Chechen jihadis have already gone into Ukraine on Russia’s behalf, and now this. The Russia-Ukraine war is not a jihad, but it can allow some jihadis to get in a bit of training and practice.
“Syria recruiting troops from its military to fight with Russian forces in Ukraine,” by Martin Chulov, Guardian, March 11, 2022:
Syria’s military has begun recruiting troops from its own ranks to fight alongside Russian forces in Ukraine, promising payments of $3,000 a month – a sum up to 50 times a Syrian soldier’s monthly salary.
Enlistment notices have been posted on regime linked websites in recent days, including profiles linked to the 4th Division, one of Bashar al-Assad’s core units. One such advert states that troops who sign up will be fighting in Ukraine.
Vladimir Putin gave the green light on Friday for what he claimed would be up to 16,000 volunteers from the Middle East deploying alongside Russian-backed rebels fighting in Ukraine, as the two-week-old invasion struggles to maintain momentum.
Russia’s defence ministry said the deployment would be made to the breakaway Donbas region of eastern Ukraine where much of the recent fighting had been focused….
“Russia to allow thousands of Middle East volunteers to fight Ukraine,” Jerusalem Post, March 11, 2022:
Russian President Vladimir Putin gave the green light on Friday for up to 16,000 volunteers from the Middle East to be deployed alongside Russian-backed rebels to fight in Ukraine, doubling down an invasion that the West says has been losing momentum.
The move, just over two weeks since Putin ordered the invasion, allows Russia to deploy battle-hardened mercenaries from conflicts such as Syria without risking additional Russian military casualties.
At a meeting of Russia’s Security Council, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said there were 16,000 volunteers in the Middle East who were ready to come to fight with Russian-backed forces in the breakaway Donbas region of eastern Ukraine.
“We know many of [these volunteers], they helped in the fight against ISIS during the last 10 years,” Shoigu said, according to TASS.
“If you see that there are these people who want of their own accord, not for money, to come to help the people living in Donbas, then we need to give them what they want and help them get to the conflict zone,” Putin said….

Putin and Sadat. two of the worst men alive today. Birds of a feather.
Note how the UN likes to go after Israel at the least opportunity but Sadat who has been slaughtering his citizens for years is never admonished by UN or the WCC

This latest move by Putin shows that he is getting desperate and his plans for an easy & quick victory have gone the way of the Dodo.

Russia uses muslims to wipe out its enemies. So do the left globalists in the west. Both are evil.

The cynicism of this incredible.
And where does Putin get 3000 a month for every soldier ?

Kazakhstan citizens not happy with Russians fleeing sanctions for fear of creating another manufactured separatist region in Kazakhstan. Here is a text from a citizen worried about the situation.
“To all Russian citizens, who are now decided to escape sanctions and go to Kazakhstan. I’m talking to you. When Ukrainian cities were under attacks, when civilians – kids, women and elderly people got killed, you said nothing. Russian cities aren’t being bombed. I see no reason for you to leave your “North Korea” now. Your partners in crime with your government. With your silence, with your “Putin, bring in troops”. You intend to become separatists here. Tomorrow you’ll be calling Putin to bring troops in Kazakhstan. You’re not welcomed here. Don’t buy tickets to Kazakhstan”
