Wait a minute. Isn’t “death for the sake of Allah the highest goal”? Is young Jahar an apostate now?
“Dzhokhar Tsarnaev asks for stay of execution, seeks new appeal on constitutional grounds,” by Jeremy C. Fox, Boston Globe, April 7, 2022:
Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is asking the First Circuit Court of Appeals to stay his execution and consider four constitutional claims in his case that were not presented to the US Supreme Court, which last month reinstated the death penalty for Tsarnaev, ruling that he had received a fair trial for his role in the 2013 terrorist attacks that killed three and injured more than 260.
In a court filing Thursday, Tsarnaev’s attorneys said the US District Court in Boston improperly forced their client to stand trial in the city, denied his challenges to two jurors who allegedly lied in court, dismissed a juror who opposed the death penalty, and admitted evidence that was collected after a “coerced confession.”…

The newest US Supreme Court judge hears you, jihadi boy.
Good timing.
BTW, who’s paying for your attorneys?
Jon Sobieski says
I want to know. Are the taxpayers paying his attys?
OLD GUY says
My Guess the tax payers are and have been for nine years. Every time his law firm opens his folder or takes a call on his behalf we pay dearly. We also pay for all the court costs and his stay in jail. No telling how many millions we spent on this guy. While many of our veterans still live on the streets. But the lawyers make the bucks.

He came here with his nasty family, and they immediately got on welfare.
Then went back home for vacation to the dangerous land that they were supposedly fleeing.
He has basically never not been on public assistance.
Kaffir;’s job to keep him up———-and all the other parasitic crap old mo taught them.
roberta says
Not many parasites are stupid enough to kill their host.
These people give parasites a bad name.

The fault lies with the multiple jurisdictions in the USA system which keep kicking the cases back and forth. Judges have too much power and are often corrupt. Remember now many small time judges were countermanding Trump’s decisions as POTUS

Agree, the pedophile over shouldn’t be on ANY court bench, let alone the highest in the land. Time to call for a reckoning, someone needs to do a lot of questioning as to how & why a senile old man has been allowed to bring the once greatest nation in the world to it’s knees.

Should be Pedophile Lover!
Also what about the rights of all the victims killed by him & his brother? Did they get a stay of execution? No they didn’t!!! So WTH should this killer?
I agree with everyone else who’s asking just who is paying for his stay in prison & his attorneys?
Wellington says
Indicative of how tediously slow, sometimes just downright prevarication for the sake of prevarication, the American justice system has become (due almost entirely to left-leaning lawyers, judges and politicians).
Yes, the right of a defendant should be protected, no doubt about it, but it has often reached ludicrous degrees within what now constitutes American justice in our time. It represents error in the opposite direction of too speedy a determination of guilt and punishment by so many other legal systems. This is why during the Cold War if a Russian spy was caught in the West he was ordinarily told to plead guilty EXCEPT in America which the Russians knew could be used to tie up things for years because of way too many safeguards in America’s system of justice. And it’s only gotten worse since then.

Hold the phone! He’s claiming that it is “unconstitutional” to have a trial in the place where the crime was committed? Judges don’t have to allow a change of venue.
He’s claiming that it is unconstitutional to excuse a person from serving on the jury in a death-penalty case if they don’t believe in the death penalty?
How many challenges did his lawyers make to the potential jurors? Aren’t they only allowed a certain number…for cause and a couple ‘just because’ and after that….and they “allegedly lied”? Do his lawyers have any proof they lied?
How was the ‘confession” coerced? what did investigators do to get him to confess? Is it on tape?
why was this not presented in the trial if it happened?
I smell a lot of rotten baloney. sounds like his attorneys are on the same page as the new person confirmed to be a “Black Woman,” and who defended gitmo terrorists with as much gusto as she showed in letting those who raped and tortured babies off with light sentences.
And while this murderous scum gets so much attention from the courts, innocent people are being held without even a first trial for walking into a public building. some justice.
tim gallagher says
Yes, this maggot should be rushing to his execution to get into that paradise for Muslim terrorists. What a gutless, cowardly scumbag he apparently is. He should be off to meet his maker already instead of continuing to pollute this world with his evil presence.
somehistory says
He asked for it, but when he’s about to get it, he chicken’s (sorry to all the really brave and self-sacrificing chickens out there) out and doesn’t want to face the consequences of his choices. He even killed his own brother to get where he is, but wants to escape responsibility. Much like the clerics who say all Jews should be killed, and Christians and everyone else, but they don’t ever go out and do the deeds…they just send the young and violent out to murder.
so this sack of maggots, like his ‘hero’ fake ‘prophet’ slime, raping and murdering his way along, can give a supposedly defiant hand gesture, but when it comes to when the rubber meets the road, he wants off the ride.
tim gallagher says
I agree with your comment, somehistory. I was thinking that life in jail would be really crappy (especially if that photo of this scumbag shows the actual cell he lives in), so maybe this creature isn’t just afraid of dying (who’d want to live in prison cell like that one in the photo) but, maybe, he also just wants to piss off the authorities and the population in the USA (infidels to this maggot) by going on with all these appeals. He is bound to be executed eventually. I have noticed that it does often take years, 10 years plus, to execute some of the serial killers I’ve read about, because of all the appeals they go through.

