is ousted that he will be replaced with anyone better in Pakistan.
tim gallagher says
No, I can’t imagine things ever getting better in Pakistan, gravenimage. As you say, Khan is probably no worse than any other evil creature who will replace him.

Pakistan: Christians concerned that new government body will increase Islamization of the country
………………
Pakistan is *already* a vicious Islamic hell hole–this will only increase the genocide against Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, and all other non-Muslims–the few yet surviving in Pakiastan.

The name of the agency, which means “Mercy for all the Worlds,” comes from a phrase in the Quran.
………………
This is Qur’an 21:107, which reads. “And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.”
This is the “Prophet” Muhammad, who was a caravan-raider, pedophile, slaver, rapist, and mass murderer of unbelievers. *Of course* this is a bad sign for any of his many victims.
Just when you think Pakistan can’t get any worse…

Pakistan is a failed Islamic state where minorities and anyone critical of the death cult of Islam are lynched by vigilante mobs or killed by the state, when women as oppressed and where fanatics who behead their wives and daughters in honour killings or who murder anyone who criticizes their religion or prophet, roam free and unpunished.
Hopefully it will some day implode as will all other Islamic states who follow the politico socio death cult of Islam.’