Certainly “Lawfare”–that is, nuisance lawsuits–are a possibility. But when it comes right down to it, a lot of brutal murderers simply don’t want to die.

👍🏻 Agree!
James Lincoln says
My only question is why is Dzhokhar Tsarnaev still breathing – and above ground?
Always remember…
Boston Marathon islamic terrorist bombing on April 15, 2013:
Deaths:
Three people were killed as a direct result of the bombings.
Injuries:
264 civilians were treated at 27 local hospitals – many with very severe injuries.

Why, James, is this human maggot, a la tim gallagher’s accurate characterization, still living?
See my 5:26 P.M. post above for much, though not all, of the reason why.

He’s got a Rolling Stone coverboy career to resume. Let him out, he’s learned his lesson. When is Joe Biden going to pardon him, anyway?
John Lloyd Scharf says
He should be sentenced to live the rest of his life in a single cell and let out to see the sky for 30 minutes just to see what he is missing. He should be on a diet of flaxseed, pigskin, and spinach three times a day.
What makes no sense to me is to kill someone for killing. You prove it is okay to take a life if you have a “reason.” There is no justification in killing someone for killing. For them, the pain of life is over. Every Muhammadan justifies the worst crimes in the world.
NOTE: It goes against Community Standards of hate speech on Facebook if your comment states:
Muhammadanism has stated objectives of genocide for Jews until not even the bushes will hide them.
Muhammadanism murders pagans daily.
Muhammadanism dehumanizes women in principle and practice.
SO, I cannot even say that there. So, kill them because killing is wrong. That will certainly teach THEM. Inside they KNOW their beliefs are morally bankrupt. They just want to believe somewhere someone is worse than them. So, they dehumanize their victims, just as we do them. I’d rather beat them once a day as punishment Death is too good for them.
PMK says
There is a reason for executing him for his crime. There is no chance that he can be ‘rehabilitated’. If set free, he will kill again. If he and his brother really wanted to die for Allah, they would have blown themselves up at the finish line. Execution deprives him of his ‘martyr’ status. Maybe death is too good for him, but why must the rest of us have to pay for his food, clothing and medical care, to say nothing of the legal bills, for sixty to seventy years? Would you really want to be the one to beat him once a day? In the end, that dehumanizes you.
somehistory says
I agree. And to quote a verse from thousands of years ago, “The one shedding man’s blood, by man will his own blood be shed.” (Gen.9:6) The reason? Because man was made “in God’s image.” God demands Justice and when one takes another’s life, he forfeits his own.
Celtic Rebel says
Agree with everything you’ve written 👍🏻
Wellington says
“There is no justification for killing someone for killing.”
I appreciate your position but I respectfully disagree with it.
Here’s why: What if the person who killed in pure first-degree murder fashion kills again but wouldn’t have if himself executed—a nurse attending him, a fellow prisoner, a prison guard, the person escapes from prison and kills yet another time, the person is paroled after many years and then kills again, et al. Don’t you see how then the moral burden is placed upon people like you who are against the death penalty entirely? You can’t avoid this and you should know this.
I submit (and not meant in an Islamic way) that being against the death penalty in its entirety is itself immoral. Yes, this bad and demonstrative of moral weakness most terribly. Take it from here. Your turn if you care.
somehistory says
I agree here too. There have been many examples of killers being paroled and then killing again.
One infamous one was in the Tampa, FL. area some years ago. I can’t recall his name, but he had killed, served time, was released and began right away to kill again. As I recall, he ended up being killed in a shootout while he had one of his victims in his car. I wish I could recall his name.

John Lloyd Scharf, *murder* is wrong. Executing a murderer is killing, but it is not murder. As other posters note, he is still a threat to others, including prison staff, his fellow prisoners, and, still possibly, the public at large.
Walter Sieruk says
That murderous jihadist,Dzhokar Tasrbaev had filed a new appeal for a stay off his execution might possibly be ,maybe, that he have time to think ,while in prison just it could be that the promise of a paradise with many virgins in it the the dead jihadist might be a man made fiction of pure balderdash.
Nevertheless .if this did happen it’s too late for him , in the sense the he still should be executed for the murders his committed with those bombs .
Tsarnaev should have had such a “reality check” before he planted those those two deadly bombs on that Boston street.
notnolib says
During the appeal process, is there any reason that he couldn’t wait while suspended over a pit of pig poop? The poop could be a reminder that he’s one of allahu’s proud ackbarbarians, and that the moon-god allah watches over all.
